If gamblers know that investing their time and money in gambling will not produce profits, they should look for other ways to make money and just need to take the time to find them. I agree that successful gamblers can use their time and money for other things outside of gambling to remain productive by looking for ways to make money other than gambling. The only successful gamblers for me are the ones who hit multi million dollars jackpots which can happen only in Las Vegas normally as 75 million dollars cannot be won that often in online casinos.Even these people are not all successful ones as some of them lose it all after winning such huge amount of money by spending in a complete irresponsible way and very few of them become smart because of such winnings investing the money and enjoying that luxurious life style.

You are actually wrong about addiction being synonymous to only bad things, that is a big misconception on your part and one I did help you correct if you would permit me.

As a person, I can love music so much that it becomes an addiction, I don't see anything wrong with becoming addicted to listening to music, singing and what have you .

I could go on and on , the list is endless, but like I said before, we don't normally discuss the good\positive sides of addiction, we only think and talk about the negative side of it .
