I really don't want to regret my decision of taking out Bruno for Rogers. I think I made the decision just too soon; I should have waited for this GW. I was just too disappointed in Manchester United now I am hoping my decision does not come back to hunt me.

Against Nottingham Forest, I doubt we can hold a clean sheet. It just feels like one of those games where we are going to struggle to get the win, but not with a clean sheet.

Don't worry, Bruno is 9.7% owned in our pool and only 3.2% of those managers captained him this gw - whenever happens tomorrow, you won't feel it that much.

Are we expecting some heavy rotations at the back? Is Konsa safe?

Konsa and Gabriel start, and I still expect them to start in our UCL fixture with Bayern. The only rotation has been Ben White for Timber, who I am sure has been kept for the UCL.

I wanted to use the Triple Captain on Haaland in another round because I knew a lot of people would use it against Ipswich, and I wanted to try it in a game to see if I could be the top scorer of the week, who knows?

But I ended up thinking it over and decided to invest for the long term, so I made him my Triple Captain, and I don’t regret it
He almost scored 51 points for me if he’d gotten a hat trick, but he ended up with 39 points, which I was already very happy with

I broke my record of 86 points this GW

Verbruggen gave me 6 points and Konsa 9 points
I was particularly pleased with both

And extremely disappointed that I believed the Newcastle fixtures, which many people thought would be easy, hehehe

Bruno Fernandes with another stinker again. 1 point in the last gameweek and 1 point again today in gameweek 7, bro is killing me in this pool. And what's worst is that whenever i try to replace him, i tell myself that i should give him a few more chances and see what happens, and then the circle continues.

I only take solace in the fact that i wanted to swap him for Cole Palmer, who also didn't do anything against Everton, so yeah.

Same thing happened to me with Szobo and Bruno. Whenever i want to sell them, I'll convince myself that they are setpiece takers, I shouldn't take them out. It continued until i used my wildcard, and removed both and I don't regret that decision.

Another big asset I'm taking off my squad is Saka, he blanked 3 consecutive weeks. Anyways it was a good week for me. I jumped 4 steps up the table.

Heh, I finally put both Brighton fellas in the team, they win 5-0 and basically don't do anything significant.
Yeah, I know - everybody's got them, wouldn't matter if they scored 2 goals each, but still funny. They could have had these games earlier when I was one of the rare ones without them.

Other than that, Gonzalo is a waste of space. Mbeumo scoring in 2 consecutive games helps a bit - other than that, I'm not doing that good.

No pascal Gross did had and assist plus yellow card that’s why he had the 5 points which was still great if we compare it big money players like Saka who have managed same number of points in the last two games. I think at this time anyone not having Pascal Gross wouldn’t also have any player even above his valuation matching is numbers now and that means having him at this moment is no brainer.

Mbeumo would get them goals for Manchester United in some games because he is center forward now but the problem is what days is he gonna getting them because Manchester United are seriously struggling to create chances.

Fulham asset of King and Gonzalo will go again against Coventry I expect more people to drop them because they have been a bad gamble in the last two games just like Kelvin Shade,

Replacing Semenyo was a good decision. When I learnt his injury was related to swollen leg, I knew it might complicate. The two city assets I have currently is Haaland and Foden and I am okay with that. If City has a cheap fixture I'll consider to return Cherki or get Doku

I didn't watch the game but from 3-1 to 3-2 says a lot about City performance against the weakest team in the league - a rotation that almost backfired 

I've seen a lot of City's games this season and not once did their RB or LB invert into the midfield, I mean that's was Enzo Maresca game plan at Chelsea; why is he not using the same tactics at City ? Was that bald fraud using Chelsea for experiments? He tried so many game plan with us lol 

I also did not watch the game (nor the highlights) but from what I understand, it was a very close match especially towards the end when Ipswich Town scored their second goal. If Manchester City had conceded a third goal and the match ended in a draw, it would have been a testament to the perseverance shown by Ipswich Town as well as incompetency by Maresca.

