Hmm... I would not be so sure about that. What about gambling using things other than money? Lets say for example: time.

If you are forced to invest a specific amount of time into something, then obviously you are using that time as a bet input. So instead of investing that time into your job to earn money, you are investing it into your bet.

I think that might be an unexplored, interesting concept, don't you? Lets say for example such a time gambling casino exists. And the money you can win by gambling your time comes from ad revenue. The advertisers are interested in advertising on that casino website because the casino forces the gamblers to spend a specific amount of their time there. This means they are also forced to take in the ads during their time in that casino.

In addition since you're not putting your money and also you're not going to lose your money even if your prediction does not go according to plan then you can't consider it as gambling it's more like a giveaway where only those with the correct predictions gets to win the price nothing else.

I've seen a site like this before and it's much better than this one but unfortunately I forgot the name, but I've registered and bet without using capital or money but I can get money, well the wins are like points that can be exchanged for money, but not much the money that is found there, after all this system works basically to train its users to gamble so when they feel they are mature of course they will confidently go to sports betting sites and deposit money to bet.

Yes, a game can be considered gambling if it involves a bet where it could be a property, a material thing, or any condition. Anything that involves a bet where there is a competition happening could be a gambling. It can be situational or conditional gambling. As far as we can remember, we're used to creating conditional gambling games when we were a kid. One example is, the last to eat will wash the dishes, or something like that.

This would still be considered a form of gambling because there is an element of chance involved in predicting the scores of the matches. I disagree, as long as you don't stake anything it is not gambling.  You are not gambling with your friend when you watch him gambling, you are accompanying your friend while he is gambling.  There is a huge difference when you are putting stake on something with your friends and watching your friend gamble.

So in sports, are you saying that athletes are gambling when they are playing their games?  I never heard any commentator say that team A is gambling against team B rather I always heard that Team A is playing against Team B. And on the card game, when you are playing without any stake, it is considered playing and not gambling, that is the reason why you already stated "played cards with friends" not gambling with cards with your friend.

My thought on the matter is, if you stake the game without money before you withdraw the wins, you will pay or deposit a specific amount which will enable a you to withdraw. I like the site's look because before we enter the site, we are given the option to read the ToS or go directly to the site. Meanwhile, I went straight to the site to take a look inside.

If it's just predictions and we play with predictions without using money, it's not gambling. But it's like the Futuur site because it's a prediction site. I am familiar with superpicks and have tried it a couple of times. I think over the world cup, they had programs for the tournament and as the seasons run in the leagues, there are still selected games that are put out there for lovers of sports to predict the outcome and they get to reward the accurate or near accurate prediction.

That is technically not gambling. Why is that,'its because you've got nothing to lose'. That's gambling, you've got to have something to put forward as your stake and should be valued to the third party.

When you're predicting the outcome of some incident/sports/game then it is gambling. Only difference here is the money involvement which makes the gamble risk free. With money involved gambling the wrong prediction washes our money whereas with this kind of gambling we can enjoy as the win could reward and loss doesn't affect us.

When you are not risking something valueable in a game of chance, you are not gambling. It's not gambling it's a site where you can practice your skill in predicting games if you're not a gambler and you are hitting 100% prediction you will be tempted if you see the amount you could have won if you bet with real money.
I don't use a prediction site because I'll be disappointed if I'm good and there's no money involved.

I haven't heard of it, but the way you explain it, it doesn't appear gambling to me. If you all you need to do is predict, then you are not gambling at all. If you do not pay or if you don't buy a ticket or some kind of token that is convertible to money, then it isn't gambling. You are not risking anything. It is like a free raffle or contest or a giveaway.

I remember the Bitcoin price prediction game of El duderino_ before. Participants don't have to pay anything. All they have to do is predict. If they win, they will receive Bitcoin. That wasn't gambling. This is the same.

If there is no money or anything like your things or stuff is not involved, I think it is not gambling, as it should be having money or other stuff like a car or furniture to bet on as you are risking it just to win money. Also, I've seen the website that you mentioned, but I can't really tell if it is legit or not because, first, how come they can have pot money if they don't have money coming for their users? It is too good to be true, right? so i have doubts on it
