I wouldn't call it scams, but obviously they might be taking advantage of the face of Manny to get gamblers sign under their affiliates. So it's a strategy for them to attract, they even mentioned a legit newspapers from the Philippines, Manila Bulletin, but as you can see the website is very different.

probably a third-party advertiser, I mean it is not uncommon for big companies to hire them to spread the advertisements they made. that being said, it kind of rubs me the wrong way that the account that posted that advertisement on Facebook leads to what feels like a fake "Manila Bulletin" article.

Maybe just a small statistic about the number of winners of those higher rewards on daily/weekly/monthly basis, for example "Rp58=50 winners, 288=20 winners, 888=10winners, iPhone =1winner".
If there is a limit for the higher rewards, I think it would be nice if it is written in the ToS of this lucky wheel.
What I can see in the ToS about limit is "There will only be 6 prizes per month throughout the Campaign", but I dont understand which prizes are limited to 6 per month.

If I remember it correctly, it was for 7 days then reduced to 5 days (at least till my last try some time ago).
I havent made a deposit lately so I do not know if it is now reduced to 4 days, but looking at the terms, it is still written as 5 days.

The discount feature is usually used by offline seller because they can get profit from this discount.
When I knew online togel for the first time years ago, I recommended it to one of offline togel seller in my area and he used it to make profit.
Simply because for 2D number, seller get 29% of the bet amount, 3D number give 58% and 4D number give 65% profit.
So lets say a buyer buy a number set (2D, 3D, 4D) with 100k IDR each means that the seller has already made 29kIDR+58kIDR+65kIDR = 152k which is more than 50% of what the buyer have to pay.
