I honestly think that Spain deserved this loss %100. They knowingly lost to Japan just so they wouldn't face harder team and would face Morocco instead and would have an "easier win" and we have seen how they just got destroyed when nobody expected this. I am glad that they are gone, they caused Germany to go home, well Germany didn't help themselves on that front considering they lost to Japan as well, but in any case Spain could have won. Portugal also looks like they did much better this game than they did for a while, I refuse to believe it has anything to do with Ronaldo, but more like team play, good to see.

I'm already sure that Spain will be unlucky if it's a penalty shootout and sure enough 3 easy shots are guessed by the Moroccan goalkeeper, it really looks like the quality of the Spanish players can only survive in the last 16 it doesn't deserve to go to the next round in the quarter finals and last night's defeat might not too embarrassing to lose on penalties

I was very surprised to see how Spain's players doing their penalty kicks. This is not their first World Cup penalty, but what were they doing? They seem like under pressure, and their shots were not very strong and accurate. However, Morocco gaol keeper and players were more ready without hesitation. This World Cup is really exciting, out of what we are predicting.

I was really surprised by this result. I was wrong about the estimate that if the penalty took place then Spain would be the favourite. in fact Morocco remained superior and won in a penalty shootout. People who are still saying that after all the draws have been made are delusional, each team already knows either of two opponents they'll possibly meet if they make it to the next stage, and it is no longer possible for Argentina and Brazil to play in the final this year, they can only play in the semi final, that is if Brazil beat Croatia and Argentina beat Netherland.

The draws have been made since the round of 16: the winner between England and France will play the winner between Portugal and Morocco in the semifinal; while the winner between Argentina and Netherland will face the winner between Brazil and Croatia in the semifinal, and after the semifinals have been played we would now know the teams that will make it to the final, but right now you already know the teams that can face each other in the final.

I am still surprised how Spain was been kicked out of the world cup by Morocco ending up with penalty that ended with 0:3. I know everyone was very shocked with this results because I was thinking Spain is going to defeat Morocco to qualify for the round 8. The world cup is becoming more interesting with this kind of result and I am expecting to see many of these great team and countries to be defeated by unexpected countries which will happen more frequent soon. What is wrong with Spain in this World Cup tournament? They performed so well in the first game, scoring 7 goals against Costa Rica. However, after that, Spain's performance was unconvincing. There was disappointment in the fact that Spain drew with Germany and lost to Japan, and as a result, Spain were eliminated in the first knockout round.
In any case, Morocco did well in this match, and they definitely deserved to win.

Before the World Cup, I thought the Portugal team was completely dependent on Ronaldo's performance. But my assumption was completely wrong. Ronaldo is truly an amazing player. But the Portugal team is not completely dependent on Ronaldo now. And I would say Portugal is a strong enough team without Ronaldo in this World Cup. And in yesterday's match, Portugal's players proved their ability. Switzerland was not a weak team. However, the performances of Ramos, Felix, and Fernandes were excellent. Also, Portugal's defenders played very well. So the Portugal team got an amazing 6-1 victory.
