In the end, De Rossi was able to bring his team through to the round of 16 of the Europa League.  Even though Roma actually won it through a penalty shootout, Roma was able to win this match and had the right to qualify for the next phase. Referring to the course of this match, Roma dominated ball possession in the first, second and extra time. Likewise in terms of tactics and opportunities and what Roma have, De Rossi's squad is quite good at doing its job. however, this match had to be expensive with several players reportedly injured. and hopefully, some of these players will not end up with long-term injuries. in particular, Dybala.
By the way, referring to what you said, in this competition Serie A has 3 representatives who qualify for the next phase.  However, it seems that it will be a tough match for Serie A representatives if they meet the teams who are favorites in this competition. Well, let's just wait for the draw for the last 16 of the Europa League.

It is really upsetting that we don't have Galatasaray in it anymore.    They should have been there instead of Sparta Prag however I think they are fully responsible of their poor result in the rematch at the same time.

Galatasaray players were like they didn't care about qualifying for next stage at all. They had many more dangerous attacks in the first leg at least but we couldn't even see that in the rematch. I don't even want to talk about their defending in detail. Because it was simply terrible. Muslera can't save this team all the time and this team definitely need their new transfers for left-back and right-back positions on the pitch in every single match.

As expected. The only team that failed to progress to the next round after winning the first leg was Galatasaray. They managed to win 3-2 in the first leg but then they lost 1-4 in the second leg. The team that gets a draw passes according to my prediction. And the team that wins the first leg successfully advances to the next round.

My favorite teams are Liverpool and Leverkusen. Both are in the seeded teams. The non-seeded team that is my favorite is AC Milan. Interesting to look forward to the next matches.

It seems the lucky one replaced the special one. Daniele De Rossi might not have all the credentials of Jose Mourinho but it seems mother luck is on his side. He has recorded five wins in seven games and has now helped the club qualify for the Europa League round of sixteen. The coach seems to have the backing of the players and the management this is why the players are doing their best. The hero of the day was goalkeeper Mile Svilar who saved some penalties.

Coach De Rossi was happy with the player's performance but he stated in his match post-match interview that more work needs to be done. They had greater ball possession which is good but they created lesser goalscoring opportunities. Lukaku seems to be another lucky player because his decision to join Roma is becoming beneficial. He is contributing massively to the team and is gradually on his way to playing in European finals after leaving Inter Milan. However, Inter Milan is doing more better because they have the chance to win the Seria A and the UCL. Maybe he would have remained with the Nerazzurris.

As was predicted from the start, this match would be quite fierce because in terms of quality the two teams did not have a significant difference and when it came to the penalty shootout, Roma's mentality was a little better because they were playing at their home ground and there was also a little luck factor.
Overall, this is not surprising and Roma deserves to advance to the next round.

De Rossi finally brought new hope to As Roma after qualifying for the next round. This match was very intense. Feyenoord is not an easy team to beat because they have a strong defense. In my opinion, De Rossi was lucky to be able to bring AS Roma to the round of 16 because the current AS Roma squad is the squad left by Mourinho, De Rossi just continued, aka instant. We'll see who De Rossi wants to recruit next season and whether they are able to compete at the top or not. In my opinion, De Rossi's plus point in this match was that as a Roma goalkeeper, he had more confidence in Mile Svilar and was successful in the penalty shootout.

AC Milan's defeat was also not a big problem because according to Agg they were already 3 goals ahead in the first leg so they played carefree in the second leg.

Playing relaxed but the game was very bad, Milan lost but still qualified for the next round. However, from the last two matches against Monza and Rennes, which conceded a total of 7 goals, this is AC Milan's poor performance which Pioli must immediately improve.

Roma qualified through the penalty shootout; despite the fact they played at home, I knew that Roma will not have an easy time winning the match. Feyenoord is not a team that is easy to beat. When Feyenoord scored in the first five minutes of the game, I thought Roma would lose because of the early goal, but L. Pellegrini leveled the score in the fifteenth minute. Roma have many opportunities but the Feyenoord goalkeeper, Wellenreuther, made several saves to prevent goals from being scored. The qualified clubs will not be easy to beat in the following round, I think Roma should build up their defense in the next round.

8 teams who qualified already determinted and they are Roma, Milan, Benfica, Marseille, Sporting, Sparta Prague, Qarabag, and Freiburg but the most surprised match today is between the match Sparta Prague vs Galatasaray that the match looks very easy to Galatasaray because they can leading the game at early minutes of first half by Preciado goal but the disaster was came when Galatasaray player Kaan Ayhan got the red card because after that incident Sparta Prague was control the game even within 22 minutes Sparta Prague can able to scores 3 goals which make they can able to became an the winner of this match and Sparta Prague was qualified with final aggregate 6-4

Galatasaray is the worst team I have seen in this competition so far, they performed very bad in this round, but performed well in the Champions League group stage. However, they seems to have lost their strength in the Europa League. If it weren't for the red card, I think Galatasaray could have been able to hold onto their one goal advantage. In the first leg, one of their player was sent off, in the second leg, K. Ayhan repeated the same thing, and they conceded more goals to get eliminated from the competition.

