We know they spent lots of money this summer but still, this cannot be the reason to say PSG can pass the grouping stage because the other teams like AC Milan and Newcastle are just not in good form but they can get back in shape and all the all three teams very strong opponents for PSG.

In the last few seasons, PSG has become a club that has spent a lot of money by buying players at high prices with the aim of getting the UCL title. Unfortunately, they failed to get it. They are the only club that can win the domestic league. In my opinion, PSG was too hasty to change coaches. There are several names who might be able to provide the UCL trophy for PSG if they are willing to retain the coach in this era:
- Carlo Ancelotti
- Laurent Blanc
- Thomas Tuchel
these coaches can give the UCL trophy if PSG can be patient and maintain it for more than 3 seasons.

This season, they may be the luckiest, because they are in the same group with Newcastle, Milan and Dortmund. They should have a better chance of qualifying from the group stage. Meanwhile, Milan is very dependent on the matches vs Newcastle & Dortmund. Milan has lost 2 points already, if Milan has to lose another point against Dortmund, I think the chances will be smaller. PSG may don't need to playing all out to win, because they are the strongest team on this group. But, everything can be happens.
