Currently there is a lot of criticism towards Onana, but I don't agree that Onana is the only one to blame for the poor performance and many goals conceded by the Manchester United team.
The Manchester United team did play quite badly and that was in all areas which were not well organized so their performance was poor, it was not the fault of the back line or midfield but in winning the whole team was responsible for all of this.

I tend to agree with opinions like this instead of just blaming Andre Onana or some other player. All the players and coaches must be responsible for their poor performance in the last few matches, but I also don't think Manchester United deserved to draw, let alone win it.

Their gameplay was poor and I wasn't at all entertained by the team's performance, but I have to realize that this team is plagued by a lot of problems that don't seem to be resolved. Ten Hag must restore his team's confidence in the next match, that's what I hope instead of speculating too much about this team.

There is a difference in quality between these two teams and the victory achieved by Bayern was quite convincing, the final score was 4-3 but that was because the Manchester United team were able to reduce the deficit at the end of the match, but if you look at it overall they deserved to lose because of their performance they're pretty bad.

It seems like there is no difference in quality between the two teams, but what there is is a difference in circumstances where Manchester United this season is still looking for the best strategy to be able to win every match while Bayern Munich has found it when last season faced quite a lot of obstacles and made several changes to their squad and so far this went well so that not only in the Bundesliga but in the Champions League they managed to win.
7 goals were scored by both teams and this match was quite interesting because I thought Munich would win with a large goal margin because seeing how Manchester United lost in a local competition in front of their own public would affect their mentality but apparently not even though Casemiro scored two goals in the final minutes of the match but at least showed that United was not below the quality of Munich.

It wasn't a difficult game for PSG. They won 2-0 with a clear score.

At home, PSG had a smooth start in the group of death in the Champions League when they won convincingly against Dortmund. Determined to succeed, PSG rushed to attack right at the beginning of the match, putting pressure on Dortmund's goal. Mbappé successfully took the penalty kick even though goalkeeper Kobel guessed the right direction. Next, Hakimi sealed a 2-0 victory for PSG. The final score could hardly have been 2-0 without missing at least 2 favorable situations at the end of the match. Along with that, Goncalo Ramos was also denied a goal due to offside.
This is the motivation for PSG to aim for the ambition of raising the Champions League championship.

It's a good start from PSG while its competitors must get 1 point to draw against each other. PSG has been trying to maximizing the situation. Newcstle and acmilan are draw and it looks like that PSG will not be trying so hard in passing this group.
Mbappe has been doing it so well by scoring against dortmund through penalty. The only dangerous scenario if PSG cannot win against acmilan and newcastle.
It will be a disaster for the club consider newcastle and acmilan are strongest team in this group after PSG. PSG needs to anticipate that.

After the first matches in the group stage, I assess that this group will be easy for PSG. It won't be a death panel, as rumored. Although PSG lost two strikers, Neymar and Messi, their strength is still superior to the other teams and is definitely at the top. AC Milan and Newcastle: AC Milan will be the team behind PSG.
In the next match, Milan will visit Dortmund, and Newcastle will host PSG. This will be easy for PSG.

Bayern Munich was the effective team throughout the match. They played a really impressive game and showed that they could easily beat any team in the group. The important thing here was the Manchester United matches and they dominated Manchester United without giving them a break.

I believed that Bayern Munich would score many goals against Manchester United and wasn't expecting that Man United would equalized with three goals against Bayern. I was really surprised by the ways which Manchester United played in the Premier League; I was doubting that they would not perform as well as this and they proved that they are not as weak as I had assumed. I have full assurance that Munich would score more goals against Manchester United than they did, and I didn't think that they would match that total with three goals against Munich. I was surprised with yesterday scores with the way Manchester United has been performing in the Premier League; I had doubting them that they wouldn't be quite as strong as they have proven to be.

The only issue Manchester United is still having, in my opinion, is from Onana. He was at fault for the first two goals scored because the ball was so simple to catch and the team needed to make a move to improve from the group stage. As a result, the fans won't be as upset with the club because Bayern Munich is not a small club, as we all know.

People are saying Manchester United is already improved because during their poor performance they can score 3 goals to Bayern Munich, but people forget if Bayern Munich's goalkeeper played really awful. If Bayern Munich still have Yann Sommer, I think Manchester United only can score one goal.

It's shame to see Onana, Ten Hag should ask De Gea to back Manchester United.

Overall I'm happy to see Rashford has lower his ego, while Bruno is still same.

Man Utd hasn't improved yet if judging by their yesterday match against Bayern Munich was used as a reference that is absolutely untrue, Onana made some brilliant saves in that match if not Man Utd would have lost the match with more goals, though Onana after the match admitted that his error was responsible for the team defeat, even with the narrow defeat I think Bayern Munich were not in their best, however Onana hasn't made any difference since arrived from Inter Milan he was sole responsible for sending off DeGea on a free transfer because of his ability initiate a buildup from the defense yet he had never achieve a clean sheet in all matches he played for Man Utd.