I said here that Roma has the advantage of playing at home after the 1-1 draw in the first leg. I didn't see this game going into extra time, let alone end in penalties. I expected Roma to win in normal time, although I knew it was going to be a tough game.

This goes on to show how well De Rossi has drilled these Roma boys. Feyenoord is a very good attacking team that could have won either leg of this tie to qualify if Roma had not changed managers. After having draw in the Netherlands I was not sure about AS Roma to go through into next round but against all odds they have done historic job and now having really amazing results under De Rossi which take charge after exit of José Mourinho and things were not favourable for the win but now in last few games they have only one defeat and now spot into round of 16 which is impressive job and this performance is surely indicating exit of former coach by management were right decision for the improvement of the team.

In first half of the match we have aggressive approach by the Roma but in second half Feyenoord done good job and tight their defense which not allowed them to have another goal and game ended on penalties which is surely still a good win for them and now things can go better for them in remaining part of this season which was looking too bad early.

Galatasaray played very badly. They had no chance to win the match, especially when the team was down to ten players after receiving a red card. When we look at the goals they conceded, we can see that the fact that the team remained with ten players had a big impact. In fact, Galatasaray's strength was much greater than its opponent, its squad was much better, but unfortunately the players could not play as they should.

To be honest, I was very disappointed with Galatasaray's performance. The team won the home match. I assumed galatasary would qualify for the next round. Even if they do not win the away match, they can draw the match. But their performance was very poor. They don't play well in the away match. Defeated by a huge margin of 4-1.

The red card received by Galatasaray players in the 71st minute made everything end and it must be admitted that Sparta Prague's performance was quite good. They have given resistance since the first leg even though they lost in the first leg and in this second leg, Prague has higher self-confidence because of the support of their supporters.

Even though this result is quite disappointing for Galatasaray, personally I don't see this as a big surprise because the Sparta Prague team throughout this season has had quite an impressive performance.

Having Sparta Prague in the last 16 of the Europa League did not make Liverpool underestimate the team from the Czech Republic. The leaders of the Czech League standings are not a weak team that is easy to beat because Sparta Prague showed how strong they are yesterday in the 2nd leg, beating Galatasaray with an aggregate of 6-4.

There are still around 14 days or two weeks left for Liverpool to prepare the energy to complete the mission of qualifying from the round of 16 with all the challenges.
Salah and several other players must immediately recover 100% in order to maintain the hopes of the Anfield public.

Which one the game is the most toughest among the draw

Roma once again face a difficult test, but at this stage there are almost no weak teams left. Perhaps Bayer is lucky, because Karabakh is still the dark horse of this playoffs, and it seems to me that Bayer will not have problems with this opponent. Atalanta got Sporting as a contender and it seems to me that this will be the end of their path to EL, Sporting will become an insurmountable obstacle for them, and Marseille most likely will not be able to beat Villarreal either. Sparta will play with Liverpool, well, Sparta is not an easy opponent, but Liverpool must beat them, for Klopp the first away match will be an advantage.

Which one the game is the most toughest among the draw

My prediction is that the very tight matches will be between Roma vs Brighton, Marseille vs Villarreal and Freiburg vs West Ham, while the matches that might be uneven are between Bayer Leverkusen vs Qarabag FK and Liverpool vs Sparta Prague.
The two favorite teams are very lucky to face teams that can be said to be weak in this competition, especially Bayer Leverkusen facing Qarabag, of course they will face a match that can be predicted easily, and in my opinion Roma is one of the teams that is less fortunate because they face Brighton, even though Brighton doesn't have much experience in this competition European league but they cannot be underestimated and they are quite a solid and productive team and this is a battle between two Italian coaches and Roberto De Zerbi looks more solid with his current squad and their chances are quite big to qualify.

I really had no faith in As.Roma to actually qualify further in competitions but the luck was on their side on penalties and a great goalkeeper on a great day who made 2 saves and won the qualification for them.

Feyernoord really played good and for first time in a couple of years we had another team besides Ajax who has a decent run in Europa League.

It is rematch day! Galatasaray are going to Prague to finish the job which won't be very easy as it looked from the first leg.    I wonder if Galatasaray will be able to improve their defending here. Because their biggest vulnerability was this in the first leg which caused them to concede 2 goals. It could have been worse if it weren't for Muslera's crucial saves.

I'm thinking of adding both teams to score @1.48 to my parlay. Because I don't think this will be a one-sided match this time also. What do you think?

