Hopefully, these people will be able to return the funds that are due to them, according to what the Betnomi team said. I hope that Betnomi will make an announcement on this matter so that their users will not think badly about it.

We all hope that but they haven't refund anyone yet even after announcing that they're going to refund all the users who have lost their funds on Betnomi. They were doing great business back then but once users have lost their funds now it's really hard to trust a platform like that.

However, if they keep up their promises and somehow manage to refund the players then they might get some respect in eyes of those who consider them as scammers. I know they won't be able to regain the trust of the community once again but for sure they will at least be appreciated for the refunds.

First ask yourself or maybe we all should together ask the betnomi team their reason for catering away with funds belonging to their users in the first place, if they know they were going to want to refund their users their money back, why didn't they ask users to withdraw their funds before they shut down the casino?

The question of why they didn't ask users to withdraw their money is like a scammer earlier warning you he would scam you. Betnomi would not inform of such, for them, they got hold of the market with the way they appeared and ran their signature campaign, not many people would hold the believe that they would exit just the way they did.

Now with their announcement of repaying funds of customers, people started giving them chance but with the continuous delay and failure to commence the process of repayment, their reputation is still hanging on the off balance with doubt that they didn't plan this exit. So not until they have redeemed this repayment, they have lost trust from gamblers.

They are indeed scammers and they cant blame out the community on what would be their treatment towards them on which it would really be just that obvious on what they've been doing as of this moment.
This is why for those users had been affected then i would say that it would really be that better that you shouldn't really be that expecting that they would be getting their money back.

I highly doubt anybody will get refunded back his or her money anyway, but let's keep waiting and looking.

I also doubt that they will refund the users their money back but still I believe if they are saying that they will initiate the refund thing then surely they might have some plans. They are good at making excuses and false promises but still we should be optimistic because if even 1000 people get their money back that would be more than enough. But, really I'm also not sure that either they will refund the users or not.

Yes, they aren't very serious at giving the refunds but they gave fake hope to the victims that the funds will be refunded to them soon. It has been enough time since they promised about refunding but surely no one has yet received any refunds. They are also making lame excuses which aren't really helpful at all, but if they keep up their promises and somehow get success in refunding the victims then that would be something good I believe. But, who knows what they are going to do because they haven't taken any step toward refunding of the victims but just made this thread to invoke fake hope in the minds of the victims.

If they were really that truly wants to refund their users or those who have stuck their funds into their platforms then they should have done it already but just like on what most

then it did really give out that kind of hope into those people who were affected but on the time that days passed by on which the team itself didnt show off some

There has not been much follow-up from the team on this matter and as jt stance, we can't even refer to them as betnomi any more since they already stated that that domain name is under the control of the attacker who brought the casino down in the first place.
But they also promised to refund and come under another domain name, It has been a long time since that statement and nothing has been done in that regard and I think its taking too long, and the team if they mean their words should make a statement and clear the air.

If the old issues are Betnomi are not resolved, and people are not refunded their money, why would anyone go to their new website and play ? Delaying resolving the victim of Betnomi users, is already hurting their reputation and this can be a factor that no one from us will ever try to gamble at that platform.

If they are anywhere serious is growing their business through developing a new gambling site, they need to first make sure there is no complain left from Betnomi and everyone's been refunded fairly.

I agree with you if they become active on this thread and do some communication then things will still be better than they are right now. But, seems like the account of Betnomi was last time active on 23rd of December and that shows that they aren't serious about refunding the victims or about this thread that they have made.

If they really wanted to convince the victims that they are serious about their refund plan then they would start refunding from smaller accounts first and post the number of refunds they have completed within a month. I believe taking step is much better than talking but so far they have been talking only and they haven't taken any steps toward the refunding plan.

well, let us put it this way, they won't get much patrons from the forum if there's no clear resolution of their major issue of the refunds. and hard to promote a site here if there's hesitation to even try out their site. they may copy a popular site but it all boils down to the fact about their reputation. if they are sincere enough to resolve past issues, i believe, they will soon say something about it. but if they will launch their site without closing those previous claims, i don't think they will go somewhere here.
do remember, there are so many gamblers in the forum as well as reputable gambling review sites. so if they stick to their word, having negative feedback and all, i don't think they can entice high rollers from this forum.

I have no idea what the Betnomi team are even thinking of at this point. Scamming users of their funds is by itself horrible, but promising to return their funds and making them wait beyond the promised deadline is truly messed up.

