Your EXIF stripper is too aggressive and is removing the Orientation tag (set by some cameras to switch between landscape and portrait mode instead of actually rotating the image).

Sorry about that. It happens. I'm pretty sure this could be as a result of when the photo was snapped. It's either you snapped the photo when the phone was rotated in the landscape view or from the original phone it was sent to you where it was sent to you and you were unaware or maybe there was an unusual bug in the browser or device during the time of the upload but it is ordinarily very unusual for a photo to automatically change its orientation without any of the above reasons.

You know if you have your auto-rotate activated on your phone, your phone might tilt to landscape view during the time of taking your shots and you might be unaware of it but then it looks fine on your gallery until you decide to upload it online. It used to happen to me sometimes in the past.

To solve such problems, you will need to use an editing tool on your pc or mobile phone to rotate the image then try uploading it again else you cannot correct it online since you used talkimg.com to upload it online.  unfortunately, bitcointalk platform doesn't support CSS or image transformations natively likewise the talkimg.com website doesn't support direct url based transformations like rotation etc.

However, I have a solution to this issue and what I did was to use external image hosting services like Cloudinary which allows me to rotate already uploaded images like yours. What I did was to follow the simple steps below.

1. I visited the Cloudinary website online and signed up for an account using my Gmail account.

2. I used the nav bar at the top left of the website to navigate to the 'Media Library' at the Manage and Analyze section.

3. There's a + button at the side which gives you the ability to add a media file then I upload your image.

Here's the default image you uploaded using talkimg.com re-uploaded to Cloudinary by myself.



Here's the final rotated url-based image I transformed by simply including the rotation parameter (a_90 for a 90 degrees rotation in between the url after the /upload.

It's great to see that just add a_90 I think if @joker_josue add TalkImg another features that increase the images regulations.

Without a doubt, it had very interesting features. But I don't know if the costs are worth it for the main objective.

Either way, I will think of situations that could be useful.

O.k.  I just tested it out.  It looks like it came as an invoice for 1 satoshi, but the invoice could be edited to change the amount, which I did, and it looks like my payment went through with two hops and fees of around $0.29 (414.376 satoshis).

I would have expected a much lower transaction fee for LN. As in: 2 sats instead of more than 400.

I am not sure what wallet you were using (joker-josue) (or whether your wallet matters?), but I was sending from a Phoenix wallet, and I did not do anything except scan the barcode through the Phoenix App, and then chose the number of sats that I was sending, which was changing from the 1 sats in the invoice to send 102,594 sats, and so the total with the fee was 103,008.376 sats.  As far as I know, there was no option to change the fees, yet I was not using the wallet in any kind of advanced user way, I just sent from what was in front of me.

The numbers for this month of July may be a little lower than the previous month, but that was because in the months of May/June we had a greater movement due to the pizza competition. Another interesting point is that this month more images were seen on the forum than before, with more than 1TB of bandwidth used.

Probably most of those users have an account here and uses talkimg to post images on other platforms too ( i'm one of these users too). Because as you said, the site doesn't have google seo metrics to show up in google top pages unless visited or search directly.

It could even be. But it's unlikely. Around +90% of visits to the website are direct, that is, people who go directly to talkimg.com. This means that they are people who already know the site.

Over the past year, you've already noticed that there are periods with more uploads and others with fewer uploads.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I meant - btctalk forum members would use it in other places (and maybe recommend it to others etc), like the altcoinstalk forum, or other, lesser-known forums that use the same or similar engines.
I know I do, and probably I'm not the only one.
