You really deserve to be proud of what Croatia are doing at the moment, really everyone was fighting today and all of them is amazing.
Especially Dominik Livaković, he made really great saves throughout the match and he was the hero of Croatia's win tonight. I hope Argentina will meet Croatia in the semi-finals, it's to be expected. Now let's see what will happen in the Argentina vs Netherlands match, but I really hope Argentina can advance to the semi-finals.

I finally found myself unable to say a word because Croatia actually played well enough to avert Brazil from equalizing. Despite supporting Brazil despite their loss to Croatia, I was however impressed with Croatia's performance tonight because Brazil would not be an easy team to defeat, and Croatia's victory over them will go down in history as the nation one that defeated Brazil. I would not have imagined that Croatia will win brazil in any way. when it comes to a penalty is always a difficult one.

It was a tough goalless 90mins,Croatian team played Brazil with experience and Brazil was unable to score till on the 105th minute of the extra time, was when Neymar scored a sharp goal which he dribbled the keeper and netted the post to give Brazil 1-0 lead. The Brazilians are young upcoming super stars that lacked the experience on how to maintain this goal and Croacha filled with matured experience players equalise the goal on the 117th minutes by Petovick to end the match with a PK.

It is a pity that the Brazilians first PK was caught by the goal keeper and the last PK was also lost by hitting the bar. Tonight Croatia 4-2 victory over Brazil was deserved, football is full of surprises as nobody ever believed that Crotia will be the country to send Brazil packing from the world cup. I was also wrong in my prediction because I thought Brazil will be playing the finals. We weren't playing good this whole championship but we are an experienced team that plays the best when no one gives us any chance, like today. After first 5 minutes it was obvious that we will give them hell and that it won't be easy win by Brazil as everyone expected. And there's only 3.8 million of us, imagine what we would do if there's 200 million. Anyway, I don't remebber being more proud of our team than I am now, even when I compare it with Russia 4 years ago.

Croatia was lucky today - I feel very sad for Brazil - the way last player feel on not being able to score the goal. I felt as if he died at the spot.

It is a really big shock for Brazil. Nearly everyone was favouring Brazil to eliminate Croatia. I was even waiting for them to do so in 90 minutes. But Croatia defense was just too good to prevent them from scoring a goal. Brazil's goal which came in extra time seemed like the finishing blow but Croatia somehow found the equalizer in the last minutes.

I was worried about penalties as Croatia were full of experienced players. They really did it through penalties. Livakovic was amazing today and he was great in penalties as well by saving one.

Unbelievable win Croatia is just unbelievable. Brazil went 1-0 up with Neymar's first goal of extra time. All football fans assumed that Brazil's victory was guaranteed. But that's football, Croatia equalized in the second half of the period. Brazil-Croatia rivalry ended in penalty kicks. Croatia's victory was ensured by their outstanding goalkeeper.

Personally I had already tipped Brazil to reach the final and majority soccer pundits also predicted the team to we in the trophy,unfortunately they are now out kudos to the Croatian for a well deserved Victory they fought for it and got the win through hard work and perseverance thus created another upset in the on going World Cup, surprisingly they had one shot on goal and that was their equiliser , kudos to the Croatian goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic for putting up brilliant saves during the game and during the penalty shootout and Lukas Modric was very brilliant in their midfield and was awarded player of the match.

You should be proud of this because beating Brazil who was actually the favorite in the final even I was in it was truly deserved and should be celebrated.
On the other hand, with a result like this it is not impossible for Croatia to be in the final again like the previous world cup, congrats on that.

There is something I also learned in this matter because being too sure of something actually makes this even more bitter reality when it doesn't match the expectations you want.

It’s the end of the Road for the Brazil national team. After getting booted out by a relentless Croatia team. After ending goalless in both halves of the game Brazil found the answer through Neymar in the first half of the extra time unfortunately for him and his Compatriots, the Croatians found a late equalizer in the second half of the extra time.

The game had to be settled in a penalty which Brazil missed to and Croatia scored all penalties they took.

It was a crazy match and I was frustrated again and again with my betting.
Croatia really deserves to be given credit for this and indeed this is really very unexpected but we have to be able to accept that.

Indeed, it is no longer an easy game to predict, with the way smaller teams are defeating the supposed big teams, it is really surprising.
Netherlands and Argentina are playing currently and from the odds stake.com, I can tell that alot of people are so confused as to which team to put their bet on, on a normal basis, alot of bet would have gone to Argentina because we all believe that they are the better team, but right now odds on both of the team are almost the same, Croatia's defeating Brazil today is really hitting hard on gamblers, we can no longer trust the big teams anymore, gamblers are confused.

Both teams played well but I think Croatia is still better the way they have developed the game. I like it when they control the game and have strength in midfield compared to Brazil, this is Croatia's advantage. Brazil failed to prove to the expectations of many people because I don't think they were able to defend their victory in extra time. The result of this match is really bad for Brazil and really it is luck and success for Croatia.

Croatia played smart they baited Brazil into only having a couple back.  How can Brazil get caught like that with minutes to go, it was a game long strategy to bait them up front.  Brazil got caught and Croatia knew they probably had the advantage once they got to pks. This Croatia team is built by men, when ever they are called for international matches they always put their heart on the field, I believe after this generation of players,the Croatia football federation will built a status of Luca modric, this men is truly a legend, he plays like two people, I love how the play, Tottenham are truly lucky getting Ivan Perisic on a free transfer,kovacic excellent.dont know what happened but Brazil look for me as the team to win the world cup, football is magical and anything can happen.
