Croatia winning on penalties, nothing new here Not important for BSFL but it was the game I watched.

I watched Engalnd - Brazil and France - Germany, but heard we were boring again.
I was surprised to see penalties being shot, it's quite rare in friendlies. I do support it, especially before big competitions, and I'm really not sure why more teams don't do it.

Low scoring round for me, but same thing for my opponent. Failed with France and England, but there is good thing that I won't lose this round. Italy game doesn't matters as we both have same answer, so everything will be decided on NCAA. But in worst case scenario it will be draw for me.

Like it wouldn't be boring international games like Nations League, FIFA comes with idea to make another meaningles tournament for national teams. Practice penalties, yeah, but I think there is some difference between taking penalties in World Cup playoffs and some random friendly gam.

The tennis question is nasty this time as there are some games where surprises could be due. I was super motivated to submit early, but when I saw the outstanding matches at the ATP Miami, well, I instantly hesitate to finalize my submission form. There are a couple of games where I wouldn't be shocked if one of the favorites gets knocked out.

In my duel against Jayce it is all about Italy tonight, I need them to not win for 3 points.

I hoped for the same thing but they just scored a second goal and won the match
Now I have the same points like strongkored and last question with March Madness can decide the winner.
It would be great for UConn to win by landslide and score more points from other two teams Houston and Purdue.

I want to thank the sheriff for giving me my first win of the season. 

Even though I had a decent lead after the first half it was still a close call because we had a lot of different answers, and then the F1 question(Norris/Alonso duel) ended it all.

Truth be told, It could have probably been a draw, because Houston are struggling to get any kind of separation from Texas A&M, however, Purdue have done me the biggest favor already by outscoring UConn, so there is no way slackovic can get any point from that match either.

It's a normal cycle for our team which we play our best shape in the first half of season and turn bad after that. Like buwaytress once said, we are playing like Everton Gg Trofo, it was a tight match as we had to wait until the very end of week to see the final score.

Well i can only expect a draw for me in this round after the disaster in the Australian GP. Mercedes with two DNF destroy my hopes on that question and plus Ferrari find the nail in his car for this race, and i didnt expect to see Sainz in such form after his procedure.

The margin by which you've lost these games shows you've put sometime into your research, you can't always get it right, but trust me you can't finish in the top 5 if you don't make your research, I'm not talking about sports that you had prior knowledge of, like football and probably Tennis, but tons of other sports definitely need looking into, and just guess game wouldn't work except, you're the most lucky guy on earth.

Regarding the 3-0 thing - well, it's more meant to punish the offender with another -3 GD to an already deducted point than to reward the guy getting a freebie.
Some things we unfortunately can't balance - it's the same like when a great team rotates against a relegation struggling one and loses - you just have to accept it.

slaman29's idea, although good, isn't something we're looking at. We plan to punish those that don't submit harder and harder as the seasons go by, not give them another chance of a win later on.

Agree, the idea is to punish late submissions, I think we shouldn't think too hard about benefits for others, you will get it at some point like I finally did but we can't rely on it to win, we must just do our own efforts.

Yeah, I'm starting to feel a bit undermotivated to do the research only to have two or three correct answers. That's why I will try to submit answers based on a hunch.

Tennis is always dangerous but you can always use VAR to change your answer. But I will wait for tomorrow to submit.
