That's right, this year's season has changed. Bayern Munich is no longer a team that makes other opponents afraid. They are the ones who have to be afraid of the current Arsenal. I mean Real managed to beat City before as well, and last year City managed to beat Madrid, they are both good teams and could beat each other, so it doesn't feel like that would be such a big bore, I think that seems to be the case, I feel like that seems like the most important part. I feel like the best thing about the current situation is that you could possibly make it work one way or another and should not be afraid of just going for the win.

Never once have I seen these two teams play defensively against each other and what is more important is that both teams want to return goals in each meeting. I would not be surprised if in the end this will be a retest match to confirm who is the true king of Europe and despite Real Madrid's enormous history, they should not feel arrogant about this achievement.

Manchester City could dominate the Champions League for seasons, it could eliminate Real Madrid and that could change public sentiment, making Real Madrid's nickname of king of Europe slowly disappear. We know that the most important thing in this competition is mentality and also consistency that continues to be cultivated so that we can pass each phase convincingly. The challenge will be heavy on the shoulders of Manchester City and Real Madrid and everyone can't wait to see who will be the winner.

these two teams are truly extraordinary because they have been favorites since the UCL season started and in my opinion there is no worry for Ancelotti to face the challenges that Man City will give because Man City this season is different from last season which looked really very strong, even Real Madrid lost their mentality a little last season seeing Man City very fierce performance.

I would like to call Arsenal a win or draw the result in the first leg. The worst scenario is Arsenal to lose at home game.

Of course Arsenal must be able to take advantage of the status as a host in the 1st leg. At the moment, the statistics of the two teams are not much different, they are equally strong. I think there will be a difficult game. Even if you remember in the last 16 of UCL in 2016/2017 Arsenal lost by a margin of 4 goals at home or in Germany. After that, it seems that they haven't competed for a long time. Arsenal are in good condition, they still continue to compete as potential EPL champions. As for Munich, it seems they have been focused on the UCL cup. So they will work hard to win in the 1st or 2nd leg. They have the provisions to do that.

With the current Arsenal form and Bayern Munich form, Arsenal should be able to win Bayern Munich both home and away, but I don't know why it will be difficult for Arsenal to achieve such result. Bayern Munich are currently weak compared to other past seasons, which should be an advantage on Arsenal that is super hot to win them.

However, Arsenal can disappoint their fans and mess their opportunity of qualifying to the semifinals by allowing unstable Bayern Munich to drag victory with them. I don't see anything that Bayern Munich is playing anymore, after the lost 3-2 to an average club that they were leading 2-0 in the first half. Arsenal need to use their opportunity wisely.

For Ancelotti to be a Champions League experienced coach and for Madrid to be a team with vast experience in the Champions League, I think Real Madrid should have advantage over Manchester City.

Manchester City is not in good shape compared to last season; I am not saying that they are not good, but their team is not as strong as their last season’s team because of little changes they had in the beginning of the season,  now they have players with less Champions League experience in the squad which can be an added advantage to Madrid that have almost all their players as experienced players in the Champions League.

Liverpool had to accept unsatisfactory results after they were held to a draw by Manchester United in Week 31. This draw made them return to 2nd place with the same points as Arsenal, but they still lost in goal productivity. Of course, this was a very disappointing result because they had to lose full points again when they really needed them.

Liverpool could have taken the lead first and they managed to maintain their lead until the first half ended. However, in the second half Manchester United only needed 5 minutes to make the match a draw and 13 minutes later Manchester United turned things around to 2-1. This became very difficult for Liverpool because when they should have won they were behind, but they got a penalty which they managed to convert into a goal. Disappointing for Liverpool, but at least they can still get 1 point from this match.

The competition for the title became very tight after they received a draw. But this is also what we want to see.

Real Madrid and Manchester City have the same quality, whether it's the quality of players, the quality of coaches, finances and other factors too. So, you can't say that only Real Madrid has quality players because, inreality, Manchester City also has quality players. With considerations likethat, it is ofcourse difficult to determine the winner in this match between Real Madrid v Manchester City, because these two teams are the two teams that are basically candidates for the Champions League title this season. Eventhough it is true that Manchester City experienced a few bad results in the Premier League but of course, this factor certainly will not make Manchester City weak in the Champions League.Because ofcourse, Pep Guardiola also has a good plan to keep Manchester City playing well in the Champions League this time.

