I have never seen women coaching men's football teams. So why should we have men as managers for the women's teams? This puts the safety of women players at risk. Here in India, a few years back the coach for the national field hockey team was suspended after he threatened the players. The coach (M K Kaushik) used to ask players to have physical relations with him, and those who didn't agreed to the demands were kicked out of the team. Finally one of the players (T S Ranjitha Devi) complained about it and there was some media coverage. But in the end, the media coverage waned and Kaushik was appointed in another plum post by the government. The player who complained had her career destroyed.

I don't think it's fair to assume that if a person is a man then the women in the team will be at risk.

We are all independent humans, capable of doing pretty much everything, women can also be violent, etc.

I've been following this story. What i can say power can really lead to corruption. If he can't understand his mistake and the fact that he grabbed his crotch was just terrible and completely inappropriate, then he shouldn't have a place in football. His arrogant behavior shows that he might not respect boundaries, especially when it comes to women. I've always believed that sports - and especially football, which is like the world's sport - should be an arena of respect and integrity.

There's absolutely no excuse for letting your "excitement" overshadow basic human decency. Like, come on. If I started running around the White House kissing everyone in sight because I was "excited," there’d be chaos. And the whole thing about the coach? Seriously, this ain't some TV drama. Women have already shown the world that they have more than satisfactory skills in all areas in which humans work. For this reason, I believe that women's sporting events like the world cup could be managed 100% by women.
It's disgusting to see that some men still can't control their testosterone... if they do that in front of cameras then imagine what they must be able to do with a woman when no one else is watching.
So the fewer men at these women's events, the better.

I understand that there could be a quality deficit in some sector, because good professionals are sometimes only found in a male or female person, but I believe that this would be a very small problem.

Well, of course women can work in whatever they want.

But, women and men have different interests (when looking at population level), and that gets reflected in the professions they choose freely.

I don't see the problem of having the individual to choose whatever they want to do with their lives, and if that ends up in some jobs having more men, or more women, so be it.

According to the news he's refused to resign for his actions and is and a committee that's currently in charge of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has joined the list of sporting bodies and government ministers and are all calling him to resign from his job, also he's been condemned for several actions he carried out thst involves, hugging, kissing some other players and  carrying another on his shoulder during the celebration.
 Rubiales said the kiss with the Spanish player Hermoso mutual and blame the false feminists for crying out  also it is said in the news that Hermoso refused his claims and said that she felt vulnerable and victims of an aggressive act, i don't pray for anyone to be in the situation Rubiales has got himself in, but if I were him I'll definitely resign and save myself more embarrassment because the person he kisseď claims she's a victim to an aggression which would attract more support to herself as a female and cause higher authorities to falsefully make him resign.

It really is a weird thing that the story of this kiss has gotten more traction that Spain winning the womens world cup.

It's a bit insane to be honest, who cares about that kiss, the girl went along, said there was nothing wrong, and that's it.

By then, hundreds (if not thousands) of female athletes underwent sexual abuse. The case of Nassar is just a tip of the iceberg. There are 10x or 20x more cases, that are never revealed.

For example, the coach of a professional athlete has great authority, the athlete trusts him very much, they spend a lot of time in everyday training. At some point, the coach may have something click in his head and he may try to harass the athlete in private. I think this happens more often than we think. It's just that today people are not afraid to admit to society that similar cases have happened to them.
Particular attention should be paid when you send girls to sports, and there the coach is a man.
