I'm not really sure about that, but yes I admit every coach will try to make improvements for each next match even though not all plans work as expected. Ten Hag may need to appreciate his team's performance today, but he should regret the defeat because his defense was not as good as it should have been.

Next October, Manchester United will play at home against Galatasaray. It's probably a game Manchester United can win, but I don't really expect them to underestimate Galatasaray.

Good players brings solid results, exactly what Manchester united needs at the present moment. They're suffering from average and inconsistent players followed by severe injuries hitting really hard on the squad, all fingers points at the coach, he's responsible for all the problems united facing, he failed to sort out the main problems, neglecting minor issues which have turned out to be the major challenge of united. Manchester United do have alot to fixed this season. Erik Ten Hag would adjust his position if he wants to weigh up his team back to elite level.

Wow chill mate, this isn’t how it works, Onana definitely had a game to forget but should he be released just already I would say No, Onana is an exciting goal keeper been it he as fault today but when you want to compare the shot stopping skills to that of Degea then I would say he is just not right at the top. Even with Degea’s class he cost united points last season. In fact if I could remember Degea had the worst start to a United career and only picked up form in his third season. Degea did commit similar blunders too in the UCL the most common one was against Barcelona when Messi’s shot parred into the net.

So this is not about just Degea been good and Onana been bad but about handling the pressure of playing for Manchester United. Onana needs to get his confidence back and make sure the pressure doesn’t holds him down. United need the Onana that took inter Milan to last season champions league with the highest clean sheets, he wouldn’t be nominated for various awards if he is that bad as you labeled him

And yes yet again Jude Bellingham saves real Madrid yet again in the later part of the match, in as much as this was a victory for real Madrid in the addition minutes of the match I believe they have some troubles they should try to fix up soon.

This was their first match of the new UEFA champions league competition this season and they were up against a very weaker team compared to themselves and in Madrid I would have expected real Madrid to wash away their opposition today but surprisingly that wasn't the case. This isn't a good sign of things to come for real Madrid in the UEFA champions league.

You are correct, I believe, when you remark that Real Madrid's performance has changed recently. Real Madrid even managed to score the game's opening goal, and the majority of their victories come from goals scored at the conclusion of games. I have been pondering how the absence of some Real Madrid players who are injured is affecting the team. If we look at Real Madrid's performance, they did not have a good side striker player who could play in the same manner as Vini Jr. Even when they tried to put Rodrigo in that position, it was not as effective as it was when Vini Jr was playing in it.

And once more, the striker position is the most crucial. As we can all see, Real Madrid is suffering without Benzema; they used to have numerous opportunities to score goals, such as when they had open shootouts and even possession of a ball that could have been scored, but they failed to take advantage of those opportunities because their current striker, Joselu, is not strong enough to play in that position. If Benzema were to return, I think that would change.

After an extraordinary victory against Milan, today Inter actually had to lose full points against Real Sociedad who apparently were not favored to get even 1 point against them. Inter had to share points with La Liga representatives by only playing 1-1 until the end of the match, so it wasn't Inter who beat Milan 5-1 a few days ago.

Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Salzburg and Napoli all won their respective matches. I was surprised about Real Madrid's win because it seemed like they were really struggling to score even though that 1 late goal was enough to secure 3 points.

Arsenal is playing like Arsenal again. Finally they see Champions League again after all these years and I can say this is definitely a great start. Saka, Trossard and Jesus all scored in first half and Ødegaard scored in second half. That shows us how great Arsenal's offensive power. It was important to start with 3 points and they started great for this group. I believe they can advance to next round from this group being in the first place. They look very good on the field.

Today's game was a work over for Arsenal as they played with a very weak club. I am not surprised at the result of the game because I was expecting such result. I must say that Arsenal took all the advantage they had over PSV to win the match impressively.

On the other hand PSV lack the experience on how to overcome challenges and they couldn't score a consolidation goal, so that let it be that they scored a goal. Arsenal doesn't have much challenges in their group and it is certain that they will qualify to the round of 16.

Manchester United in the second half now has got one score, but Bayern also can add another score, its really bad for Red Devils. Also Manchester United performance is really bad in the premier league, on the other side I agree with you Manchester United needs a fresh coach. Because if not, then this season they will not get any tickets in the Premier League. Although it is still too early to say that, because may Ten Hag be able to improve his performance, but to be honest I doubt him this season.

If Ten Hag is the problem, why did man Utd go through those lengths to get him and their fans were super convinced about his methodologies? My opinion is that Man Utd should stick with ten hag a bit longer. Too much instability in a team makes it harder for players to adapt to ever-changing tactics and plays. I feel this is the reason why Chelsea is struggling as well because they're changing coaches like Man Utd and giving little time for their very-rich squads  to mature.  

I'm all for Ten hag managerial position continuation.

Building a squad requires time and that is what Erik Ten Hag needs to bring back Manchester United glorious era, whether in the EPL or UCL. From the results of the match, of course Manchester United played quite well and they were even able to balance Bayern Munich game at the Allianz Arena. Well, their efforts were not successful because Manchester United moved slowly in their playing tempo in this match because they increased their aggressiveness when the match was almost over. However, Erik Ten Hag must take several actions quickly to improve their weaknesses in the upcoming match.