Finally AS Roma could advance to the round of 16 dramatically, they managed to defeat Feyenoord through a penalty shootout which ended with a score of 4-2 for AS Roma's victory. In the first leg they drew 1-1, and in this second leg they also had to draw 1-1 in normal time so they had to continue the match to the penalty shootout. Feyenoord really made it dificult for AS Roma, even when they won I don't think it was a surprise.

In another match, Rennes managed to beat AC Milan with a score of 3-2, but that was not enough to make them win because in the first leg they lost 3-0 to AC Milan, with this result AC Milan has the right to qualify for the last 16 of the European League. Rennes apeared all out in this match, they tried hard to beat AC MIlan, but AC Milan was too strong for them to beat. In the end Rennes had to lift a suitcase early in the Europa League this season.

It is interesting to look forward to the results of the draw in the round of 16 later, will we see the favorite club club meet first? or everything goes as planned? I mean the favorite club clubs will be brought together after the round is getting closer to the final. Either way, it's quite interesting to see the comptition in the Europa League this season.

I think AS Roma's penalty win over Feyenoord showed their resilience and mental power. Playing at home provided them an edge, and football fans usually like luck. I wasnt surprised by their growth; they've proved they can dig deep when it counts. AC Milan fell to Rennes, but their first-leg lead sent them through. It shows that football is unpredictable, but quality and strategy usually win. Italian teams deserve praise for injecting drama to the competition.

The round of 16 draw will be intriguing. Im intrigued if the big clubs will clash early or meet later. Either scenario guarantees fascinating matchups, but I want early surprises. It keeps competition interesting and tests favorites in ways subsequent stages may not. The Europa League this season is going to be amazing, and I cant wait.

well, before these games started I already imagined that I would see some surprises, such as the Galatasaray game against Sparta Prague, it was a game in which I suspected that Slava Prague would be able to win the game, this is because in the first leg game the slava praga showed to be a dangerous team in attack and that in the second leg game they could improve a lot, just 8 minutes into the game sparta praga was already winning, but galatasaray were very quick and managed to score the equalizing goal in the 8th minute After conceding a goal, it seemed like Galatasaray wouldn't let them lose in that game and the 1 half ended. when the 2 half arrived it became a nightmare for Galatasaray, in the 74th minute Galatasaray conceded a goal, 6 minutes later Galatasaray conceded a goal again, the game was already 3 - 1 with Galatasaray losing, to make matters worse Galatasaray is playing with only 10 players since the 70th minute

In my opinion, the red card that the Galatasaray player received in the 70th minute was decisive for Sparta Prague to win the game, I highly doubt that if Galatasaray had all their players ready until the end of the game they would lose like that, unfortunately in the game Sometimes these types of things happen and there's no way to blame the player who got a red card. but it is something very bad that Turkish teams do very badly in European competitions constantly

another game that surprised me was the game between sporting and young boys, in that game sporting was lucky that in the first leg game they won with a comfortable goal difference, if they had lost in the first leg game then they in that game with that tie would have been eliminated, the funniest part is that Sporting scored an early goal and then dominated possession of the ball but they were unlucky to have suffered a penalty in the 86th minute and with that they conceded a goal, I think that in the next phase it will be much more complicated for sporting because they have strong teams like liverpool and leverkusen in the next phase

Galatasaray was not a strong club. Even sparta prague can beat it with huge margins and this proves that if galatasaray was not capable to competing in the UCL. that's why it was dropping from UCL to the europa league. It's very good result from sparta prague caused by this is also going to the next stage to face other strong club.
As i expected that some clubs were qualified for the upcoming game like acmilan and roma. These serie a clubs were able getting very good result. There are some surprise results and lens was not also able qualifying to the next stage.

Qarabag was able beating braga in the continuation of play off stage to go to the top 16. That's bad result for braga caused by it was losing against unpopular team like qarabag. This is very bad achievement by the team.

After first leg match I was expecting exit of Galatasaray because their performance was not at the top level which is required for having win in these events even they are doing good in Super League but still they need to work on their improvement as they are heading for the win and again having chance for the Champions League in next season in this game in first half Galatasaray done good job but still ended with draw and in second half red card done his job and after this they conceded 3 goals which give them exit from this competition and now have to done work for the domestic league which is also at his best.

In few other games, we have interested results as Roma eliminate Feyenoord on penalties and AC Milan also qualify even they lost in France Marseille and Freiburg also qualified after winning their home games.

There are two big candidates for this cup; Bayern Leverkusen and Liverpool. Both teams are better quality than other teams. And their current performance is very good. Both teams have very qualified coaches. Also, Xabi Alonso could become Liverpool's coach next season. I aasume that ıt will be very enjoyable to watch the final match of these two teams.
