For now it is really difficult to be sure of anything about Chelsea. Graham Potter will need some time to build a strong relationship with the team. He will also be under pressure of being sacked in case he doesn't have a good run in the rest of the season. It is too difficult for them to win the Premier League or Champions League title of course. But they need to give some good signals from now on.

We might watch a quite different team from now on. I mean Graham Potter might prefer attacking focused strategies mostly like he was doing at Brighton. He can't know if this will work for Chelsea also before trying it for some time of course. I would like to see this change as I'm bored of watching Chelsea focusing on their defense more than enough after getting ahead in a match. They should be able to score multiple goals in as many matches as possible to achieve something regularly.

I agreed about Chelsea ERA because change of coach was completely wrong decision by management Tuchel was doing good job he deserves some more time as now having quality players it's going to be good in just few matches, but suddenly change of coach is having big impact on all squad mentality and many players are feeling uncomfortable which is not good signal for them and their performance in Premier League and Champions League.
 
If management looking for new high profile coach it's not easy in current situation with all already busy and have no enough desire for Chelsea and surely Tuchel is also going to be had job in next few weeks with Juventus and Bayern Munich both are having not good time and can hire him but change of management at Chelsea already kill this club which was doing amazing job under Russian owner.

Basically, Chelsea still has a chance to qualify for the next phase, because Milan as a team at the top of the standings in Group E only has 4 points, which means. Even though Chelsea are in the bottom place but the gap is not too far, if Chelsea can consistently win or at least consistently get points and can stop Milan's run then Chelsea will still have a great chance of qualifying. Chelsea was a good side, and they were able to do amazing things under former Russian owner, but suddenly change of owner bring some mess up and now change of Thomas Tuchel is surely brought more issues because they fail to do better under new coach Potter and most chances in this season they are going to be down and out from their targets even they have few quality players but giving them proper system is also very important, and it's not easy for anyone in current situation.

Ac Milan hasn't been bad still, still didn't take full conclusion of how the club played during the week against Napoli during the last game.

Teams like Real Madrid and Manchester City aren't in need of changing the squad much anymore. Because their current squads are already enough to achieve every kind of title actually. Especially Manchester City might have the best squad now in terms of general quality. They only needed to add a solid striker and they signed Haaland to solve this issue. Real Madrid wanted to make their midfield younger and invest into the future so they went for Tchouameni.

From now on we would only see them spending so much money on only one player who would be very useful to solve an issue directly.
