I'm awaiting England vs France tomorrow. Does anyone else feel like this is going to be 1 of the better matches of The World Cup? I was really impressed with Mbappe during the Poland vs France match and rooting on France to win The World Cup this time around.

This is also the third match in the World Cup between England vs France, with the English national team having won the previous two match 1966 and 1982, but this time it's different France have a great team.

Several times the Croatian goal almost conceded. but it seems croatia have luck in this match. but in the second half Brazil appear more attacking. and the tempo of their game has become a little faster. croatia's counterattack was also very fast. But still, Brazil's defense was really extraordinary in this match. and possession of the ball is still mostly controlled by Croatia. This is a predictable type of quarter final as both teams are using defense mechanisms more than attacking , both of them are trying to strike on target but other team is strong in defense . Now almost time is about to end and I think we are going to watch extra time if this match if any team couldn't score any goal.

Again, the solid defense that became part of Croatia strategy meant that the game had to go into extra time. Brazil carried out the attacks well, but there was not a single chance to score.
Now that the match has entered extra time, Brazil is still trying to find gaps to penetrate the Croatian defense, but the opponent is still building a solid defense to maintain the score.
Finally, Brazil wait paid off, Neymar managed to score a goal in the 105th minute which made Brazil 1-0 up.

It's taking a long time for Brazil to score a goal but it was a very beautiful goal and an absolutely stunning skill from Neymar. There is still time left, so there is still an opportunity for Croatia to catch up with Brazil. Luis Enrique leaves spain national team after the Spaniards got kickout of the tournament with penalty shootout. It's so not good to see big nation like Spain exits the world cup at knockout stages. The same thing happened to them in Russia 2018 world cup where the host knockout them out during penalty shootout. I guessed the spell still follows them up to Qater. There's nothing wrong with the team, but they need to step forward and attack their opponents rather than gaining all the possession of the game.

That makes sense a bit, I mean after all he should have been a bit better, at least beat Morocco you know? Everything has been going according to plan for Croatia until minutes ago in the first half of extra time. Am actually amazed at the performance of the Croatian team in normal time.buy I don't know how they let Neymar Jnr start this run, make these touches and carried it all the way to the goalkeepers box, beat the goalkeeper and finds the back of the net. It was just brilliant from Neymar Jnr and let alone as much as i don't want to blame the goalkeeper Livakovic, I think he went down too early. Possibly France might get to win England tomorrow but I think that's as far as they can go. It's very unlikely they would be keeping the cup this time. Brazil remains some good contender for that. Although, they aren't showing much aggression in there game at the moment but, they are a team that awakes to challenges.

I had expected this match to be somewhat of a walkover for Brazil but the Croatians have put up a good fight and held on.  The Croatians, having held the Brazilians for the full time of the game and into the extra time of the game.

In the goal, if Marquinhos did not try to stop that shot, Allison Becker should save it. Anyway, Croatia proved that they can attack well too even attacking against Brazil.
