They need to get one point from one of these matches at least to maintain their chance from logical and mathematical aspects at the same time.

But it is better to be realistic. Inter won't stand much chance against Barcelona especially in Camp Nou. They might try to defend them better in Italy but it can still end up with a sad result.

This is the main advantage from tiki taka. I was not quite happy when I saw that Barcelona could not win against Bayern Munich. I thought that they had a good chance because Bayern Munich is not in good form currently in the Bundesliga. But Barcelona could not capitalize on that.

I really think that Bayern Munich knows very well how to counter the tiki-taka style of football. And I think we all have to agree that Barcelona does not have a good defensive lineup. They were really desperate against Bayern Munich despite playing home. They defeated Plzen but it looks like this didn't push them to play better even a little. Because they lost to Udinese by 3-1 right after that victory. They just can't do anything against teams that know what they are doing these days. Barcelona are one of those teams certainly considering their effort since the beginning of the season. Xavi has built a team that aren't mentally weak and they have improved their defending and attacking style quite much. I expect them to take advantage of Inter's weaknesses whereas they have the chance.

I don't know why everyone is perceiving that fixture to be a tough one. I personally do not regard Inter that excellent that people will begin to consider that they can win Barcelona in that match. To be honest, I am staking the match in favour of Barcelona and I am confident that Barcelona will win. Commot buddies, Inter will not survive this, Barcelona was defeated by Bayern even when in good form, they are wounded and will take down Inter.

I won't be discussing Bayern in the domestic league in this thread but still focusing on those in the Champions League. Their strength is still too strong for Barcelona and Inter.
Currently their chance is very big if you look at the previous 2 matches plus their opponent in the third match is Plzen. But that doesn't mean it can be easy because they also have to know that underestimating the opponent sometimes isn't very good and they have to reflect on last season's defeat to the Underdogs in the knock out phase.

Which is another proof that teams playing in continental cups and playing in regular league games are rarely the same mindset. Frankfurt ended up winning europa last year, and they were something like 7th or something in the league if I am not wrong, Roma won the conference title for the first year, and they were low on the standings as well.

Real may have been a winner and finished well, but Villareal went further than anyone expected and not so great in the league. So, it's easy to see that teams play differently in UEFA cups, whereas they do not care about the league as much as they care about those games, they play with truly their 100% when they are there.

I hope these 2 teams make it to the final. That would really be the dream final between the 2 best teams in the world. Both have never won the Cl, but there has also been a lot of bad luck. PSG has also been in the final once, just like Man City. City's defeat to Chelsea in particular was totally unexpected. I don't think we should expect much from Chelsea this season in the CL. They are in bad shape. Liverpool will probably qualify for the next round, but if they were to play against PSG now, they would lose no chance, I suspect. They now have some time to recover. Because both of these teams deserve to be a part of that stage. They both haven't achieved any title in the Champions League yet. They have strengthened their squads every year having the same goal - winning it for the first time in their histories. Truthfully I see Manchester City one step ahead of PSG despite the amazing trio of Neymar, Messi and Mbappe. Because I think Manchester City are better as a team. The Haaland transfer was enough to complete the squad for achieving this title more comfortable. I'm not sure about PSG but Manchester City should be able to make it to the finale this time. And I don't expect them to come back with empty hands after reaching that level.

i would not consider bayern to have been unlucky in the bundesliga games where they had bad results, they are not doing well in the bundsliga, that is a fact, but they are having good luck in the champions league in that group stage, but i doubt it very much that their luck will remain for a long time, for me if inter was not at the bottom of the well, bayern would already have difficulties in this group, but they were lucky, mainly because the next 2 games are against an extremely weak opponent, so there are 5 guaranteed points, and guaranteed passage, but in the other phase they won't have the same luck and it will be the end of the line for bayern. in the bundesliga things won't get better anytime soon, but they will also be lucky to face weak opponents in the bundesliga which in a way won't be a total disaster for them, at least it will help them to stay in the top places in the bundesliga
