Tomorrow I will be hitting 25,000 push-ups. Feels like quite a feat. One of those things you just have to start doing and let time run its course. Now is also the time we need Bitcoin’s price to start heading upward. Otherwise, we may all be doing these push-ups for the rest of our lives.

Advance congratulation to you. You are going to complete 25000 pushups tomorrow. This is truly a feat that many will understand and many will not. But with you we too will one day achieve such a feat. If you do pushups, you feel very fit and your mind is very cheerful throughout the day. Those who regularly do push-ups and do some other exercises realize how much better their day goes. So to live a healthy normal life must wake up every morning and do as many pushups as you can regularly along with some additional exercises and go outside for a 30 minute walk in the morning. If this goes on, the body will be very healthy and no diseases will take root in the body. You don't need to go to the pharmacy, you don't need any medicine for your body. I have been doing pushups regularly but due to two-three days of continuous rain and rain water there has been a minor flooding situation and I have not been able to submit the report due to lack of proper electricity and wifi. However, I am submitting the report of the last two days including today. Pushups are more fun as I don't have regular walks due to continuous torrential rains in my country for the last 2-3 days due to which I focused a lot on push ups. Exercise sometimes reduces the chance of always falling sick but doesn't mean that one won't fall sick despite doing exercise, exercise lowers your blood pressure and also reduce the risk of dying from coronary heart disease still it doesn't mean that those who exercise doesn't fall sick or need medical attention. And also given 3 push up report at ones could be problematic can get your push-up report complicated in the push-up table for it may appear in 3 places so it is advisable you only give a single push-up report. I can definitely do more than that, before my exercise hiatus I used to do pushups daily, with daily +1, and I reached 130+ pushups in one go. I feel it's proven way from my own experience and I am looking to continue that way. Many guys have trouble doing more than 40 or 50 in one go, and so even athletic guys shoot for 100 in one go and frequently those guys get stuck in the 70-80 territories.. so surely you would have a higher level of fitness than most people (even athletic folks) if you are able to do 130 pushups in one go. Well, I used to, and I might be having better fitness level back then but currently it's not true. Anyway, for today's quota I have decided I'll continue until can't pick myself up anymore, guessing I should be able to do somewhere around 40, and do +1 from there. |

Lol it is not a must do exercise and it is always important to the numbers of push-up your can be able to take so you won't get your bones injured or affected. For you to be able to 40 push-up or 40 and above means you have been consistent with your push-up exercise you could still get it if you have made up your mind to do so and might have been preparing your self for it those that do 40+ in a goal has been doing push-ups for long. You could still try as no harm in trying but if you noticed your body can't be able to carry it you stop take some rest and continue maybe some other day. |

The Mike Tyson push up will put a lot of pressure on the whole body especially on the legs and knees which will cause a lot of discomfort for people aged 50+. In general, this Mike Tyson push-up may not be possible for those who are a little older, but it is fine for the younger generation. Mike Tyson exercise is tough but best.
