The game later ended with Arsenal defeating Nottingham forest 3-0. Zubimendi M. Scored two goals followed by V.Gyokores that netted 1 goal for the gunners. Zubimendi M was rated Player of the match,no doubt his performance contributed immensely to Arsenal victory over Nottingham. I am surprised that Nottingham forest couldn't produce a single goal despite all the goals chances they had.I think the sack of head coach Nuno Espirito wasn't necessary,his exit from the club at this early stage of the season may affect the performance of Nottingham forest players.

A lot of people actually predicted this match to be a both teams scoring game, but Arsenal showed their strength with a clean sheet and three good goals. That’s the kind of performance you would want to see from a team that says they want to win the league.
It was a really good game from Arsenal, they controlled the game and they took their chances well. If they had drawn this game, seriously there would have been no excuses because Arsenal’s squad is clearly stronger, and Forest have even lost some important players.

You are right that Kevin De Bruyne has won many great honours in this City team and he had a fleeting taste of PL football for Chelsea, even it is significant that this Belgian player was part of City's historic treble. So it's largely true that the current Italian league player could be hailed as the best creative player in English football and this will be an incredible decade for him. Perhaps it is not possible for Manchester City to feature a player like this Belgian player in this new season, obviously everyone saw that this team's tactics are not going according to plan because they haven't done anything to emerge as a threat yet in this new season.

Good job for arsenal in their super win against Nottingham forest today 3 uninterrupted goals and a super dominance in the game,  what a good start after the international break. All thanks to martin and viktor gyoekeres that helped sealed the game for arsenal, although arsenal winning the game was what we all where expecting because in terms of quality arsenal's squad is some meters ahead of Nottingham forest even before the last concluded transfer window that arsenal had added more quality players to the team while Nottingham forest sold some of their key players.
At least it is clear that the sacked coach was never the cause of their inconsistent performance in the beginning of the season as the management thought before sacking him.

Hmm Martin Zubimendi's two goals especially his volley were outstanding, on top of that Victor Gyökeres also proved his fitness by scoring a goal. I can see Arsenal's depth was evident even without key players like Martin Odegaard, right? I think Nottingham Forest under new manager Ange Postecoglou failed to capitalise on the opportunity. Anyway, Arsenal's performance was expected and impressive, but I think Forest's recent managerial change and injuries may have affected them to their struggles.

You are right in saying that Manchester city need to check their defence as they have conceded 4 goals in three games they have played so far. It's important to keep an eye on how many goals you have conceded in every game. Top teams on points table are the one who not only score goals but also don't allow other team to score goals against them. City still has the time to make a come back in the league provided they address this problem.

Manchester City is a good and strong team . They always have to be in their safe and strong zone. But currently they are in a position where they really need to analyse their performance. Because there are things which demand attraction and solutions to be again in their best position. They really need to pay some attention to their defense line. Because it is something on which the performance of any team is dependent. The team is strong if their defense line is strong and their attack line is strong. These two are the basic points to make any team stronger and weaker. And for the Manchester city they have to resume their defense line if they want to stay strong and competitive. Because it is very easy to overcome when you know where the problem occurs.

Is funny to see that after all the things the new coach said in the interview regarding this match yet he didn't succeed, not even getting a draw. I was not even expecting him to make such move because he's just getting started of which he need more time to think, Because EPL is one of the toughest league is not where you will come from behind and start making threat I know he was just playing his role as a coach. The management would have give the ex Coach some time before sacking him because I see a good potential in him, the inconsistent performance in the beginning of the season is just an error that need to be fixed I'm sure that if they had give him the chance he would have fix it instead of sacking him, though they might also have a reason for doing that which is best known to them.

I cant imagine how mad is for sure the owner of the Nothingham Forest after sack Nuno Gomez and having a super heated discussion last year and now with some reinforcements plus a new coach like Ange Postecoglu they are doing much worse than before.

Same here I don’t know or understand the madness behind sacking  Nuno Espírito and hiring Ange Postecoglu a coach who almost took Tottenham to relegation (forget the Europa he won), in the Premier League he was nothing.
I believe their problem is just starting, I said it before that Arsenal was going to give them an ass whooping they were lucky it was only 3. The Management is to blame, they didn’t do their job properly: they shouldn’t have sacked Nuno and should have employed a better coach than Ange. For now they’re gonna find it difficult adapting and progressing, they’re gonna face a lot of setbacks before they come up, if they’ll pick form.

Another team who’s underperforming is Westham, I don’t know what Graham Potter is doing but he’s making all the wrong calls and moves, West Ham has the players to be competitive but they just fall like pack of cards each game. English Premier League is really interesting in a weird way  this season.

Last season was a very bad season for Arsenal, and not only last season, but they always try their best almost every season to make attempts, but at the end of the day, they end up in the second position. That’s what has been happening for Arsenal for the past several seasons, and that’s why this season they came well prepared to break a wonderful record in the Premier League with the best players.

They were never bad in those last two seasons; they only had issues with squad depth and struggling to fill in players when some of their key players were injured, and the other issue was finding a proper striker, which I believe they were able to resolve this season.

We could see it in today's game  without Saka and Odegaard and the covers did exceptional well.

Arsenal In the last two seasons have been very competitive as they have consecutively finished in second place in the Premier League within the past three seasons. They trailed Liverpool closely for the title and towards the end of last season they had a couple of injuries to most of their best players and I believe as a result of that they lost one or two matches which ordinarily they were supposed to win, but this season they have been able to make some additions to the team and have really grown in squad depth so the absence of any injured player won’t affect the team as we can see what they did today against Nottingham Forest even without Bukayo Saka, and Ordegard was also withdrawn in the early minutes of the game due to an injury but they still went ahead to win the game where there two new additions scored the goals needed to win the match today. If they continue like this then they have a good chance of lifting the premier league trophy.