I admire Onana's courage because it is not easy to publicly accept responsibility of making your team lose even when you have so many reasons to blame it on another person. This shows that Onana is highly commited to Manchester United course and he is ready to do his best for Manchester United.
In his speech after the match against Bayern, he admitted that he has to learn fast and adapt with the team. Truly, that what I think the problem is with Onana. His level of confidence fits a very stable team like Manchester city or Real Madrid and not struggling Manchester United.
Onana should be reserved first until Manchester United is back to the team we used to know before he can display his confidence and footing prowess.

Casemiro forgot that he is playing for United and not Real Madrid last night   as he scored 2 late goals in the manner of Real Madrid but it was still not enough to bring United at least 1 point. Also , I think there are 24 years when we have a lot of goals between Bayern and United when they face each other in UCL.

Galatasaray yesterday made me jump up from my chair and scream for them as I was really happy to see Galatasary finally having at least a decent game in UCL and obtaining 1 deserved point because frankly , Galata should have won yesterday.

Real Sociedad - Inter , a game where Sociedad should have won the game but Inter didn't gave up and continued to insist to score and eventually they got it but Sociedad played way better than Inter last night.  

It was clear on Casemiro's face that he was so annoyed with the performance of the other Manchester United players and that it was very rare for a defensive midfielder to score a brace in a big match like this.

Maybe it's true that this time Casemiro has forgotten that he is no longer at Real Madrid so that possibilities that were previously impossible to achieve will still not be realized because he is aware that he is currently in the Red Devils squad. Casemiro must be more able to accept the fact that he is a Manchester United player and not a Real Madrid player like two seasons ago.

Galatassaray almost lost face in front of their fans and I think even though two quick goals came late in the final minutes, at least it could make them smile again rather than having to suffer defeat in the opening match of the group phase.

It must be admitted that Yan Sommer's performance was very good as Inter's goalkeeper because he made several saves which saved Inter from defeat and there was a unique incident when Barella received a red card but after seeing VAR the red card was canceled by the referee which made Barella return to the field. Even so, Real Sociedad and Inter gave an interesting match even though in the end they only shared 1 point.

Galatasaray's draw was a surprise for everyone.I think Galatasaray should have won this match.I honestly think that it will be by chance for Galatasaray to get out of the group from now on.It is a bit difficult for Bayern and Manchester United to beat Bayern and Manchester United at home, at least it would be important for them to defeat Copenhagen and start the group with 3 points.I did not expect so many goals in the Bayern Munich - Manchester match. Bayern Munich conceded a lot of unnecessary goals and ManU's goalkeeper Onana is already conceding 2-3 goals every game because he does not inspire confidence in goal.

How lucky galatasaray was against copenhagen. My guess galatasaray will be losing in this game if elia jeler would not get a red card. Galatasaray might be dominating the ball possessions but i remind you that if copenhagen was always able maximizing its chance even during the first half. I can imagine if copenhagen would not play with 10 players and i did believe galatasaray would be lose in this game.
Copenhagen has more superiority even though it was always playing defensively against it. Let's say that if galatasaray is the weakest team in this group right now.
Copanhagen was able dominating galatasaray in term of efficientcy its attacking line. It's not surprising me to see galatasaray was struggling against copenhagen.

This was a surprising result. And with this result they have made life very difficult for themselves. now I don't think they will be able to achieve anything from this tournament. Getting knocked out from the group stage is actually going to be a shameful result for them. But they are the ones to blame for this. No one else is actually going to be blamed for this. The last match was definitely disappointing for them.

For the first time since 89 (if I remember correctly the news I read this morning), United lost three games in a row, conceding more than 2+ goals in each. Obviously they are playing poorly and the goalkeeper is not even close to De Gea's level yet.
As for Bayern, what irritates me is how easily they concede goals when they are leading, this lasted all of last season and so far there has been no improvement. Yesterday Bayern had a margin of safety and they should have scored more goals. A close score should not mislead anyone.

Looking at what Manchester United did in this match, I'm honestly skeptical about them in the Champions League. Even the few goals they scored were not free from mistakes made by Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich also did the same thing, but I see them more than Manchester United. I think Manchester United's journey will not be long if they continue to play like this. I won't rule them out, but they have to improve their performance, whether it's in attack or defense, including their new goalkeeper who still makes a lot of mistakes, even though he can make some saves.


I'll go on to the other match that pitted Real Madrid against Union Berlin, yes it was Jude Bellingham who was once again the hero of the match with a dramatic goal in the dying minutes of the game. Once again I say that Real Madrid are very lucky to have a player like him. If we go to the statistics of the match then we will see that Real Madrid recorded 32 attempts and only 7 were on target. They need to improve their finishing when they attack, because it's unfortunate that they create so many wasted chances.

I agree. Bayern Munich dominated the game yesterday and I would say United were quite lucky to have the number of goals they scored. Aside the goal scored by Casemiro with a header, I don’t think United worked nor planned out the rest of their goals.
Onana did play a huge part in making sure they didn’t concede a lot more than they did. The defense is just as important as the goalkeeper in keeping goals out.

