[SOLVED] Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan!

We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.

We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.

It was never our plan to stop Betnomi as it was going amazing before pause but it was my duty to make sure everyone was made whole.

As the claim above said it's the final set and it's completed, I believe even if yours are in the last of the list, they should be processed by now.

Its up to people whether they would really be deciding to trust them up again or not. They have done the refund but its
true that there would really be people that they would be skeptical on using them again just because they dont like to experience

It is good to hear about this finally, even though it took much time for this process to happen. The gamblers who had funds inside their accounts in Betnomi should get more than they have as a compensation for the time they waited, that’s just my opinion.
Even though you declared that you have refunded all players, we should wait also their confirmation and be sure they had full refund and everything is processed and fixed. The casino turned to a scam, so it’s hard for us to believe before confirmation.

I am curious about this too, right now we(or at least I) only know you and GekkeBelg(who haven't confirmed if he has gotten the refund yet) are the ones we know who got refunded on their refund campaign.

I also try to find information outside of thus forum if they announce that they would do this refund but I can't find any article that can possibly help those people who's not in this forum. I advice you,  if you have any legit outstanding withdrawal on betnomi before the exit you should contact the relevant member of the team that requested that aggrieved clients and those who's funds were lost on the betnomi casino to contact them with the right details and all the evidences to support the claims.

So just follow same procedure,  I don't know how sincere they have been in making the refunds as promised here,  since no one have come out to testify to the receiving of his money,  and even the team is not posting any updates regarding the refund process.

So it is better to reach out to them and hear what they have to say about the whole thing,  even though we already know of the shady dealing here we still gave them the benefit of doubt.

That's finally some good news. I've been following this thread for a long time now and Betnomi finally refunded their patrons. Some people might still get burnt in the process due to an abrupt stop to the project, which sucks but at least Betnomi made an effort but its now up to the 3rd party management on whether the rest get their funds or not.

At least you have seriously processed all your previous user funds, of course this can also make your reputation with the previous Betnomi project immediately recoverable, I am not a Betnomi user but I know that perhaps this refund is needed to restore trust to your previous users, that there is no fraud or money lost from Betnomi, I know it might be difficult to restore trust but after this we will know if it will really help restore it.

Sometimes ago we thought that Betnomi is delaying payments and they may not pay at all and end up scam. Also they needed to start their new project but thankfully we are hearing from few people that their issues are resolved, and their payment is refunded.

This is also a very good news not only for the Betnomi platform users and also for Betnomi itself, as moving forwards towards a new project and people will feel confident with them. Trust is one thing that take a long time to develop and also it takes some efforts to retain that good trust.

Good for them that they are cleaning their reputation. When I see this thread marked as "SOLVED," I then check the OP and still find that he has some negative feedback. Maybe if it is confirmed that the problem has been settled, the negatives will be removed so they can start with their new gambling site, which is still under the same operator.

We can't find a lot of stories like this, so this should be in the directory or whatever you call it so people can see that there are still a lot of legit crypto gambling sites that are willing to fulfill their responsibilities to their gamblers.

You are absolutely right about your statement. They refunded a small amount from members here, but there are tons of victims which are not paid.
I have a lot of information about victims, the total amount of people that are known from my network is at least 50.000 eur
And now it should pretend that Betnomi solved everything? They solved not even 5% of the scams!
