I am just as disappointed as you because of the lack of points accumulated this week (I received 58 and still have one game to play that might give add more points because I have two players involved). Overall, it seems to be a very low scoring week for the vast majority of managers, just a couple managed to score 70+

37 points without TC chip against average 40-47 points teams on TC is still a very good week for him, and if Gabriel blanks again against Wolves It'd turn out a great week for managers without TC chip.

I am happy for now without having Haaland in my team, it was the fact that I dropped him (and released £14.9 million in the process) that allowed me to re-arrange part of my team. By including him in a tea, managers will have to make compromises elsewhere.

The average points for the week might have been low but there are still possible points available. The Arsenal vs Wolves game is part of this week therefore if Timber and Rice perform well it will add on to my 58 points (and any other players from the two teams that other managers might have included in their squads). The scores for the week are not over yet

Halaand is doubtful for the next GW due to an injury, so I'm reading online - I'm not sure how credible this news is, but I'm letting go of him regardless; there are too many better and cheaper options than Halaand right now.

I've had enough of Rice average 3-4 points every week, I'm going for Palmer and Thiago.

I had no idea about his (alleged) injury. Having said that, I would still prefer to have two solid midfielders or strikers than one Haaland when looking at the cost to buy him. He will continue to score for Manchester City there is no doubt about that but he does not have to be the only option.

You have to be careful, Rice will probably score a goal, make an assist and win man of the match as soon as you drop him. That is the problem when you try to accumulate points. Other than a few times where it clicks and you reap the benefit of points, most of the times you replace a player only to them see him be successful in the next game or two.
