I watched the match. Japanese guy wasn't even the professional boxer opposite Floyd Mayweather. The man is a Youtuber. Of course, such people don't stand a chance against Money Mayweather. The exhibition match was supposed to last 3 rounds, but at the end of the 2nd round, Money Mayweather knocked out his opponent. In fact, he was also surprised because he didn't expect such a knockdown at the last second. I thought we were going to watch the last round of the match.
Still, it was a fun night. Manny Pacquiao was also one of the guests and Floyd spoke very highly of him. From what I heard, Floyd Mayweather won 15-20 million dollars from this match. It's very easy money for him.

I'm also not sure who is next but probably he will do one last exhibition fight for this year because I've read that Mayweather is planning to get a fight with McGregor for the second time next year and they could have been talking already behind the red curtain. I agree, and Mikuru Asakura also flew from Japan to the Philippines, for boxing tips against Mayweather, to the 8 division Champion Manny Pacquiao, I surely salute his dedication to his craft, but I guess because of the tips Pacman gave him he has shown a great fight towards Floyd Mayweather because despite the great defense of Floyd Mayweather he has gotten solid punch on Mayweather, but because Mayweather has more experience than Asakura when it comes to boxing, and that later gap has shown when Mayweather got an opportunity on Asakura and caught him that knock him out,

Regardless though, these organizers will not pursue exhibition matches if they don't get a handsome profit from it. May it be they get more than what the boxer gets or the other way around, they are still earning millions.
Put Mayweather or Pacquiao or anyone who's retired and formerly dominates in any combat sports in the ring for an exhibition match, and we can easily tell it's a guaranteed money.

Logically right! Promoters will not spend time and effort just to pay the fighter's check but for making decent money,

I think the feeling is mutual for Anderson to look and fight Mayweather in the future. But again, it will go down as how financially this fight is going to be.
