I am not sure with Milan has on the list of three top teams will be the winner Europe League, inconsistent performance in domestic and difficult in Champion League match group stage before eliminating make Milan is not really favorite team for winning Europe League. I think most strong teams become candidate for winning Europe League is Bayern Leverkusen and Liverpool, for Milan I don't sure they will have compete for qualifying to quarter final round and easily the opponent teams on 16 of round against Slavia Praha.
The first leg match of 16 round will play on the next Friday, seems all teams participants will make rotation on their last match in domestic league.

Leverkusen and Liverpool are two of the most favorite teams in the title storm of this tournament. The remaining parties may cause problems for the larger parties. Leverkusen and Liverpool are at the top of the table in their respective leagues and it goes without saying that these two teams will have a tough competition in the Europa League. Personally I would be happier if Liverpool won the Europa League title this season than Leverkusen. It was a bad experience for Liverpool that they didn't qualify for the Champions League this season, since they didn't play in the Champions League and qualified for the Europa League for the first time, I want them to win the first tournament.

This is a long story short I guess. The level that both these teams are presenting to the public is remarkable and there is no way around them to label them as the favorites to win this title.

But I think that the most interesting thing about this rivalry is the whole circumstances. Alonso could go to Liverpool, Klopp will stop coaching for a while, many many more things. I hope that these two teams meet in the final and fight the fight we are all looking forward to.

Milan being a Europa League favorite bothers me. Recent Serie A performances and a poor Champions League campaign make me doubt they're up to the challenge. On paper, their roster may make a deep Europa League run, but their inconsistency is a huge concern. If you compare Milan to Leverkusen and Liverpool, who have been performing well in their leagues and in Europe, their odds seem optimistic.

I understand why some support Milan; a move to the Europa League may be a fresh start. However, Leverkusen hasnt lost a competition game this season, smashing records. Liverpool's up there too. I dont expect Milan to suddenly improve.

AC Milan is not a weak team. They have a stable squad. They have a lot of talented players in the squad. The team's performance in Serie A has been somewhat erratic. The team is not able to maintain the consistency of good performance. The team has no chance of winning the Serie A title. And this is why Milan will try their hardest to win the Europa League title

Liverpool and Leverkusen seem to be the favorites to win the Europa League title. But Liverpool are competing for the FA Cup and Premier League titles. But in my view it looks like AS Roma do not have a great chance of being able to advance further in this Europa League because after all, playing against Feyenoord has also made it difficult for AS Roma to win in normal time 90 minutes. No one knows what will happen next but considering Sevilla's history, it makes me worried if it happens to Milan this season to get the UEL title, while I hope that Leverkusen can get the title this season.
Seeing Milan's performance domestically and in the UEL, it is surprising that their performance is very strong even though they cannot continue in the Champions League, of course Milan's goal has changed to get the title in the UEL this season.
But in terms of strength, Milan's performance is not as strong as Leverkusen, but in terms of player quality, Milan actually has more quality players.

I must give Daniele De Rossi his accolades because it's not an easy job to be delivering excellence results in his status as headcoach for the club.

Although AC Milan performed better in Serie A this season, but they performed worse in UCL. According to the performance of those teams so far, I think Leverkusen should have the biggest chance to win UEL title this season.

This is my top 3 teams to win UEL title:
1. Bayer Leverkusen

3. AC Milan

TBH, I expect AC Milan to play better in UEL. But I'm not sure if AC Milan can play better than Leverkusen and Liverpool. I strongly believe that most people will agree Leverkusen and Liverpool as the favorite teams to be in the final round.

In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest. Even though days back, the playoffs stage was concluded and there we saw few teams earn advancement tickets. Well from the beginning of the tournament, we know that it'll only be the tough teams that'd survive. Also predicting the winner this season would be hard as there are a number of tough teams to pick from. The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture.

 The highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. In essence it's safe to say that if the draws are favourable, then Liverpool would battle with Leverkusen in the final game of the tournament. Between these two teams, Liverpool have been trying though, they're anticipating the EPL trophy, and as well the Carabao cup too where they last week won Chelsea to secure the trophy.With this in their minds, the next goal will be to keep advancing in the UEL and staying intact in the EPL too.

 For Leverkusen, they've been impactful, currently the top spot in the Bundesliga too and so they've got same goal as Liverpool and therefore if in recent times they've remained unbeaten, then I doubt that there'd be a negative difference now when the tournament and season is almost rounded up. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Leverkusen and Liverpool in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling they'd be made to play against themselves.

Undoubtedly, AS Roma have been delivering more impressive performances since Jose Mourinho was relieved of his duty as the club manager but that I don't think makes Mourinho a bad manager. The Portuguese manager during his time at the club gave his best for the club to make sure they stay relevant in European football but unfortunately for him, his best wasn't just enough for the club. In his first full season at Roma, Mourinho helped the club to win the first edition of the UEFA Conference League trophy and just last season, he led the club to another European final which happens to be UEFA Europa League final against Sevilla but sadly for Jose Mourinho, his team lost that final. This season, we saw Roma underperforming especially in the Italian Serie A and that's why the club management had to sack him.

Talking about a Jose Mourinho's potential move to the Saudi Arabia league, though I'm not tryna totally write off, but I still think it'll be extremely difficult for a manager like Jose Mourinho to leave European football to become a manager in the Middle East. We may underestimate him because he has no much experience in managing top teams. De Rossi could improve the performances of AS Roma recently. They qualify for the next season, they defeated Feyenoord. Although they must defeat it through penalty shootout, but it is enough to guarantee for the next round. I appreciated how De Rossi could rebuild the defense line of AS Roma, they could lower the conceded goals. On the other hand, AS Roma also becomes quite productive, they could score many goals. It means De Rossi could improve the performance of AS Roma attackers.

Honestly, I don't expect AS Roma to qualify for the UCL in the next season. I only expect AS Roma can go far in UEL this season. And they can finish in the top 5 of Serie A. I think it is the only realistic target for AS Roma in this season.
