Of course the government of Qatar would have to relax some of its policies in order to host the world at their home.

This is the reason why i and many other people were not happy when FIFA announced that Qatar would be hosting the 2022 world cup, Qatar is not a country that has any history in football and their society can be one that will not be accommodating to the world based on the strict policies and rules in their country and the weather there in this period. I hope the fans and players will have a nice time in Qatar and everything will go on fine; but i wish the next world cups will be hosted in countries that are better to host it, so the schedule will benefit the players not like this year's tournament.

Also there will be no much women for fun and free sex Xd, Qatar is an islamic county and all inappropriate scenes and behaviors will be totally forbidden. The question is will the fans have fun like that with this inhabituel rules

Fans won't be able to enjoy. If they want to celebrate their team's win, first they need to think about whether what they do is illegal in Qatar or not. Unmarried couples can't even stay in the same room, as such relationships are considered as adultery in Qatar (punishable by death). Anyway, I would advise women not to travel to Qatar, given their patriarchal rules. Still, there will be die-hard fans who want to watch the matches live rather than watching them on the TV. Such fans need to take careful precautions.

From what I read on the news, there is almost no chance that Paul Pogba or Kante will play in the world cup.
Regardless of the fact that France is a very strong national team and they could put together two very good national teams, this is a big handicap for them.
In Russia, they became world champions because they had the strongest midfield in the championship, solid as concrete, which no opponent could break through.

We have confirmed news that Paul Pogba will miss Qatar 2022. There is still some hope regarding N'Golo Kante and Mike Maignan. And there are rumors that Raphael Varane may also miss the tournament as a result of injury. Only one month left for 2022 world cup to start, i must say i have big hope that it going to be most of successful version of it this year in Qatar with all the money they spent and the cool features of the stadiums and hotels. Fans are spending thousands of USD from their hard earned money, and in return they are being threatened with monetary fines, prison terms and even beheading. If something bad happens to any of the fans, then FIFA will be responsible for it. Back in 2010, when Qatar was granted the hosting rights, FIFA officials claimed that fans will not face any difficulties during the tournament. But it turns out that Qatar went back on those promises, perhaps boosted by the huge amount of money which they are receiving currently from their LNG exports.
