I agree with you one hundred percent. Every season our referees make simple mistakes. The brand quality of the league is decreasing because of these mistakes. Trust in the league is decreasing. I do not believe that foreign referees officiating the matches will change much, it seems like a temporary solution. It is necessary to completely cleanse the Federation of the problem, let there be a radical solution.

The introduction of foreign referees has been the wish of some teams for a long time, but the TFF doesn't want it because it would be costly. If that is the case, it will be done with quality trainers. This needs to be solved as soon as possible or teams will have to take radical decisions. I think that the league is not enjoyable in terms of spectating pleasure. Even though the matches have goals, it is not the goals that increase the pleasure of the match, but the football played.

The problem in Turkey is that some teams have almost no fans. We can take Pendikspor as an example. It has a population of 750 thousand, but its stadium has a capacity of 2500 people. It remains empty in most matches. That's why football becomes less enjoyable. People don't even watch the matches anymore. Nowadays, only the matches of big teams are watched.

We've had situations where the VAR and the referee's decision doesn't align. It occurs due to some factors which can be technical defaults or most likely the referee being adamant to go along with the VAR suggestion. Sometimes, a play would warrant a card fine or a free or penalty kick and then a call would be made, and the referee may choose to accept or ignore the call even sometimes after accepting, they still neglect to going for a recheck.

 All these discrepancies makes for wrong outcome of games and mostly a side would feel cheated and tag it as favouritism on the part of the referee, there has to be corrections to these situations. We can't have our referees making wrong calls and decisions on the pitch which can very much be avoided and then after the match, come out to make unnecessary apologies that can't alter the records of the game, once a game is played, it can't be replayed so the referees have to be cautious in their dealings and be very much credible in their task.
