Literally it is reasonable that Manchester City will need to examine their defense as they still feel isolated in this Premier League's new season because we have already observed that the City giants have very little courage to protest in the new Premier League season and their number of goals is also low. It's true that you should keep track of how many goals you concede in each match, thus if Manchester City can correct themselves in the ongoing Premier League, then Manchester City will be able to return to normal in their upcoming Manchester derby match. I think the centerpiece of their team's attacking department, Erling Haaland is still performing exceptionally well in the World Cup qualifiers, so perhaps he will be able to remain productive in this derby match as well.

Currently, it starts of season with both clubs are having serious troubling time with defense and offense their performance is on same level which is surely not good sign for the Manchester City which is always famous for their aggressive approach their attack is not working as they want them.

Just look at Haaland's goal scoring statistics, it's so incredible that one can say his a genius in his natural position. The man who knows when and where to position himself and anticipate where the ball be at even before it does and bangs in the goal. His physique has helped him too as defenders find it hard to displace him when they are together.

In my opinion I think Haaland is the best striker in the world. He statistics says it all and as you mentioned he know where to be at all time to score a goal. He anticipates things before ot happens and his physic is really a plus for him. I know we have other good strikers, but I rate him above all other striker. He has the killer instinct of a striker and he has also got shooting accuracy.  In fact he is a complete striker in my opinion.

I don't know why most football fan are making it looks like Manchester city are terribly bàd, the season is just starting and if you do your findings about Manchester city in the past five seasons, they mostly don't start the season strongly, but during the cause of the season, once they have found their rythme like after ten games that's when you are going to know that Manchester city is not in for a play or not a team that should be underrated.

Both teams are not in a good form but I believe that if United take this match very serious, they can win City and get all three points. They did it last season and can still replicate what they did last season in their next clash after the break.

It is difficult to decide which team has to get favours for this match. Because both of the teams are not performing well in this season. You're right, it's way too early to start judging their form, a team can start the season in a very poor way and ends the season with a very good achievement. Therefore, when the league games must have reached 10 -15 games played, then that's when you can start to judge their form and say which team is doing very bad and which team is doing great.

Now, when I look at Manchester United, I see the same problems, with the added aggravation that they are much worse in attack and defense than Manchester City. I honestly see Manchester City managing a draw or a win. I highly doubt Manchester United can win.

From the paper point of view that we are all used to, the odds seem right, but in the past few months, things has changed a lot. Manchester City has gotten weak, while Manchester United has become worse. It is a derby, so i'm not going to comfortably write Manchester united off in this game. I believe that they have a fight to pull off in this game, but at the same time, it is not going to be that easy for them. United won the last one if i remembered correctly, so i think they should be fighting hard in this one.

I have a high expectation for this game, so i don't look forward to a draw. And at the same time, i don't expect one side to maintain dominance through out the entire 90mins of the game. I do not actually understand how some of us analyzes matches because I cannot categorically say that Haaland has lost form. Haaland is still pretty a good striker, the best so far in England. What happened was the drop in the performance of his club, which also translated to drop in his own performance. If Manchester city returns to be the champions of England again, Haaland will definitely be the highest goal scorer.

I am not surprised when people speak down on Haaland because right from when he was signed, people had criticised him in many occasions. You and I already know the teams that don't usually start the season so well and then the teams that usually perform well are not doing well you should know that there is something wrong which they have to fix if they must go far in the league.
Underestimating a good team is bad but it is not bad to point out a team that is not doing well and in the case of Manchester City they didn't start well but it they get back to good form they can compete with the other teams in the league.
