I didn't expect this poor performance from Chelsea in this night game let alone loosing to ordinary Dinamo Zegrab, I'm sensing that Thomas Tuchel is still doing some experiment with this team and precisely the new players and too his looking for a way to properly combine the new guys with the old guys in order to have a suitable first 11 eleven team. Which in this process, I think at the moment he's becoming a little bit kind of confused with the players to use. He should step up his games and start living up to expectations, because the earlier the better as more and more games plus different compitions are on its way.

as expected, City easily won this game, they managed to score 4 goals and did not concede any goals, with this victory City will be more motivated for the next games of the champions league, who knows this season City finally became champions

Sometimes I feel for Manchester City and how they ways have a good start, be the leagues favourite to win the champions league and in the end, they get eliminated just like the others. Like Real Madrid did to them last season in what was supposed to be game over and then we had Rodrygo and K. Benzema spoiling all hopes.
Well, its too early to say anything but, they did great yesterday in beating Sevilla from a home side to a 4 goals victory and still got to keep there clean sheet.

Now that Madrid have entered the last minute, 3 goals seemed enough for them in this match.
Overall this was something easy for them but there was something interesting in this match because after a long time Hazard was finally able to score again because for official matches I haven't seen him score in a long time.

Ofcourse yeah and he didn't just score (Eden Hazard), he managed a goal and an assist. That's so much he could have asked for in this game and all thanks to the situation with K. Benzema else, he would have been routing on the bench. Although, he lost some pretty good chance and wasn't making accurate passes when he came on but in the end, he had a major impact on the game.
Celtic on the other hand proved themselves a good team eve  though they lost but Real Madrid remains there better still. The pattern at which Celtic played, I wonder what would have been the result if this were not to be Real Madrid.

In this case it would be very good if he could improve his performance this season because at least he and Rodrygo could be the ideal form to rotate Benzema and if that is true maybe Rodrygo will be maximized as a winger because Valverde's role is still quite complex, can be in the wing or attacking midfielder.
But we also have to see from other matches when he gets the chance whether it can continue or maybe just one game this time.

I didn’t expect Juventus to play PSG that way. I mean they played a good football. Despite the absence of some first team players, they managed to score and hold down PSG to not score more goals. I think 2-1 isn't that bad when considering that their 3 best players Di Maria, Paul Pogba and Chiesa are injured, if they had played it would have been a whole different match and the chances of Juventus beating PSG would be really high. In the second leg, I expect them to be back and PSG won’t get it soft.

I must commendate the performance Juventus displayed against PSG. Despite losing the match. I think, they indeed tried their possible best, but PSG had their best players on the field which probably made it difficult for Juventus to withstand them. I agree with you, it should have eventually been a tough match for PSG, if Pogba, Di Maria and Chiesa was on the pitch. Hopefully, they will participate in the second leg. But, we have to consider the fact that PSG hosted the game, which boosted their morale about winning it.

Milan cannot showed their best shape today and failed to win and i have to say Salzburg were playing better than them even in terms of scoring opportunities Salzburg has slighty better but draw result is fair for them considering the performance between both of teams during the match however i noticed Italian teams still cannot able to get the winning results today that after Milan only draw then Juventus lose from PSG and today Inter and Napoli will playing but they also have to struggle because faced strong opponents

I was surprised to see yesterday that Chelsea couldn't even score a goal against Croatian team, Dinamo Zagreb. Chelsea used build up offense but generally felt not very talented at scoring positions. On the other hand Zagreb team knew their capability and they mainly used fast attacks to tire Chelsea players running around to close positions. Dinamo Zagreb showed Chelsea no single respect. Maybe they were motivated by Chelsea's poor run in the premiership. And Chelsea failed to prove to them that they deserved that respect. The midfield was totally disconnected from the attack and failed to pull out the Dinamo Zagreb defense out of their line. There was not a playmaker and no player to fearlessly penetrate the defense of Dinamo Zagreb.

I think Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has not fully recovered from the attack psychologically. Kepa Arrizabalaga proved that he was indeed a world-class goalkeeper with those wonderful saves. Chelsea just lost a golden opportunity to grab 3 points. Other teams would be very confident because of this substandard performance.

Juventus showed quality and courage. Donnarumma deprived them of many goal-scoring chances. The match would have gone anyway. It's good to see the synergy between Neymar and Mbappe this would indeed contribute positively to their champions league quest. But Mbappe should understand that he is not the only player that is hungry to score, let him also create scoring opportunities for other players.

