I agree that this is really optimism. Because the work Chelsea did back then wasn't an easy one at all. The probability of it to happen was quite low compared to the biggest title contenders in that season. But Tuchel's tactical choices helped them somehow get a really surprising result. But as I said it isn't easy and not common in the Champions League for years.

Coming back to Barcelona, they aren't in a very promising situation for the Champions League yet before anything else. As long as Xavi doesn't change his system even a bit I don't see Barcelona doing the same thing Chelsea did. Barcelona players are really capable of playing bigger but obviously it won't happen like this just as it didn't for the recent two years.

The 2020/21 UEFA Champions League final between Manchester City and Chelsea was a very contentious final that both teams never had a breather from the first kick of the ball till the final whistle.
Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea was a very strong side that was delivering fantastic football at that time. They weren't an easy side to play against and I think it's totally disrespectful to Chelsea as a club for anyone to think that they were outplayed in that very match

Real Madrid is certainly going to be the right decision. I think Real Madrid gives a player the option to be better or find another option if things are not working out. I know that recently we have seen a few failed transfers from Real Madrid. But I don’t think that it’s going to be the case with  Bellingham. And I think his play style is actually going to be very much in tune with Real Madrid. Real Madrid is in a rebuilding state. Every new season comes with expectations from coaches and this season, much is expected from Pochettino as he becomes the new head coach of Chelsea.  Let's see what performance will Pochettino bring to Chelsea by next season. Well, I think that having such a budget and a composition of such a level as Chelsea has, it is very difficult to perform worse, so we will still assume that Chelsea has pushed off from the bottom and the final result in the standings will still be higher, at least due to the effect of a low base. I hope so but it seemed to me if bellingham gonna try to learn from experienced midfielder like kroos and modric. He feels amazing with so many trophies that achieved by real madrid. It's unbelievable for him to join in a big club like real madrid.

As a team, the departure of key players and the arrival of a new generation will always be an interesting topic to discuss. Joselu is an average player and can not be compared to a star player like Benzema. He is even not comparable to Vinicius or Rodrygo with his quality. Like another young English player, Jadon Sancho, left Dortmund to join Manchester United and after two seasons, still could not able to play well in Old Trafford. Three seasons ago, we talked that Sancho had a good growth than Foden but after that transfer, things changed and Foden have achieved more improvements and titles in the last two seasons.

Changing from Bundesliga to La Liga will be big challenge. Playing in a club with many star players and with ambitious tasks from the club will be very challenging for Jude. Hope he will deal with it well and won't let his career destroyed in Madrid.

He played well in World Cup 2022 that is reason helps us to believe he is able to play well at high level like in La Liga. That World Cup performance gives hope but does not guarantee anything.

Yes, you are right, unless Madrid can bring in Mbappe to replace Benzema I think maybe that would be even better because it will give the game more color, after all if you only rely on Bellingham it won't necessarily make Madrid stronger, competition next season whether it's in the league and the UCL will certainly be even more exciting because many clubs have already made large purchases of players and are ready to compete in the next season.

Whether Bellingham made the right choice depends on whether he can play his way into the team and become a pillar of the Real Madrid team. If not, he would be one of those young guys who took the step one or two years too early. It can happen, but it can also end greatly for him and turn out to be the exact right thing to do.

Yes but Mbappe is not the only option for PSG, they can still start negotiations with other players like Osimhen or even Harry Kane but the fact about Real Madrid and their next season is they are going to have many problems and they also don't have enough time for it.
