No, I have still not received anything despite multiple promises. Meanwhile the Basebet.io website has already opened up real money deposits, very frustrating.

Then it shows that one of the members of this forum at the same time its a player on Betnomi did make out some refund. It is really just that odd that
they arent really giving out some words in regarding into those other users about into their refund or simply they were really just that selecting?
Basing up into their reputation then its likely that it would be better to move on.

Speaking about their new platform then i doubt that the public would easily ignore this one. If ever they would be still getting players but
the pending issues would really be that be taking up a scar.

They haven't sent the money of the victims but always came with promises that they will send all the money of the victims who have deposited on their platform. Such a mess they have done to the gambling community, and if they keep making such promises while taking no serious action then I doubt that they will never be able to make a comeback.

As far as I am concerned, this casino is never going to make a come back, they are certified scammers and I believe this is not too hard to see or realize now, check the thread, like I believe I've pointed out before, they created this thread to make the community here believe that they are going to pay back that which they stole from their users, and after a week or so, without paying any user any dime, they came back here to change the thread's status as solved, this is a way to trick newbies, newcomers on this forum to believe that the issue with them stealing funds belonging to their customer is now settled, when actually it's not.

Anyways, we all are here and watching, betnomi is never coming back, but eventually they do, I believe they won't dare come back under this same brand, they are possibly going to try to come back under a different brand, and they are also going to try to hide every possible traces, so they users won't be able to trace their new brand beck to betnomi, but again, we are here, watching and waiting.

Agreed - I am still disappointed that many people here actually gave them the benefit of the doubt again and again - anyone in his/her right mind should have known better... I have lost track of how many times I brought up more than enough facts about them being unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical - I mean, they proved it themselves with their attitude right here and people would still "believe"... I guess that`s because they were hoping for $$$...

Now that its proven that all of this are stage then for sure they totally lose the trust of people since they cannot do any of this action for another time again since people will criticize them towards the past actions they made for fooling people on their fake comeback.

Sadly they did, Afaik https://www.basebet.io/ is affiliated to them since I saw this casino being mention here in connection with the Betnomi owner. Besides, Betnomi account already stop being online probably because they already have new casino that is now operational.

Their supposed come back with the refund just to introduced the new casino and save money from the big refunds got busted immediately.

I sadly can't do that, without any formal complaint and scam accusation, I can't add them to my list to warn the forum members. And I think Sorsis will know better that he wont' create any account and/or ANN here for basebet, so we can't "formally" raise an accusation against them in the future.

Wow, thanks very much for pointing this out to me, not that or like I don't read much, but I honestly can not read every single comments on a thread like this, since I am not online 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week, I possibly have missed the part of the thread where and when this was posted and maybe discussed.

Well, nice try for them, only those gamblers who are not aware of the situation of betnomi on this forum, and also, are possibly not aware that basebet was once betnomi, and not aware of how betnomi disappeared, or how the casino ended its journey before basebet was birthed, only such gamblers will be playing on this casino.

Or let's say on the other hand, the devs are really good intentioned, they decided to start paying back this they stole from through betnomi, from the profit they are making from basebet, then that also be nice, but my concern is, they shouldnt have ticked this thread as "SOLVED" when they have not solved anything, it's highly deceptive to new comers.

have they refunded you yet, i saw that they stated that they will refund you soon and told you to check your address sir. or have they only refunded a small portion of your money from your total previous holdings? i would like to ask for your confirmation on this matter.

If they haven't sent or only sent a small amount to you it's quite outrageous and we don't believe their words again, but if only a few people got their funds back and there are still many people who haven't gotten it then maybe they need time to collect funds and return it.

I can imagine how you feel mate. They changed also the company formation, I don't know if your lawyer can do something for you, I assume its mister R.B.
He defenitely has some connections and helped people regarding Curacao related issues.
I don't think Basebet.io is going to advertise on Bitcointalk, since they will get tagged for sure.
But many DT members are also guilty as hell here, since they defended Betnomi for a long time in compensation of payments, and for that reason Betnomi lured new victims.
The whole DT system should be erased here.

He already received his refund but as he already mentioned, Betnomi already refunded a small balance including him while all the huge balances are still unpaid. They already marked this issue as resolved despite the pending balance and started a new brand of casino without paying other users.

The sad reality is they will not come back anymore to clean their name since they are already operating under a different name.

That being said, what we have now is a demo, a "test net" of the platform. It is not operational, it does not accept any deposits, nor is any real money gameplay allowed. It is purely for demo and testing purposes as of now.

It will undergo a complete UI/UX redesign and rebrand, and further development work will be done before the official launch, which will take a few months. To summarize, it is not yet an active or a production website.

The license company Base Online N.V. is registered under Curacao commercial register now. Base Online N.V. has established less than a month ago. Their incorporation and establishment date is 18th March. However, they were showing the license information before obtaining it from Curacao. Now they have one, but they haven't added the license validator link.

I took a look at their basebet site and look who`s chatting: Poker coming, greyhound betting coming... lol

They are cooking another scam plan and putting some recipes in it to attract the future victims .
