If we evaluate the performance of the teams, for me the Belgian team remains the favorite, in the match with Slovakia they were simply unlucky, although they had a lot of opportunities to win this match. Lukaku is the unluckiest player this year at EURO because he has been offside 3 times, if he scores a goal then Lukaku will be the only player who scores the top score. There is no doubt about Portugal's victory over Turkey and in terms of FiFa's level it is very different so it is not surprising that Portugal won with a landslide score of 3-0. It is impossible that in this match Portugal's defense line had a weakness, in fact what is visible is that Turkey had fewer opportunities.
