Rıza Çalımbay has a history with Beşiktaş as a manager as well. It was nearly 20 years ago. And now he is back at the team with the same role. However just as you said the main issue has never been the manager. I don't think nobody who is even slightly a logical person expects Rıza Çalımbay's coming is going to solve anything. As you said it is obvious that there are deep problems within the team and the whole club. This is indeed a short-term solution but it is not possible to be a good one. But almost anyone is better than Burak Yılmaz who was just playing football last year. It is also impossible that a person like Burak could be a good coach for Beşiktaş in these crisis times.
