South Americans' football is top-notch, no doubt about that but they are always unlucky when it comes to the world cup. Brazil has won most in that continent, yet the Brazil of old is not the Brazil of this time. One thing I will always tell people is that Messi and Ronaldo are one player in a team and they are getting older, the strength and fame are not the same if you agree with me. Have they ranked well among the top players of the world again in the recent rankings and nominations/awards? This should tell you something. And if it is about the combined squad potency, Germany has all it takes to win the trophy.
