Agreed. There is no such thing like a team won't ever lose just because they have a system running smoothly.  

In fact this kind of teams usually lose in exactly that kind of games rather than losing to a big team. Because some smaller teams really know how to deal with much stronger ones by discovering the weakness in them. For example Inter have lost only once in 22 games they played in the Serie A until now. That was against Sassuolo by even a comeback.  

However at the end of the season I think Inter would still be the champions especially after beating Juventus at Giuseppe Meazza.  

That is the defenition of competition, where there is the unpredictability of outcomes despite sometimes a team's apparent dominance or smooth-running system. 7 points all things considered is quite a big gap in Serie A, huh. I guess things will be different if there's a club like City in the league where they can win 15 matches in a row. Fair play to Inter though, their form is quite consistent even though some data suggest they overperform their performance with clinical finishes or good defense[1]. For example, their last match is quite even in xG and xGA, but the scoreline is quite drastic. I remember an analyst saying that a team will likely return to the underlying numbers sooner or later, but sometimes the trend continues until the end of the season because you can't calculate the player's motivation, team mood, etc. I won't be surprised if this happens to Inter, especially when their rivals can't catch up. It is difficult now to reduce the dominance that Inter have because after all with Inter's current performance, it is quite difficult for other clubs in Serie A to withstand Inter's current consistency.

jokes aside yesterday Juventus Udinese match demonstrate you were exactly correct when stating that second  bolded part : with the defeat Juventus a large part of the hopes of having a say in the Scudetto race were at stake, considering that Inter also have to recover a match.
Nothing has been decided yet but if Juventus had managed to maintain a limited gap they would have been able to take advantage of the fact that they don't have to play the Champions League unlike Inter.

That game is questionable and I won't argue if I heard that the match was sold for any reason. Perhaps they are working for Udinese to be out of relagation zone completely. It's very horrible now watching Juventus playing because there is no game plan or tactics. They are always busy passing ball from left to right, walking backwards and waiting for the opponent without creating anything positive and even their counter attack is very slow. I don't what exactly their problem is at the moment. Is it the players or Allegri? To me, I will blame Allegri for the lost yesterday because his team selection and subs was very inaccurate.

Juventus have some great and useful players but Allegri is yet to identify how to make use of them and unleash their potential. He should be bold and start with the youth players who are hungry for goals. You have Djalo but you still keep playing Alex Sandro as a CB. What's the purpose of buying him in the first place if you can not playing him? It's really a setback for Juventus right now going through this.

Right now Inter has a seven point advantage and also has a match in hand compared to both the teams below them. So I think it is going to be very hard for the other teams to catch Inter at this moment. Unless Inter makes some really bad decisions and has some really bad performances I think they are good. They will definitely win the league title if they do not face any problems. Actually, there is still a long way to go and we cannot say anything for certain right now. But everyone will have to agree that the advantage which they have is definitely a very big one.

Juventus performances are truly disappointing, let`s also consider the 10 point gap, because this Inter Milan will easily crush the opponent of the missing match.