I would never advise anyone to invest in this site(New and Old) regardless of whether they actually refund player funds later since they have proven to be shady as hell.

Other than the positioning of register and sign-in button [which I think shared by many sites], I don't think it bears any resemblance to sportsbet, I think they're more similar... in an exact copy-paste with their former project. There are some confusions and speculations ongoing regarding the refund and the status of our "New project."  As we have stated previously, all users will be 100% refunded. It is important to note that we are not simply refunding users the value of their assets at the time of the site's closing. The refund is being issued at the current market rate, about twice the original value since then. As anyone can imagine, this is a very difficult thing to do. If we were doing the rate at the time of the site closing, it would have been a straightforward process, and this issue would have been long closed if that were the case.

Also, to be clear, some refunds have already been issued. Users who had assets in stable coins (USDT/USDC) have already been issued a 100% refund. Again, the delays are due to the fact that we are looking to do the refund at the current market rate, which is something very uncommon but the right thing to do.

Regarding the persistent and casual scam accusations, I have heard enough of that and at this point, will simply ignore it moving forward. It has been more than four years of explaining the same thing over and over again. It is self-evident that these are mostly trolling, naivety, or outright ignorance.

I have been public and never anonymous. There was an unfortunate situation, and I came out to give a detailed explanation and proposed a remedy to the situation. Nonetheless, some people persist in making these silly accusations.

Don't act like you are some kind of an angel. Perhaps you could explain to the community what caused you to start attacking us, because you were actively promoting us and always trying to get something from me for two straight years.

While you explain, it would be wise not to lie about anything, because I still have two years of our private chats, and you can delete them if you want (I screen recorded EVERYTHING!).

I am not in the business of personal attacks or playing childish games, but moving forward, I will not let people casually throw around accusations with no basis. If ANYONE has any kind of proof or evidence that I (personally) or Betnomi as a company scammed anyone, I am happy to debate and discuss any such assertions via Twitter Spaces or a Telegram voice chat any day, anytime. I have had to deal with this repeatedly for years.

It is the same nonsense that eroded the reputation of Betnomi from day one. Even before the platform was launched, it was called a scam based on conjecture, and that will not be the case moving forward. Unless anyone can definitively prove some kind of wrongdoing, this has to end.

The project "BaseBet" is a new project that I co-founded. It will be operating with our existing Casino software and with some upgrades to make it a true web3 platform with a smart contract interface where user funds will be non-custodial and completely under the users' control. That being said, what we have now is a demo, a "test net" of the platform. It is not operational, it does not accept any deposits, nor is any real money gameplay allowed. It is purely for demo and testing purposes as of now.

It will undergo a complete UI/UX redesign and rebrand, and further development work will be done before the official launch, which will take a few months. To summarize, it is not yet an active or a production website.

It is easy to type whatever you want and name call people with no reasoning or logic behind it. Again, if anyone wants to have a legitimate conversation or have questions about anything, I am happy to jump on a Twitter Space and clarify anything and everything.

It's better to discuss it in real time and prove your point if you have one.

As long they wont really be able to clear up their issues then this community wont really be giving out such approval that they are safe to deal with.People here on the community would really be giving out that
warning all the time that this site shouldnt really be able to deal with because of some running or current issues. I dont know on whats up into their minds that creating one without
even trying out to resolved their issue here. I wont be surprised that there would be no players that will really be playing into their platform.

I'm sure your this reply was very needed to motivate the ones who thought that they might not receive the refunds. It's crucial to be active on this thread and share updates from time to time so the players or victims and this forum users can be assure that Betnomi is going to refund all those who were affected back then. It would be much better if you can share some of the refunds that you have sent or some of those players may come here and share their refunds with us so the others can be convinced that they will receive their money.

I suggest you to refund the players at that time's dollar rate instead of refunding them at current dates crypto-currency or Bitcoin rate and I'm sure the ones who get refund even at dollar rates won't mind. They simply want to get what they had on the platform and they don't really care that even Bitcoin went to $44k or anything else, I suggest you to refund them in dollar rate of that time.

Why hasn't a single person posted about their refund experience in this thread within this forum op since you clearly mentioned that some of them were refunded already(USDT/USDC)?

Also, even if you successfully regain the trust of most gamblers, you will definitely have a tough time with your new project since decentralised sites are rarely successful in the crypto world.