Haaland since last season in the important round of the UCL until the final it was very difficult to score goals even against strong teams, he found it difficult to find gaps to score goals, it seems his performance was not as good as last season where he could be a goal machine for Manchester City, now it is even more difficult to score goals. I don't know if there is a decline in his performance but Guardiola probably won't always rely on him, Guardiola needs to rotate his players so they can play optimally at home to Madrid later. because I'm sure Madrid will play their best to avenge themselves last season.

I admit that Madrid's strength is quite good this season, they are even at the top of the Laliga domestic league standings at the moment, that's why they are very consistent with the current players and might be a threat to Manchester City too, I predict maybe the result will be a draw unless If Madrid played more aggressively there would of course be a change in the final result, currently Manchester City does not have a good defense against strong teams so it is often easy for opponents to break through.

It's going to be a tight game for both teams, they both have the qualities to progress to the next stage but in this case one team has to progress which has to be the best team over the both legs,  the first leg at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday might go in favour of  Real Madrid because if the home advantage,the teams will take full advantage of their respective home grounds with the motivation from the fans, Madrid this season has been exceptional as they top their league with a good number of points, but the Same can't be said about Manchester city who are third on the premier league and most take every league match seriously if they are to stand a chance to defend the trophy they won last season,

Haven't you noticed that the creativity from last season and this season is completely different? Manchester City are not same like they was last season.
Rhe players who moved out of the club dis not get the perfect replacement for players like Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan who added so much to the creativity of Manchester City.

The bookmakers are giving Manchester City a slight edge over Real Madrid in the Bernabeu Stadium. I think I disagree here. It should be equal or slightly advantageous for Real Madrid in their home game.

The bookmakers are still being respectful to Manchester City because they are the defending champion and so far in the champions league this season, they have been excellent. In this season, Real Madrid look more likely to win that game because of Manchester City are not as difficult to play this season as they were last season. Bayern Munich at odds over 4.0 could be worth a bet. I am sure that they will play a decent game in England. Whether they can win, I don't know, but they are good enough to justify a bet on over 4.0.

Bayern may be without Manuel Neuer, Kingsley Coman and  Leroy Sane, all because of injuries. Bayern will miss Sane more because of his speed of moving attacks, which can be important against Arsenal. I watched how Arsenal played against Manchester City in the premiership, I hope they do not play fully defensive against Bayern, they need to attack Bayern and win the game before going to Germany.

Thanks for bringing me up to date here, didn't have those news on my radar. I was aware that Neuer is having issues and that he didn't play in the Bundesliga, but I don't think it makes much of a difference if Ulreich replaces him. Of course Neuer sometimes has special moments, but Ulreich is not several levels below him. I consider him a very solid goalkeeper that the team can rely upon both in easier and hard games.

Sané is a loss to Bayern, but really only if he is in top shape. He has bad games sporadically and each time I don't understand why a player like him is moving up and down on the performance curve all season long. Coman hasn't been playing a lot as of late, has he? Sometimes I am not too closely following everything, but now that you mention him I think he has been away for a while.

It is going to be a tough game and Arsenal knows that this home game is their big chance. A win is obligatory if they want to reach the next round and Bayern has never been weaker than that this season.

There is huge pressure on both teams to win the first leg of the Champions League. Real Madrid are likely favorites to win the first leg because they are playing at home, but I'm not sure they can really get their revenge against Manchester City this season. Manchester City and Real Madrid drew last season at the Bernabeu, so the record may be taken into consideration in making the analysis.

Real Madrid have a solid defense this season, then from that they are also quite stable in midfield and they also have productive attackers. Vinicius, Rodrygo and Bellingham are the 3 strikers who are likely to take part from the first half, but they are not scary players if Pep Guardiola has a solution to anticipate his play. Both teams appear with attacking strategies, but both will also maximize defense.