If he wants to be taken seriously as an ideal replacement for Guardiola, he has to understand the fine margins that can change the outcome of a match.

I would say that many of the managers here have been having this fear of Manchester City rotation in the early stages of the season most of us having been confident that there will be rotation crisis but the major problem was who would it affect. My affected player was Gvardiol and I would say I wasn’t too surprised because a fit Guehi and Nico O’Reilly was always a treat to his minutes. But Semenyo minutes look nailed not until city signed Ndiaye and I was sure someone said once there is availability of both Ndiaye and Doku, then Semenyo would face minutes problem. Cherki’s own was clear from the start of the season because it was clear he and Foden would share the 10 position but Enzo Maresca was clearly leaning towards Foden more most especially after naming him as his top three important city players when he took over.

I think now aside Halaand and Donnarumma there is no city player that will be nailed on minutes again and it’s now back to Pep old days where managers avoided city assets due to rotation problems.

We were used to the rotation since the Pep era many thought with Maresca this will change but here we are dealing with same situation again and I don’t think it will stop because of the loads of excellent players even Maresca has on his disposal so it’s best to always just have probably two of the assets and wait for the news on them.

Writing about news it’s time for Semenyo owners to look away because Maresca just confirmed in the champions league pre match press conference today that the Ghanaian is out for minimum of 8 weeks. Seems that knock in his last cameo was a serious one.

Now it’s time for Doku to have the left wing all to himself or would we see Foden or Cherki on the right wing and Ndiaye shifted to the left wing? For now I think Doku is the right choice for a Semenyo direct replacement if any manager wants a city replacement

Despite Grob doing nothing in their 5-0 i collected some really good points from the Arsenal players Konsa-Rice-Raya and some other super important points from Tavernier and with Haaland as captain of the team it seems like is gonna be a healthy round for me after a few really bad round who send me into the relegation zone of the leaderboard, is not so much since i need much better rounds to recover but at least with this one i stop the freefalling from previous rounds.

Same here, I bought into that great fixtures fallacy and it didn't well for me, thankfully I kept Hall in my team and benched Wissa which gave me 3 points extra.

GroSS still outscored both Palmer and Rogers, but I have no intention of letting either of them go just yet, Everton are often a disruptor of good offense so I expect them to be back in business very soon, possibly against Tottenham.

Saka is surely on thin ice in my team, the only reason why I'm still keep him is because I'd likely still have Verbruggen in goal for Liverpool and if that's the case it could well be Saka's last week to make a name for himself on my team, before he's getting shipped out, and I'll be looking a couple mid priced players, the premium ones in midfield have all been shit anyways.

I needed a Totenham clean sheet yesterday to have more points coming from Van Hecke but that didnt happen and he score only 4 points thanks to his defensive contributions.

So De Zerbi and Totenham got their first win and we now have to look at them to see if they finally are gonna start to play as expected he is very lucky to still being in charge of the team after this disaster of a start.

The Free Hit chip I used week did not give me the number of points I had hoped for but it was still definitely not a bad week as I accumulated 73 points. I hope to use my Wildcard this week, hopefully I will be looking at another week with 70+ points.

Haaland isnt playing tonight against Aek in the champions league so i think it will be a huge question if he will play in the premier league as well. I dont know why he is injured and what is the problem. Most of the managers have him but to switch him out of the team a lot of transfers are needed or wildcard to be used.

He hobbled of the pitch in the final seconds of the match on Saturday if you watched it to the end and he has been a doubt to feature today since then, but Maresca in his UCL press conference yesterday said he was feeling better and is in contention to play today, the good news is that he's on the bench tonight which means he should be good to go for the weekend.

No, it's actually the opposite, Haaland is the easiest player to switch out because you can afford any player in the game, bringing him into the team is what usually causes headache and requires multiple transfers for those that needs pull their funds together to afford him.
