This thread has helped me develop a sense of consistency as of someone is watching me, if I don't, lol.

It natural, during exercise we burn calories (lose energy), later on (probably after workout) we feel hungry as our sympathetic nervous system is triggered, for the body to regain the lose calories and used energy we eat as food contains calories, but this might tend to others over-eating. It a natural course to feel hungry after exercise, you burnt calories, energy was used up, you have to re fuel yourself again.
My appetite tend to increase after my routine, overtime you will be use to, thus building a healthy body.
Am still up, doing 25 reps in 3 sets, 20 squats before each. I am not sure if I understand your numbers (since you did not seem to give enough information for me to show you the exact formula, but I can attempt to guess and show you what the formula that you post should look like. So here goes, and I hope that this does not mess up the numbers, but if you have ONLY two days in which you did 75 pushups on each of the two days, then your report for today would look like this: 100k,Bravut,2,150,2024-04-18 However, if you have more than 2 days then provide an updated report with the more accurate information so change the "2" to a higher number (whatever the total number of days of your participation happens to be), and if you have more than 150 pushups over the number of days that you are reporting, then change the "150" to the actual total number of pushups that you did during the number of days that you are reporting. So every time that you file a new updated pushup report (whether daily or otherwise) just put the date of the report and put the total number of days first and the total number of push ups second, and the latest date third, with a comma in between each of those entries in the same format that is above. Dirty Keyboard's script can ONLY read the information if you put it in the proper format, and if you put the wrong information, then his script is going to read whatever information that you put into your report.. So what I had already written will put your name into the next table, but if you want to make sure it is updated with the correct information, then you should put your information into that same proper format within your own post, whether you update it daily or some other period of time that is convenient for you to update your information into your report, and each time that Dirty Keyboard runs his script, the script will put your information in the table based on the latest time that you updated your report with a date that is later than your earlier reports. Edit: I see that Dirty Keyboard already explained it, and hopefully I am not providing in accurate information.. but yeah, you can update what I reported with new information... maybe do your next report on the 19th... or I can delete my guess of your information if you want to use the 18th for your report.

Finally I've leaved the range of 3k pushups yesterday I was fired up, then I hit 100 pushups but with the use of set This is the set arrangement 25, 25, 20,20, 10 My body is pretty much getting used to it big time and I like it seeing my abs getting more visible , looking like some kind of superhero And due to this exercise am now able to do my everyday activities more efficiently. I'm glad participated in This challenge Let's keep hitting it , ain't a wasted effort we are definitely doing our body a favour and Also increasing Bitcoin enthusiasts morale My recent reports: 100k,I_Anime,62,4052,2024-04-19 Edited : @DirtyKeyboard is seems am bit late with my report I was so looking forward in seeing my recent breakthrough of my 4k pushups in the table

I was supposed to give my report this morning after I had finished my morning workouts but I just felt like going that little extra to make this day more exceptional by adding some extra In the evening, so I decided to go double today.
I did a total of 150 pushup this morning to complement my initial plan but I just felt I wasn't doing as I should to honor this day so I also did another 100 pushups this evening, although I could say I was more of a coincidence than promise, I just joined my friends to the gym so I couldn't sit and watch, I had to do some more excerise.
My halving day report really did beat all of my last record.

I did a total of 991 push-ups in the space of one week, and it is one of my best performances since I started this push-up challenge. My dedication to this push-up challenge has helped me greatly, and I can easily maintain 50 push-ups in each of my sets without struggling to complete them. I'm looking forward to beating the 991 push-ups I did last week this week. I believe I will achieve it because of the 50 push-ups I can now do in each of my sets. I did 200 push-ups today in 4 sets of 50 reps. This is not a report; I'm just sharing my push-up progress.

I was suppose to report my push-up program yesterday since am reporting every two days but due to how busy I was I couldn't report here as I was suppose to,within this two days I did more of inclined push-up and it was my first time doing this type push-up since I started this push-up challenge. On the 17th day of April 2024 I did a 3 set of 15 reps 15*15*15 of inclined push-up, my two hands was place on the bench while my toe was on the floor then I completed my first second and third reps with 15 push-up each in the morning. While in the even I did 2 set of inclined push-up 10 reps each but this time my toe was on a small table while my two hands was place on the floor it wasn't easy on my after completing this task I felt some pain on my chest but when i woke up in the next day I felt a bit relief and continue with my normal push-up 3 set in that morning 45 reps in my first push-up 41 push-up in my second reps and 38 in the last reps while the evening I was unable to do my push-up due to how busy i was. Today report is loading... My report.