It's a common thing since bayern was hosting the game. It will be so dumb if bayern will not able to take the advantage over manchester united. It's caused by that if bayern needs to get full points.
It will help the club so much in the away game against manchester united. The attacking lines of manchester united played so well but it is not for the defensive line and its goal keeper. During the game, the defensive lines were displaying a terrible performance which resulted in numerous mistakes being made by Onana and subsequently, he was blamed for the poor outcome. Bayern has been successfully farming full points from manchester united and i must also thankful caused by i took btts for this game.

Everyone involved in the match must admit their mistakes for their poor performance, the coach is the person most responsible for every bad result experienced by the team. Ten Hag began to lose his strength as a top class coach in his second season managing Manchester United. At the start of his arrival at Old Trafford, he acted as a savior for Manchester United after experiencing difficult times with the previous coach. Ten Hag was able to improve the quality of Manchester United game and managed to appear in the UCL this season, but he was unable to maintain Manchester United performance which made Ten Hag quality begin to be questioned.

Ten Hag must solve one by one the problems facing Manchester United, internal problems between coaches and players must be resolved immediately in order to maintain a good relationship between players and coaches. Other problems such as the large number of injured players cannot be avoided, but Ten Hag must be able to devise a strategy so that Manchester United's performance remains consistent even though some of the players included in the starting eleven rarely get playing time.

Arsenal started very well with 4 goals compared to the results of other matches in Group B. Lens and Sevilla ended in a draw and this was in Arsenal's favor.
Actually, PSV isn't that bad either, that doesn't mean they can't score goals. but we can see that PSC can create several opportunities even though they are not on target. However, Arsenal's defense is quite tough and very difficult for PSV to penetrate.

After this Arsenal will face Lens, of course with the capital of a big win in the first match Arsenal will be very confident to beat Lens. but I hope Lens will also show a classy game when they meet Arsenal later.

PSV is a weak team, so it's nothing surprising they get beaten by Arsenal with big margins. Actually both Sevilla and Lens aren't really different with PSV, it will be a great race to see which one will able to qualify for the next round.

I also heard if Peter Bosz e.g. PSV's coach was saying they will play with defensive play style, while PSV is really strong in Eredivisie because of their aggressive play style.

Well I love how their new goalie took responsibility of the teams failure yesterday it's a good call for United because it's high time this players begin to take blames for their mistakes and not everyone they blame is on the coaches the only people I think should be blamed in every match defeat United encounters this season should be the glaziers because they're incompetent and needs to leave the club before next summer, cause I don't see any coaches moving forward after their debut season in Manchester United under glaziers.

 One player that really impressed me in that match is Sergio Reguilon, who they signed on loan this summer from totenha, he showed more class and passion on the pitch than any other United player and to think that he was sighed on loan makes it more surprising, it means he's got love for the club and those are the kind of players United should be looking out for, I believe he'll make a better support to shaw in the left back position than Malacia.

A fantastic start! Arsenal won by 4-0 scoreline with some dazzling attacking moves. William Saliba's performance was truly outstanding. If you're a PSV fan, it might have been a bit frustrating to watch because they allowed Arsenal to play to their full strengths. PSV seemed good at keeping possession but struggled when not in possession. After-all, a well-deserved win for Arsenal and a strategic loss for PSV.

PSV can take some points against Sevilla or Lens, but I'm sure they won't manage to take any points against Arsenal. PSV can take advantage of the home game to play better against their visitors, they should be favored.

The second match in the group stage will take place in early October, Sevilla is the opponent. PSV, playing at home, will certainly take advantage of home advantage to win, but if Sevilla is able to put up a good fight then both teams will have difficulty winning the match. The possibility is may with PSV, but no one knows for sure what will happen.

Of course, it's Manchester United, but to be honest, their performance in the first half was pretty poor. We realize that Onana wasn't doing well because Bayern scored the opening goal, but at least, Onana was obliged to try to catch the ball.

Even though Onana's performance in the first half didn't look good, I don't think Onana deserves to be blamed because in general Bayern Munich is trying quite hard to win at home so they are trying to take the lead as early as possible in the match. If you look at the total score for their match, it is worth saying that their match was quite fierce even though Bayern Munich was ahead in the number of goals compared to Manchester United.

But the second goal was the defense's fault since they didn't hold their position well. But I still have optimism for Manchester United in future games because I was happy with their effort in the second half even though I didn't think they would be able to equalized even one score.

Mistakes like that often occur and occur in a match, but they can still be corrected for the next match because Manchester United can make an evaluation of such mistakes before they play their next match this season. Defeating by a score like that is not so embarrassing for Manchester United because if they win at home to Bayern Munich, it will actually shock everyone and Bayern Munich will feel embarrassed in front of their own supporters.

If you ask me about Onana being nervous, I would say it is the champions league and this is him in a new team where his getting to build confidence not just about himself but with the teams style of play. You know how serious it gets when it is the champions league. It’s where the wins and points kicks you out early.

Maybe Manchester United didn’t win but, they did enough to poke the bear. I didn’t expect them to win either but they sure did keep Bayern on there toes and how Casemiro keeps stepping up to the target and scoring two needed goals for his team just tells what quality Manchester United took from Real Madrid. These Brazilians can always play there hearts out and take challenges.
