I believe France will win against Morocco. Jamaica vs Colombia maybe is the most balanced match, but I think Jamaica is more prepared, the team managed to hold 2 draws against France and Brazil.

Super Falcons were truly impressive if you ask me. They controlled the game and remained unbeaten for full 120 minutes. I really enjoyed watching the match, but it's sad end up Nigeria lost. England advanced through penalties and they seem likely to become champions, as become top favorites after USA departure.

Australia did great, moving to the Quarter-finals after a 2-0 win against Denmark. Now, our attention turns to France vs Morocco.

They were a delight to watch, they stressed the England players so much with their well-executed tactics that Key players for England did not even see an opportunity to play. Lauren James who was had the media's eye before this game was totally turned into a frustrated player. This game is by far England's most difficult opponent that they have played in a long time. The super Falcons deserved to win and make history, they had more attempts on the England goal more times than any other team in this competition. Penalties is a game of experience, and the England team are more experienced and used to taking penalties under high pressure than the super falcons.

I’m pretty sure it was England and not Australia who played with Nigeria. The game had ended in a goalless draw and later going into penalties. Australia won theirs against Denmark with a scoreline of 2:0.
Concerning the ENG vs NGA game, It was a good game for both sides as they had played well. Obviously, it was better for England as they went ahead to clinch the victory after the game ended with a draw. Going into penalties, England was lucky and came out the winner.

Why do you think the Nigerian goalie didn’t perform well and would be blamed? She performed really well during the game and made some good saves. Everyone played their best and there shouldn’t be any faulting anyone for anything.

Honestly the Super Falcons outplayed their opponent Lionesses and had two of their chances hitting crossbar twice and very unlucky to win the during the regulation time despite playing with an advantage of 11 women against 10 women of the English team when James was shown a straight red card after stepping on Michelle Alozie in the 3 minutes before the end of regulation time, penalty shootout helped the English women team to scrape through to the quarterfinal after enduring a tough game plan perfectly executed by the Nigerian side who are proud of themselves for proving their worth during the tournament.

In as much as they lost in a penalty shoot-out, I'm really impressed with their performance, i knew they were tough and but I didn't believe they'll be able to challenge the Lionesses in such manner, they had their chance to win playing with an advantage of 11 against 10 but failed to get a goal, however the Lionesses has really shown that they're champions and are ready to claim back the trophy from USA and advancing to the next stage means their chances of winning is becoming higher but i still feel the Japanese team would get into the finals and probably win the competition because they seem very tough and able to knock out any teams that come their way both England and Japan are my two most preferred team to win the competition and I'm looking forwards to a final match between both team, because I feel it going to be tough and very interesting to watch

To be completely honest, I really enjoy watching the women's match between Nigeria and England because both teams demonstrate their strength, but Nigeria puts in the most effort. England's women suffered a lot today, and one of their best players was sent off; this is what caused them the most suffering. Nigeria's women tried numerous shots, but they were unsuccessful in scoring goals because the England goal keeper was very shrewd and even the defensive player did not give up. A game is merely luck because, if it weren't for luck, I think Nigeria will defeat England since, from my perspective, Nigeria is playing England.

The only issue I'm aware of with Nigeria is penalty kicks, and I believe that's the only thing that affects them. While Nigeria always has a strong ability to play anywhere, when it comes to penalties, they don't know how to play them, and the coach of the Nigeria women should take note of this because if they don't do so, it will have an impact on their next game. They should take heed because they might find themselves in the penalty shootout again in the match next year or any friendly encounter, but I must admit that I am extremely pleased of the Nigerian women.

They actually did a great job; they performed in accordance with the Super Falcon's team tag, and I particularly liked the tackle that prevented the England players from breathing normally. Lauren James also reacted in this way out of frustration, but I don't think her behavior was justified given that the match was only a game. Even the England players did not anticipate such a performance from the falcons, and if it weren't for the shootout, there might still be a chance that the falcons will prevail. The falcons are good and they play well. Since they are out already  better luck next  time.

Super Falcons did really well, I watched the last 10 minutes and the penalties.
Even a player sent off England were still favourites. I was checking the odds with 10
minutes to go and England were shown as the favourite, I recon this was due to the
fact that they would do better in the penalties, and they did - marginally - but thats

Personally I’m not a big fan of women’s football. Because the quality is not good at all to be honest. I said that because obviously I am used to watching men’s football. Women’s football is nothing compared to that.

Anyway, in this match England, women were lucky to be able to win this match on penalties. I will say that England was especially lucky to be able to reach the penalties on level score. Because after England lost a player, I definitely thought England might lose. But I have to say in the end, both teams showed resilience. And of course England was lucky to be able to win in penalty shootout.

The Nigerian team played very well and they were level with England till the finish time.  However, England win on the penalties 4-2 and qualified for the Quarterfinals.

For me, I have the believe that the England team would get to the finals and if care isn't taken, they might be the champions.
The match against the super Falcons did well to cement my confidence in the believe that the England side is simply just better. Even with the red card and the pressure the African side brought, the England defense was prepared to hold the Falcons down, and that they did.

We have Morocco as the only African team left, and am hoping they do better to at least go past this stage and unto the finals.

England got the good ending finally but that doesn't mean that they are doing wonderful, they have a whole structural women's league with many divisions and all that, they are literally making sure that they are playing as well as hoped for and yet they are still not doing that great.

Look at USA and look at England, I am giving that example because there are like 4 divisions in women's football back in England if I remember correctly, which means that they have 4 leagues worth of development and a lot of chances to be a footballer and yet they are still not finding good enough players and they are not developing them as good as USA does while spending that much money and time on it as well. They should be better.

It was sad to see my country women lose to England at such a crucial stage in the tournament. I know that they played well but they should have pressed England further to kill the game. It was clear that England really wanted the game to go into a shootout so it was up to them to finish it in regular time or in extra time. Leaving it to a penalty shootout played into the hands of England. Too bad aha. Now I need to pick another team to support for the remainder of the tournament. Might be Australia because they are a great team. Impressed with their performance today. Mary Fowler was top class today.

The Nigeria women team needs more encouragement and support, they did their best for the country, no one ever gave them the chance to scale through the group stage, but they did and gave England women a tough fight in the knock out stage.

Everyone through that England wil outshined the super falcon but they found it hard, The falcon were just unlucky they missed so many chances for goals. They couldn't covert their chances.
Penalty is just a lucky game, any one can win it.its 50/50. And the Nigeria women was out of luck to scale through to the quarter finals. England women deafed them by 4/2 on shoot out.

Morroco is the only Africa team remaining in the composition now, I wish they win France women and get to the Quarter finals.