I might actually just be able to complete 200 push ups today, I just completed the 6th set of 15 push ups, which is about 90 push ups total. if i can manage to do 8 more sets, then that'll be a total of 210 push ups. With how I'm feeling now, I know I still have the juice to fire up 8 more sets.
Breaking the number of push ups per set has really helped me to achieve outstanding results.
I wasn't able to make my report for yesterday's progress so here's my report for yesterday.

However, is better you tell yourself the truth about your weakness and option for a the best way to go about it, then you can see yourself making progress. My record for today's morning session. I splitted it in to four sets to enable me achieve 100 pushups in the morning and in the evening which makes it more easier for me, for morning: 25, 25, 25, 25, =100 I also intend doing so too in the evening session in order to arrive at 200 pushups for the day.

First 100 push-ups for the day completed with a set of 50! Got some things to do and then I’ll get started on the second hundred for the day. Will report once that has been completed. Happy halving day! Also looks like it’s finally warm enough to swim out here in the desert, but I think I’ll save the swimming for a day when I’m not doing 200 push-ups and heavily partying so I don’t cramp up and drown.

It has not been easy but am making progress this is my newest record for the past two days and today.
On the 17-04-2024 I did 89 pushups
On the 18-04-2024 I did 96 pushups
Today 19-04-2024 I did 200 pushups Sum total. =385 + my last record 4499= 4884

Boron19's report is also wrong 3x7 = 21 4x7 = 28.. .. either of those kinds of results would be weak and not even worthy of including in the table, and I suggest that less than 10 pushups in any day should not be counted... although there is no way for DirtyKeyboard's script to eliminate any of the reports unless the averages were to be less than 10 pushups per day, which I think would be best to do in order to not too much pervert the results that are showing in the table for the rest of us. I splitted it in to four sets to enable me achieve 100 pushups in the morning and in the evening which makes it more easier for me, for morning: 25, 25, 25, 25, =100 I also intend doing so too in the evening session in order to arrive at 200 pushups for the day. Yes.. who knows if Boron19 might be trolling us. Boron19's report is also wrong 3x7 = 21 4x7 = 28.. .. either of those kinds of result Yeah, probably Boron19 is yet to figure out how much of his interest as regards to this challenge because it doesn't seem to be likely serious about it 7 pushups in three days and I wonder how he arrives at that number, he probably need to tell himself the truth before his body system will align to it being consistence and improve as time goes on.

4x7 = 28.. .. either of those kinds of results would be weak and not even worthy of including in the table, and I suggest that less than 10 pushups in any day should not be counted... although there is no way for DirtyKeyboard's script to eliminate any of the reports unless the averages were to be less than 10 pushups per day, which I think would be best to do in order to not too much pervert the results that are showing in the table for the rest of us.
I agree with your suggestion, there would be no need to add such a weak report to the table cause IMO if someone really wanted to try and participate in this challenge he woudl try to do at least an average of 30 pushups per day and he won't stop there he should also improve on his pushups and try to hit higher scores, at the end of the day its all for each of our own good in keeping a good physic and staying healthy. Although some might complain that there are not acquitted with doing this excerise but that isn't an excuse to remain doing just 10 pushups in a day, when you can spread them out the day and even achieve up to 50 for a weak person, the only reason is see for this is unwillingness to participate in the challenge.

I don't recall that the date can be entered as two digits, even though Dirty Keyboard said that he was trying to make his script more flexible.
I am pretty sure that your report needs a 4 digit date, so the corrected format of your report should look like this:
100k,I_Anime,62,4052,2024-04-19 Ohh sorry about that and Thanks for bringing my notice to it , have already done some correction. Well I wanna use this medium to ask . Is concerning the halving, what date is the main date for 2024 halving. Because most people are saying on the 19th of April While some are saying on the 20th April and seems a bit confusing to me. So which date is the exact date for the halving? Today report loading... Well it may take some couple of times though but as time goes aslong you being consistent with it your pushups you will definitely get used to it . Trust me doing this challenge worth .