I even saw that Bayern Munich almost lost their concentration after Manchester United were able to score the third goal through Casemiro but the running out of time meant they had to give up at the end of the match with a score of 4-3. Apart from that, Erik Ten Hag position is still quite safe at Manchester United. So, to return to winning ways, the Manchester United squad must really improve their performance in the upcoming match.

I remember when DDG had just joined United as a young boy under Sir Alex Ferguson. he would make quite a number of mistakes on the goal and at one point he came under heavy criticism, but that did not stop Fergie from trusting him until her turned into a very good goalkeeper. Maybe what Onana needs is some confidence now that he is at a big stage and under intense pressure.

Buying and selling players because they haven't performed after a few games won't help. Some players, especially goalkeepers, get better as they age.

Inter are one of my betting favourites for this match and the result they got in the first match ruined my already well-established multi with Madrid, Bayern and Arsenal winning.
Lautaro gave them hope in the 87th minute but that was only enough for them to get 1 point in this match.
On the other hand, I was surprised by Bayern's match against Manchester United. Even though I knew Bayern would win, I didn't expect Manchester United to put up a good fight in this match. 7 goal drama is really very good for a big match.

If results are bad on the pitch; it is the coachs fault; that will not change, not in an 100 years. When the team was doing well and winning the energy cup everyone praised Ten Hag for an increadible feat; thus now that result is the other way; it is the coach fault.

The MUFC team cannot play better football beyond 20 minutes; they cannot protect a lead and cannot even defend a lead; thats poor coaching right there.

This time around I don't think the coach is to be blamed, every week Manchester United players would be running around the pitch doing nothing, they're not doing their best to help the team, bunch of lazy ass player earning huge salary,the team is a complete disgrace and I feel pity for anyone that's a Manchester United fan because I could imagine imagine the pain they're going through watching their club embrace them.
 
 At this point Onana is not supposed to be making such cheap mistakes he was supposed to save the first goal but he allowed it go in easily,and i wonder if this players train at because they look so tired on the pitch, however after the 1st half of the game I don't know what Eric Ten Hag said to his players I'm the dressing that made start performing a little better, and Casemiro who was sluggish in the 1st half even scored a brace, I believe it's the introduction of Martial and Gernacho, the players need to start playing better to save the coach his managerial role.

No Manchester United fan in their right state of mind will call for Ten Hag contract termination. We all know in the first place that Bayern Munich weren't minor to Manchester United, and for Manchester United to do a come back of 3 goals to 4 shows that Ten Hag knows how to fix mistakes, all the 3 goals Manchester United score were after the first half, which means that he must have seen tbe loop holes in the first half, corrected the players to repair such position and it work but wasn't enough, they shouldn't have conceded more goals in that trying time.


Changing the manager will only be a grave mistake for Manchester United but haven't we thought deeply about Onana style of goal keeping all this while, I mean he has conceded more goals than what he has save this season, we can say that defenders were slack but Onana was more flopped with the goal keeping, he need more training or change in my opinion because De Gea would have done better.

Sane gave life to the game just about the 28^th minute ,... Well, when Gnabry Added a second goal, I thought that was all and nothing else would happen...if anything else would, it'll be at Thier advantage... Then an important player,Hojlund came with the revival in the 42^nd minute...
I don't really see that much fault in the new goalkeeper, Onana... He's insightful but, has been faced with too many unusual pressure in the leauge... This has proved how different the premier league is, compared to other leauges... Secondly, naysayers have really killed the motivation and self esteem of the keeper; sometimes, I see him struggling with his understanding on how to manage his positioning in the game..but then, I feel it's a gradual process.

To be honest, I can't agree with the statement that Arsenal played against a weak club, because they didn't. Let me take you back in history to last season's Europa Cup group stage when PSV was quite a formidable opponent for Arsenal. In those matches, Arsenal managed to secure a draw at home, but PSV defeated them 0-2 away. What I'd like to highlight is that there has been a noticeable improvement in the Arsenal team recently, which is why I wasn't surprised by their performance today. It was truly an outstanding display by Arsenal today, with goals from Saka, Trossard, Odegaard, and Gabriel Jesus, demonstrating their prowess. Odegaard, in particular, has shown significant improvement in his shooting skills, consistently targeting the bottom corner with powerful shots. I'm delighted to see this new aspect of his game. Now, Arsenal possesses that unpredictability from outside the 18-yard box.

Manchester united had the tendency and the vIbe to fight and get a come back against Bayern Munich but unfortunately they have a leaking pipe behind at the goal post in the person of Onana therefore they have a long way to go in terms of keeping a clean sheet in a match.
The result of today's game 4:3 shows that a come back would have been possible if the goal keeper was making the necessary savings as expected.

Earlier I foresaw Manchester united make a possible come back in the second half of the game and off course they did a come back although it wasn't held to further give them a win but then Manchester united also played good football today as compared to what people expected they would have done.they actually gave their best although it couldn't give them a win.

