I have 5 players not playing GW29, I could bring that down to 3 with transfers and keep all those on bench, but yeah, I'd rather keep everyone for now and suffer the pain. I haven't used chips properly though (TC was pure luck) and I feel like these chips are causing me to overthink. Only Enzo and Palmer smashing tomorrow can save me this week, but also counting on them during the blank feels like too much of a gamble.

Took some hit that was clearly unnecessary in this GW28, I didn’t expect Brentford to loose to Aston Villa but they did and Wissa which I replaced with Marmoush couldn’t come up with anything after taking a 4 points hit. Gave me 2 points in the end, that’s a -2 which Marmoush would have done anyways.

Nottingham Forest did it for me though, Sels managed to keep a clean sheet despite the Manchester City pressure. That’s one I didn’t expect for real, sadly Woods wasn’t on the score sheet.

To be honest, I am surprised that I wasn't absolutely massacred this gameweek. Every single forward blanked (unless you were crazy enough to get Watkins or Darwin or Raul or He Who Shall Not Be Named), so the whole panic over FWDs last week was pretty moot.

I guess it's because everyone else did pretty awful this GW too, so Salah (C) plus some other return is good enough.

Still pissed that Forest did not concede against a City site that battered them last time out.

Robert Sanchez is in goal for Chelsea today, despite him being out of favor as the No. 1 choice for Maresca, I still always have him in goal when Chelsea are supposed to have better fixture on paper than Brighton, hopefully it will payoff today If Chelsea are to keep a clean sheet against Leicester City, I don't think that should be to much to ask of Chelsea, right ?

Well, couldn't have asked for more in this round I guess. Maybe that Cucurella doesn't score 2 games in a row, but even with that I'm happy with my position going into GW29 in which 10! of my players will not be playing.
Ange gamble didn't really pay off that well, I hoped for at least 10 more points from him (either a draw against City or a win today). Could have been worse though, they were trailing 2 times today.

Free hit looks like the only possible option, then again, I'd rather fully skip the next round and keep it for the later ones. Decisions decisions..

Maybe Palmer is no longer the golden boy after all, It would have been harder to drop him if he's still untouchable like Mo' Salah, I believe that's supposed to be his missed penalty for Chelsea. He's really going through rough patch.


I would be need a huge load of transfers to get Palmer out, and Haaland, but maybe I'll be going on without either of them for now as well, there are really cheaper and somewhat better options right now if you ask me.

Cucurella scored 30 points in the last two GWs, more than any Chelsea player had in the last five.  I'm not sure what I would have done without him this GW.  Our attackers play like shit at the moment. Can't even watch them anymore.

The AM chip for sure but, that wasn’t all it. Anyway and my point deduction isn’t making it any easier. Despite scoring above average, some of you guys just know how to make them good decisions when it matters in the league. It’s really challenging but, that’s why we play.

True, it’s how the season has been run and how certain packets of users seem to revolve about a certain position on the table. The ver competitive top 5 and top 5-7 and the rest is history. I’m part of the history as it is evidently but, still hope to cut back.
Cucurella did come to the rescue of a lot of teams lately, man has been getting those points with ease but, I don’t hope to see any major precancerous from him come next GW.

It’s come to that point you know, where Palmer isn’t the player in focus no more but Cucurella. Man has been finding his way to the score sheet and gave Chelsea the 3 points yesterday. Palmer even missed a chance to reward patient managers and comes off with just 1 point.

In the last fixture between Chelsea and Arsenal, Pedro Neto was one who made the headlines, and in this next game as well, I feel he'll still be the one in the headlines and not Palmer.

If you have him, I mean Pedro Neto, he should be a good keep for this week, but if you don't have him, I don't think there is any need trying to buy him in.

I didn't think he'd miss a penalty, but he did - predictions and upsets are part of the game, which is why I didn't captain him, because I'm not sure when this goal drought will end.

Some teams are having a blank week, I have just Salah and Isak.  I plan to keep Salah and potentially sell Isak, but for whom?  I am stuck.

If you have him, I mean Pedro Neto, he should be a good keep for this week, but if you don't have him, I don't think there is any need trying to buy him in.

Playing false 9 and could come handy but for now long? This is not the time to start taking unnecessary hit here and there.

You even got some crazy amounts of points but we just cannot catch up to the top. I keep getting 5-10 points close but that isnt enough for me to reach that 7th place. Its still 120 points away and with this tempo i think i wont be able to make it.

Yeah #Listen2Trofo, not like i am trying to catch you or anything Kidding aside it is always team dependent but navigating this blank without free hit seems much easier to me than navigating the one we will get in GW34. But i was planing on this and accumulating transfers last 4GW so I am probably in better position than most.

Edit: and most important. Don't make early transfers we have European matches for most teams and nobody who isn't free hitting will have a bench to cover last minute injuries

Another blank gameweek for Isak, I guess I'll be tossing him out of my squad for now, the 0.3m I'd be losing on him If I do bring him back is something I think I can live with at the stage of the game, my only concern is that even I take Isak, I still can't fit in Haaland whom I would have been fine with for the next few game weeks, except I want do away with Palmer already too, and I don't have the luxury of transfers or bench to fill in for Palmer.

I sure would need a lot of combination and permutation drafts before the deadline, this is definitely going to be one of the gameweeks to either flop or hit in terms of closing gaps.
