People still waiting the first batch being sent, some user already tried to claim and getting message for the first batch-recovery will be sent in the next day after they send a recovery request. But until now, they are still not sent anything + without any single respon again.

Let them take their own time as such refunds are not easy to process because there will be scammers trying to get something from them. IMO they are trying to refund money, whereas most casinos avoid doing it in the past we have seen such issues not getting handled. It is best to patiently wait till the end of this month like you said earlier and then we can start questioning them if nothing happens.

At least they have the intention to return user funds and also clarify everything in this forum, I think it is true that it is not easy to filter user information data because it is vulnerable to fake users who might cheat, so it will be a tough challenge from this problem, I am not a user betnomi but I think there is a need to be patient for them to process it so that everything goes well.

Everyone definitely wants a smooth distribution so I hope everyone understands the situation so that everything is finished smoothly, I'm sure everyone is also waiting but as said, there are always scammers when discussing refunds so it is necessary to do a detailed screening. so that all funds are well received by all genuine users.

I would not be surprised if they could not finish their task by March of 2024, or something like it. I have had to deal with databases and Microsoft Excel myself and when managing thousands of entries and while trying to exclude unnecessry data from it, it can be a very challenging and time consuming job.
Hopefully noone of the people affected by this unfortunate event is counting on that money they expect to finance part of their Christmas or seasonal celebrations this year.

I don't quite get it. If you only accept refund requests from the original emailaddresses which were registered at Betnomi, then how can someone do a duplicate refund request? Send it twice from the same email? Well, that is pretty easy to spot and then you just process only one of them.
And in case people start claiming refunds from different emails, then just simply ignore them. It should not be too much to ask from a user to send a refund request only from the registered email in Betnomi.

And they are trying their best to refund the victims money and one we have to know is that false claims will pop up and Betnomi has to be careful to handle this refund cases because they might repay money to non victim gamblers in the casino. And for the cases I know that they have gone far for the settlement of people so by that time you are predicting they would have finished the task and started a new beginning of the casino. Lolz! Many of them have already gotten their money and they have spent it before even the festive period.

It's very easy. They should only take into consideration claims from registered emailaddresses. That saves a lot of work and time. And then all is left to do is check the amount.
But nobody will claim double from the same email, that would be insane.

It's very easy. They should only take into consideration claims from registered emailaddresses. That saves a lot of work and time. And then all is left to do is check the amount.

Even though the full reputation will not come but at least 70% will be restored. And if they lost the main database, they can can still use the backup database of the site. Because that is the only solution to the problem.

Even in the case of a malicious attack or virus corrupting a file, there is still a backup. How can it be possible to loose a digital file like its just a hardcopy data that got missing.

They should salvage whatever is left of their reputation and just effect refund and let's look at something else to adventure on

That's exactly what we are talking about here since if there database is lost then how could they do those refund process? It puzzle me on how they could they refund 100% those affected user without any data to follow on?

This is really a huge a lot of work to do since they need to locate those real affected user and refund them, also they could also prone for abuse since provably there are people will claim that they are affective even if not then abuse the whole process.

But Its really questionable why they don't have back up on their data since this is important to hold especially if issue like this happen. But lets still see how they can go thru this process and if we can see people to validate that they successfully get their refund.

I just noticed this thread, and while this is great that you are refunding users, why didn't you report these events here sooner?

I don’t know if anyone is yet to receive a refund from them yet because it is already taking longer than expected and having a precise date of repayment would be a nice idea and I also do understand that this isn’t an easy period for the team but whatever the case might be , I think they should try keeping to their words because that will help drop the allegations against them and also the tags on their official account.

As for the case with the missing database which isn’t a funny one , I think you guys are supposed to have a backup file and database because that should be one of the best and easy way to get all of actual data for payment.

It seems they have already figured out some way to authenticate and tell whether a refund request is valid or not. I think they already mentioned the way they are doing it for now here in the very thread, anyways.
By the way, I do not think there have actually started to refund fund to this day, they seem to continue to figure out the orders and filtering those which are valid from attempts to claim balances from people trying to take advantage of the situation. If any significant percentage of their gamblers had already started to receive their funds then they would have appeared here showing those proof of reception of fund or something like it, also Betnomi would be eager to start to show some proof of refunds, but it is not the case for now.

You are being kind of optimistic if you think they can recover up 70 percent of their previous reputation, by the way. When refunds are finished and most of the people is satisfied with them, I would be surprised if they still have a 45 percent. Though, obviously betnomis plan is to work from there and slowly gain everyone's trust again through the months and years ahead.

Expect that there would really be those abusers who would really be taking up some advantage and hope that it would pass through but as we do all know that the team wont really

Some crazy people will take advantage on situation especially when they know that a platform will do some activities like this and know that they don't have data to follow then made this crazy request.

That's why Betnomi should verify carefully those legitimate individual which have valid claims and still don't know how would they do that if they don't have the data of their users so hopefully they can get something that can validate all their claims so this refund process will not take long and all affected parties will be happy for the result of this activities.
