each of us must have his own champion, but if we look at the performance of asia and africa, in my opinion their country is still not strong enough to win the world cup Qatar, but according to my prediction this year the country with the most chance to win the world cup is,
1, England
2, Brazil
3, argentina

With due respect most chances we will have no serious contender from Asia or Africa because they are not good enough for this right now it needs decades for them to become champions of world right now just two continents are eligible for this and it is South America and Europe and with current form and players ability I feel your all teams are good enough to have their place into last four, but I am changing some ranking hopefully some others also will give their views about these teams or their own likes for this world cup which is now coming after seven months in Qatar.1. I think that trues without less respect not any expectation with countries from Africa and Asia can reach higher level or stage on FIFA 2022 World Cup, maybe Japan or South Korea just reach until 16 round only or have bad possibility can't pass to knock out group. Almost FIFA World Cup edition not see any Asia and Africa country can reach until semifinal except on FIFA 2002 World Cup where South Korea as home success lead until semifinal with controvercial.

Under such conditions, it is impossible to guess a specific winner (it is possible to guess, but it is impossible to calculate it analytically).

Portugal used to be a very good team.. but now only it is just an one man army lead by Cristiano Ronaldo, with the other players out of form. They struggled during the world cup qualifiers as well, and finished second behind Serbia in their group. Fortunately for them, they avoided facing Italy in the playoffs (since North Macedonia managed to defeat Italy in semi-final match). IMO, this time it is going to be one of the South American teams (most probably either Brazil or Argentina). I don't think that any of the UEFA teams are in a position to lift the trophy.

I agree with what has been said here about Portugal's performance against Turkey because it was a complete disappointment. If Turkey had been a little more skillful in the final shots, what happened to Italy could have happened to Portugal. Yet, I think that Portugal's star players will take responsibility with the help of the atmosphere of the tournament, and Portugal will play at least in the semi-finals.