Christophe Glatier knows that this competition's results would determine the length of his job, hence he wants the best performance and he was very uncomfortable when PSG conceded that goal.

Yes yesterday was a good day for betting for many people but also a lot of people lost money because of Milan,Leipzig and Chelsea so not everything looked OK from the favorites during yesterday night.Tonight games are somewhat more difficult to predict but still strong favorites should win.In yesterday games the winners choose games where the favorites were big names like Real,City and PSG,the other people who got even more in their tickets like Milan and Leipzig and Chelsea lost their bets.Hopefully tonight it will be a better night for gamblers.

I was suprise that Chelsea lost their match yesterday, I don't even know who to blame maybe the coach or the player, Dinamo Zagreb is a small team for Chelsea to win, they even performed poorly but am suprise they won, Chelsea had lot's of opportunities but I don't know why they couldn't score, even Aubameyang didn't perform to my expectation yesterday, he couldn't even convert any of his opptunity to goal, I think Thomas Tuchel should work on his team, if not with the current performance of Chelsea am sure Chelsea won't really go far.

Well two shocking results out of 8 games is also 25% of all matches so it is not such a small number, but of course it could have been even worse. I watched the game of Leipzig vs Donezk and i have to say that i feel pretty bad for Leipzig. They had such a weak start into the Bundesliga and now they also messed up their start into the Champions League. 1-4 against Donezk sounds like they did not have a chance against them but if you watched the match then it is obvious that it is not true.
Leipzig was the dominating team and had everything under control but then their goalkeeper made this huge mistake and gave the first goal to Donezk away for free. Leipzig just does not have any luck at the moment.

Sevilla vs manchester city game is not very interesting for me. the match went one way, the efforts made by sevilla were very monotonous in the match, they were unable to resist the domination launched by the guardiola squad in the early minutes until the end of the match. Sevilla was only able to get one shot on target.

But the game on the contrary is displayed man city very nicely. Pep Guardiola's squad dominated the match, until in the 20th minute the assist from Kevin De Bruyne was able to be continued by Haaland and made Man City's opener goal in the first half.
As a result, Sevilla had to lose at home with a score of 0-4.
Furthermore, the only tough opponent of Man City is Dortmund.

I think Chelsea have fielded the best squad they have, even Aubameyang played as a starter in that match. Maybe only Edouard Mendy was left out,
because Tuchel wanted to give Kepa a chance, it's not really a problem. After all, Kepa didn't play badly in that match, it's just that Chelsea's front line
had difficulty scoring goals. It's a shame that Chelsea, who dominated the match, couldn't score a single goal.

Other than that Livakovic's performance was extraordinary in that match, at least it was recorded that Livakovic thwarted Chelsea's 3 golden opportunities.
A very quick counter-attack by Dinamo Zagreb's players also endangered Chelsea several times, and finally Dinamo Zagreb managed to score a goal

Benfica 2 - 0 Maccabi Haifa
In the first half, Maccabi was a little better, managed to nullify Benfica's attack and pressed hard, not allowing Benfica to play their game. In the second half, with the tactical changes that Benfica made, they managed to overcome Maccabi's defensive barrier and score 2 goals, which gave Benfica the victory.

With this result, Benfica has more points than Juventus and now needs to at least draw with Juventus, to be able to keep up with more and try to stay in second place. Since the first place will certainly go to PSG.

If Chelsea continue with this poor performance in this season, I don't think they will go far in this season compared to last season that made them to performed well through out the tournament despite they didn't achieve the title from the season. Chelsea are really lacking in the area of defense, which is not helping their midfielders and strikers to work well to achieve goals on time in any competition. If Chelsea coach can work on their defense fast by imparting them new tactics they can use to make their defense more stronger in their remaining matches, I think Chelsea can still do well in this tournament.

Madrid winning didn't come as a surprising thing  to me because the team is in good shape having won in all their matches since the beginning of the new season in Laliga. Eden Hazard seems to be back in good form and it was cool to see him find the back of the net in a champions league game, not just the goal but he also assisted Luka Modric in scoring the second goal so he should be the man of the match so that he will be motivated and his confidence will fully be restored, good win for the Ancelotti men.

Vini's first goal was very similar to his UCL winner against Liverpool with Modric and Carvajal pressing high then Valverde running down the right flank to set up a fine assist for Vini. This is something these players can and will do, until people find out that beating a high-pressure team is not the same as getting lucky or getting help from the referee.
Look at Hazard's smile, this is the performance he commands the most to boost his confidence. Hopefully things will get better from now on for him.
