I admit that I was not doing any push-ups since the last log. But that was mostly because I was preoccupied with launching Talksearch.

Now I must get back to my routine, no excuses.

That is very thoughtful of you for admitting not doing push-ups and i believe that the stuff that have put you in a tight schedule must be of good thing, i believe once you are done with what is holding you back you will surely come back to join us fully and keep pushing.

It was nice to do a bag workout after such a break, I missed it so much, it's like my brain releases more chemicals while working out with that bag.
After doing push-ups, I did a 3-minute and 4-set workout with the bag. Then abs. Bitcoin still hasn't determined its direction, my optimism is starting to wane.

Having only 28 people on the floor is really dissatisfying but you can only force a horse to the river but never forget him to drink.

You are saying that you are able to do 3 sets of 60 pushups every day, and you have been doing that for a while? 

And, you are planning to join this pushup challenge?

If you want your results in the pushup table, then you need to submit a properly formatted pushup report so that DirtyKeyboard's pushup script will pick up your properly formatted pushup up report and include the results into the daily republished pushup table, as all of the other guys submit properly formatted pushup reports whenever they want to have their pushup results updated in the daily pushup table...

Some guys submit their properly formatted pushup report daily and other guys submit their report after several days.

I refrained from doing push-ups this month of Ramadan because of the coming of Ramadan. The reason for refraining is that waking up in the morning after eating Sehri and completing push-ups will make the body even more tired and I will feel very tired throughout the day. I celebrated Eid very beautifully and shared the joy of Eid with all my family.

Today I woke up this morning and completed push-ups. Today I completed a total of 60 push-ups in 4 sets.

I have had a hectic few days. One day, our Ramadan ended, and Eid arrived on a happy day. I was out of the city for some daily life work, so I could not share the updates. I had to spend more time outside the city for a small business, so I could not focus on this, but I continued my push-ups.

As for push-ups, I know it's not easy to keep up, I'm just doing my best. Today I did 20x4, which is 80, very quickly, so I didn't want to push myself too much.

Bitcoin showed a nice green candle today. It's around 85k right now.

As for push-ups, I know it's not easy to keep up, I'm just doing my best. Today I did 20x4, which is 80, very quickly, so I didn't want to push myself too much.

Although Bitcoin showed a beautiful green candle at $85,000, today we see Bitcoin starting to dump again and is at $84,000. However, it is not possible to accurately predict where such volatility in Bitcoin will lead.

Push-ups or exercises should be done without pressure because it is not right to exercise or push-ups with excessive pressure and putting a lot of stress on the body, as it will do more harm than good to the body.

Today I completed a very nice push-up due to the beautiful weather in the morning. Today I completed 100 push-ups in 5 sets.
