I assume this isn't a very common situation for a manager who is newly building his career.    I would like to see the best for him of course after all that effort. But this road is going to be really tough for them.

Competing with teams like Bayern Munich, Liverpool and so on for the title in these tournaments combined is a really exhausting job. But I can't imagine how much Xabi Alonso's popularity would increase if he win at least one of these titles.

Mourinho wasn't doing any better than he should have been and that prompted his sack so I don't think he would have done any better now, he had all the time but wasn't really efficient with it,  although I know he's a world class coach and has got the reputation to seeing him as outstanding but then it turned out he hasn't been at he's best recently.

Much shouldn't be expected of Rossi especially as it ha to do with the Europa league because he's got to short a time for it and it's something he didn't start so it's literally he's first trial with Roma this season at the Europa but then if he's able to get pass this stage then he should be given an accolade for it's laudable. With Mourinho they would have done better at the Europa because it was obvious he prioritized the Europa so well and would have done all he could to get the trophy by the end of the season.

As manager who's played in all the finals of the European club competitions as well won all of the them including two UEFA Champions League trophies, Jose Mourinho will always be the favorite to beat a club like Feyenoord if he was still the manager of AS Roma but because of his poor performance this season, the Portuguese manager was sacked by AS Roma's management.

AS Roma might be going home with one major title this season, they just have to believe and put in the hardwork. Giving Daniele De Rossi, every new manager deserves a specific range of time, things will finally fall into place because it's not to watch these coaches managing and controlling the affairs of an elite team. Well I think the fault wasn’t from Jose, as we should now turn our eyes on the club management and the funds. De Rossi has a target with Roma and it is possible that his contract as coach will be extended if he meets this target.

I agree with you, but a good coach will immediately improvise and work with players that would definitely give him success. It's the reason why I love Xabi Alonso. They had issues and he came just to trim the club around without buying anyone within the first six months of his job with em. I don't want to say nothing about Jose Mourinho, he remains a great coach but for now he failed to manage the players well he had, yes the club betrayed him by not signing players. Anyways, let's hope for Rossi if he can be that beacon of hope for As Roma.