At some point I will say Onana needs to be spoken to because he can't continue in this manner and keep causing the team games especially in a league as the UCL where every games counts and matters to the team, he should work on avoiding silly mistakes and show of over confidence as that's not what the team wants of him, the team wants him in the goal post performing optimally.

ETH needs work on his strategy and tactics, although he had a good play today he still needs further improvement as he is points down already and still have bigger teams ahead to face in the UCL and Even premiere league, so the work load and pressure is raised high a little and that calls for further improvements to be able to handle both league and get good results as desired.

You watched that game and you feel a goalkeeper who made 5 crucial saves is the only reason they lost?
Bayern had about 9 shots on target mate. How can Manchester United allow their opponent 9 shots on target in a match? That shows how poor the team is.
Bayern had about 17 goal attempts mate, 17!! That's something that should be happening to a small club, not a club like Manchester United. Onana made his error, but he's not responsible for this loss.

You dey the team is trying to make things right, I say the team is horrible. This is not even the strongest Bayern side. If Bayern were really good and they had their captain Neuer in the team United would have had more than one goal.
The defense is poor, the midfield is poor. Hojlund missing what he should have scored.

Get a new goalkeeper today and play this match again, Manchester United will still get beaten by Bayern Munich because the all-around play of the team is poor.

Fortunately but also unfortunately we got a tie with Copenhagen. I mean I say unfortunately because we missed a ton of chances when we could have scored at the early part of the game, and these weren't just random shots, they were very close, some came off the bar. However, I do say fortunately because, in the last minutes, we found 2 goals, if it wasn't for that we were 2-0 down even though we missed so many chances. So it was both an unlucky but also a lucky game for us. We need to gain some more condition and get all those new transfers ready, it's very difficult to get wins from this group, but if we try hard enough, who knows what can happen.

Bayern Munich vs Manchester United.

This match went according to what I expected, if these two teams would score goals against each other. considering that the available odds are not very ideal for Bayern Munich, I would suggest betting on the +1.5 handicap option for United with odds @1.70. My previous guess was that this match would end with a score of 2-1. Bayern will score 2 goals, while Manchester United will score 1 goal. but unexpectedly, this match produced many goals from both teams which ended with a score of 4-3. However, for those who bet on the +1.5 handicap option for United, they won this match with odds @1.70..

Sevilla vs Lens.

In this match, Sevilla is superior with odds @1.91. but I suspect, there won't be many goals in this match. I predicted in the previous post that the match would at least end with a score of 0-0 or 1-1. but to prevent something unexpected, for example Lens was able to overthrow Sevilla. So, I speculate the ideal bet with a handicap option of +05 odds @1.87. and yep, this match ended with a score of 1-1.

Arsenal vs PSV.

In terms of player material, Arsenal is one level above PSV. although, PSV's performance is very impressive in its Domestic League. Nevertheless, Arsenal is the favorite, especially since this match was held at the Emirates Stadium. unfortunately, betting on the 1x2 option is not ideal. So I predict and speculate, if the ideal bet is a handicap option with -1.5 for Arsenal with odds @ 1.97. At a minimum, Arsenal will score 2 goals in this match. Unexpectedly, the Gunners were able to beat PSV with a landslide score.

Real Sociedad vs Inter Milan.

Previously, I said in the post before this match started. The odds provided by the bookie look a little strange and confusing.  However, because Inter is playing as the host, it would be very natural if the choice fell on Inter Milan. Unfortunately, the results were not what I expected.

This is a bit hilarious, were you expecting Man Utd to defeat FC Bayern Munich at home?, with the kind of performance we saw them display lately, No way mate, if at all I was expecting them to perform well not actually in their game against Bayern Munich.

It is impossible for Manchester United to win Bayern at home which I said before the match started and it has never happened for long. Bayern proved themselves today that they still remain unbeaten at home by their brilliant performance in today's game, by winning United with one goal ahead.

On the other hand I must confess that since the beginning of this season, this is the most impressive performance that Manchester United have shown. They were fighting to draw the match but luck wasn't on their side because the moment United scores to cancel one goal, Bayern will retaliate back.

Yeah, I wouldn't say PSV to weak club. They are just away from Champions League marathon for a long time like Arsenal. Their current roster lack Champions League experience, but overall they have a good team. Of course nobody say they are on the same level as Arsenal but they shouldn't be called as weak team.

Galatasaray should've played better and use the chances they created but they failed. If you don't score when you are superior in a game, you will end up conceding a goal. That's what happened today. A comeback from 0-2 was important but it wouldn't be possible in 11v11 game. Red card was their luck today, it won't always happen. They have to work on finishing more.

Even the 2:2 draw result from Galatasaray vs. Copenhagen is a thing of worry as it stands because every team in their group now has at least a point except Manchester United and is a big problem for United right now.

Obviously I didn't expect Manchester United to win the match against Bayern Munich right in Germany.  That was why I initially advice Erik Ten Hag to play more of defensive type of game in order to avoid an embarrassing result like 4 goals to 1. It was this mindset that Manchester United approached the match with fear and that was why they were 2goals down in the first half. It seems that Manchester United regained their hope in the second half and came into the game with good confidence and finally the result wasn't humiliating
