Yes same here, I didn't even know that Dmitrii Bivol was this good because he managed to put Canelo Alvarez on his place. I know that Bivol is a champion but I don't watch the fights in this division but when I saw him fighting against Canelo and defeated him makes me see more fights in this division. Especially this Artur Beterbiev who have a 100% KO rate with the same nationality of Bivol.

This is quite natural because from the start Bivol was not superior and became the underdog there, even I lost my money here because I was too confident with Canelo.
But on the other hand he is really surprising because I know that he is definitely under pressure especially with his country's problems which are being discussed at that time but with his professionalism he can deal with this calmly and he won quite impressively in this fight.

I always laugh every time I see the video of legendary Bernard Hopkins trash talking the then unpopular Joe Smith. BHop ended the fight losing badly as he was knockout outside the ring. Until now the old legend is bitter when it comes to that Joe Smith defeat and always says he was pushed outside the ring.

My take on this fight. If Joe Smith wants to survive and win, he needs to box smart and clinch every time Beterbiev comes near. Maybe Joe Smith can outmuscle the already 37 year old Beterbiev. I still pick Beterbiev to win by KO/TKO here. Based on previous fights, Joe Smith doesn't have the defense, technique and stamina to not get hit by those Beterbiev bombs.

Right, Floyd can't resist the money for sure, that's why he will be back with his exhition matches again to where he started it all, in Japan. I'm still baffled as to how Rizin can afford Floyd, maybe the first exhibition really gave them a big boost as far as business again as it was reported that Rizin is losing a lot of money as a promotional company. Nevertheless, having this fight again means they still have the big money to offer to Floyd and in return they will also rake profits. I thought though that Floyd vs Manny is being work out.

Title fight: Naoya Inoue vs. Nonito Donaire 2

This is a big fight for all Filipino fans of Nonito Donaire, and at the same time Japanese fans of Naoya Inoue, but for me, I am both a fan, but for this fight, my support is on Donaire, but my bet is torn between because I have seen both players recent fights and Inoue Rack Jason Moloney giving him a fast punch, outboxing and out speeding Maloney, While Donaire his fight with Nordine Oubaali,  Donaire was patient throughout the fight and waiting patiently for the right timing while Oubaali was greedy when he found the range of his left but Donaire's counter probably devastated Oubaali, so I will still be going and supporting my fellow Filipino Nonito Donaire,

Unfortunately, Naoya Inoue won the fight and Nonito Donaire was lost by a KO. The fight didn't get longer either because Inoue finished the fight in just merely 2 rounds. I'm not disappointed though because the odds are really pointing for Inoue as he have also the advantages, it's just I have expected more from the fight like it would go somewhere atleast 7 rounds. Our Filipino Flash wasn't the Flash we know anymore and Inoue was just faster than the 1st fight.

This was one of the fights that surprised me the most, when I thought that Donaire was going to go out with everything to give a good knockout, I see that Inoue did the same with him, for me I thought that Donaire was going to dominate at least the first 2 rounds, but the way Inoue came out, I think that at that moment no one in the world could beat that being in a fight, it really was a very perfect fight for me, he had no mistakes, the little he received from Donire I imagine he did to measure his strength and the amount of strength that the boxer possessed, nonito Donaire this time things did not work out for him. Still, the stats favored Inoue.

Now he will fight against no name boxer e.g. Mikuru Asakura who're a MMA fighter. To be honest, without even watch the fight I'm 100% sure Mayweather will won the fight. This is where he earns the most so he won't exactly stop it all of a sudden since his passion is also boxing after all. I believe Rizin's business is slowly depleting and will go down, especially when it comes to funds but they need to take a risk to have Floyd Mayweather so that their business will survive longer as it will surely brings viewers either PPV or live match, they don't have much of a choice because Floyd is their only and last hope.

I get that that's why I too have also lost from that match the odds was really against him and that fight were almost cancelled or postponed because of the tension in his country against Ukraine but eventually the match was continued as scheduled and he even won impressively against Canelo which many of us haven't expected. Bivol indeed proved that he's worthy!

This time it's Spence #3 and then Crawford #4. We will see about Naoya's path, I think it's better for him to unify but the name of his dancing partner though might not bring enough money in the table, at least this might the reasoning of Top Rank and probably advise him to go up and Fulton. We shall see, he has some unfinished business with Casimero and maybe his pride and ego will want him to fight John Riel first or Butler before moving up.

Inoue deserves to be the number one because of his recent win against Donaire but I'm surprised not to see Devin Haney's name on the top 10 he should be ahead of Lomachenko not that he is better than Loma but this is based on what you have done in your last campaign and what you have right now, and we all know Haney just won the undisputed Lightweight crown, Tank Davis is also not here he has a spectacular win against Romero.

It's not about Bivol on not being superior, that is not on the table because it will be an understatement if he's nothing compared to Canelo, surely he have a shot and we know that he's more comfortable as it is his own division and he's the defending champion unlike Canelo who's just a challenger and he's not used in Bivol's division.

We've talked about how would Bivol's response the fight if his country is at the state of war with Ukraine, but eventually, he overcome it and upset Canelo Alvarez even if he's the favorite and the champion is the underdog.

Perhaps this is just about the money that Butler can get from this fight. And it's also interesting if one of his demands will be that the fight be held in UK?

Inoue traveling to UK and beat their champion, unify the bantamweight division. But we shall see what Butler's promotion are going to do. I think they will rather have him face Casimero first. And if ever he win that, then book a fight with Inoue.
