I am trying to rank up the efforts of the Gunners (Arsenal) of their possibility to take the champions league with the way they are playing so far and I think that is doable. But one thing that the team most do is to remain consistent and increase their chances through their squad depth.
Another team is the Barcelona, the El-classico contender, in the spirit they started too.

Arsenal cannot win the CL on their return to the tournament after so many years away, i know that anything is possible in football, but this isn't going to happen. Arsenal would see it as an achievement to make it to the RO16, and if they can get to the QF, then they had a good season in the CL, i predict that Arsenal wouldn't get past the QF, that's if they make it there. Having said that, Barcelona as well cannot win the CL this season, the strong contenders for the CL title is City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

IMO for Arsenal they just try their best and as much as possible talk further not only about passing the group phase because when talking about the problem of winning the Champions League obviously it is not an easy thing especially for Arsenal who have not been in this competition for a long time.
There are still many stronger candidates in this case and Arsenal must be aware of that so instead of being busy thinking about how they will look for opportunities to win it is better to use this Champions League to be better in terms of performance because that is what Arsenal must do so that they get something they cannot get in the previous season.
It's not wrong to try to be a challenger club and want to win but I think Arsenal also realise that they will find it difficult to do that.

The Arsenal squad, which can now be said to be the best squad after the Invincible era, only lacks an EPL trophy. At some point it seemed Manchester united players were even confused as to what to play on the the pitch as it was seen they had poor communication amongst them playing but winning the game was the utmost of which was achieved but then if they had gone against a stronger team with such approach they will definitely not win.

Erik ten hag obviously still has a lot to don his team as they are yet to be at their best enough to give the desired results required of them, their play against Bayern Munich was not very impressive but understandable as Bayern is not any weak in any form and requires a very brilliant and sound tactics and style of play to get a win from them of which Manchester united is not in such a form at the moment.

So, since last season, Chelsea really can't be counted on to enter the UCL. They are experiencing a complicated crisis in a number of ways that apparently cannot be resolved even so far.