As always they have started as before, let this season be a season of no past reoccurring, however they should continue with this as they can still do it so that there hunting time will not tarnished all they have worked from this beginning. However they impressed there home ground today as they won the challenging Nottingham Forest and get there complete point. Meanwhile the Chelsea ongoing match has not worked too well for them currently because a goal was scored because of inability of closing the gap when there was time to do that, the inexperience on Tosin Adarabioyo not to have known that without doing anything from how Kevin Schade was coming is going to be a goal so actually Brentford is winning now.

Arsenal take another three points in their home turf with David Raya increasing his clean sheets record to 44 and I must say I was impressed. Arsenal were able to maintain the same fire they had in the first half down to the end of the game and to an extent it became difficult for Nottingham Forest to even play like their usual selves. This is the second defeat in a row for them and I'm beginning to have the feeling that the Nottingham of last season may not be the same this time around.

Nottingham Forest didn't stand a chance.  I had little doubt about Arsenal's ability to win the game but I thought Nottm Forest would put up a good fight and make it harder for Arsenal to claim the victory perhaps scoring a goal or two but nope.. Arsenal dominated the game and still managed to keep a clean sheet. Impressive performance from Arsenal.
I wonder if people actually thought differently and envisaged a Nottm forest win against Arsenal. Over to tomorrows derby. It's going to be an interesting one.

I never doubted Arsenal in the match, I was kind of confident that Arsenal will be able to get a win in the match. Nottingham forest performance is kind of poor this season, we can’t compare Nottingham forest performance this season with how they performed last season, they played well last season, but their performance is currently poor. We shouldn’t just expect anything special from Nottingham forest this season.

I don’t know why Nottingham forest decided to sack their coach, there previous coach performance wasn’t so bad, maybe Nottingham forest have made a great mistake by sacking there coach. I don’t really know the reason why they decided to sack him, but they should have just given him more time. With Nottingham forest new coach, there is no assurance that their performance is going to improve.

Arsenal are really playing with plenty of depth this season, can you imagine they are putting on a great show and they don't even have their superstar like Saka to be worried on who gets goals for them...Could this be that season they get to secure a premier league title after several failed attempts and ending in second position ??

 
One thing is to have a large squad depth, and another is for that squad depth to contain top quality players. For the past three seasons, their substitutes have always been players that couldn’t be counted on. They were not even game changers. Whenever there was an injury, it automatically affects the team because of the lack of quality backups. But so far this season, it seems things have changed a little, and it might help them a lot through out the season.
 
Maybe this season is theirs. With the large number of games, I believe squad depth is going to be a huge factor for any team that wants to win trophies. A lot of teams aside from Arsenal have squad depth, so let’s see what happens.

This could actually happen, they've done a great job so far this season, and the squad looks very good. Last season, they played an early match against Liverpool and lost by a goal. Perhaps a few more weeks would have been better for Arsenal, as the squad has changed more than Liverpool's. Perhaps Arsenal can make up for this defeat in the future; we're still at the beginning of the league. Goal-scoring was a problem for Arsenal last season, but look at their matches this season, where they're comfortably scoring five goals and three.

Although there were several lapses on the side of Chelsea, they still tried to convert their chances.  Brentford was just lucky to get a draw in the match because it was just few seconds to full time they got the chance to equalize from a defensive carelessness on the side of Chelsea. Since Chelsea played at home and rated higher than their visitors, a draw is a bad result for them.

The chelsea match ended in a dramatic 2-2 draw, all chelsea fans are furious with this draw, I bet the players are not happy too. Most chelsea fan but this on  their coach Enzo Maresca as he bench almost half of the first team players, well this because they will be traveling to Munich in the coming days. Chelsea conceded in the first half, Enzo maresca adjusted to his mistakes and brought in the first team players and instantly the game changed. Cole Palmer as always got a good goal and Moises caicedo scored a screamer, chelsea thought the game was over as they were stunned in stoppage time with a long throw which Calvalho benefited from. A point apiece for both side. It was a good game and now we anticipate the Manchester derby tomorrow.

I think Nottingham Forest are starting to look like a one season wonder and aren’t looking like the club they were last season, if they had actually sold off many of their players this summer i would have perfectly understood that but the fact that only Anthony Elanga has actually left the club speaks is that it is not different team but lack of motivation. I am very scared of what will become of this team once the European football resumes next week because with more Europa League games they will have to have larger squad and with this depth already suffering with little games already I think it will be a very long season for them.

Also for the manager change I don’t actually like the change because sometimes you don’t break what is already fixed. Nuno Espirito looked more like he has actually found the fix to this Nottingham Forest team and was turning them to a force and now they have gone a step back not that Ange Postecoglou isn’t a great manager but he will need time to develop his own team and mostly it takes a whole one full season for that to happen. Hopefully it is different this time around

They just lost points in a match they could have actually won... Even without Palmer I'm saying this if they started the match decently. But of course thankfully he came in on the pitch in the 2nd half! 

Otherwise things might have been even worse. He made a direct impact on the match. But defending wasn't their best side today I'm afraid. Additionally they missed some important goal chances too. Some near 100% chances I'm talking about!

I watched the game and yes, I totally agree that Nottingham Forest didn't stand any chance of getting a result from the game. The closest they came was when a cross deflected off Chris Wood chest and hit the top side of the woodwork. Arsenal were not just the better team in the second half but also bossed the second half.
Ange Postecoglou has a lot of work to do if he truly wants to get this Nottingham Forest side back to winning ways. The club's performance at the moment is way too below what we've seen from them in the last two seasons. Hopefully, they former Tottenham Hotspur manager will help make the the team formidable again.
