A thread in Altcoinstalks is not a bad idea at all, traffic is increasing over there lately and it will be good to have some kind of exposure in that forum, not a priority task, but something that could be done when the time is fine by the team. I agree, doing several levels to a review campaign makes the most sense. Part one should be a test of the "raw" current version where obviously most improvements can be found. After the first round adjustments can be made accordingly. After that in round 2 a new group of members can test the new and improved version of the site and also voice their opinion about before mentioned improvements. Also of course they hopefully also have something else to add which can be added/improved so that group 3 can review the "final product". Seen this before and it's a smart approach in my eyes.

Yes, of course Whale.io will always get valuable feedback and suggestions from the members of the forum because it's a reputable casino. Surely, its representative is very active when it comes to answering the questions and that's a really good thing.

However, a review campaign will be helpful for long-term as all of the reviews in that campaign will remain on forum for a long-term and anyone who search about Whale.io will get to the review campaign link and read those reviews to know better about Whale.io.

I believe Icopress's way of launching a review campaign with limited spots on monthly basis is going to be quite helpful and the review thread may get updated each month with new feedback and suggestions.

There is no need to apologize, we are quite loyal to our competitors and there are things that BC does better than others and there are things that we do better (fortunately our interests do not intersect). In our observation, marketing of more than half of the casinos here on the forum is a waste of money, since apparently the people who manage it are not allowed to show initiative and are forced to monotonously do their job. The path we decided to take is the sum of many small marketing initiatives that snowball into one large structure. We are happy with what we have now and we clearly see where we are moving. 🐳

Its great that you listen and having good discussion with what people suggest in this thread also good to acknowledge those things what need to be done since for sure those could help improve Whale more and can provide good user experience to people who choose to gamble on Whale.

Actual users will naturally report issues and bugs they found because it affects their experience. They do report naturally for the platform improvement and their better experience too. People who only give reviews when it is paid, are bounty hunters and not actual users. Their reviews can be very good, high quality because they are experienced gamblers with deep knowledge and experience in gambling, but they don't need to be organic users on a platform to join a Review Campaign.

Natural feedbacks from community and reviews from paid review campaign have different importance for the team to listen to community and find potential issues for improvement or sometimes holes that can cause their platforms to be hacked, collapsed.

I am glad to read your point on what is happening with the marketing campaigns within the forum. After your previous reply, I felt that I went ahead and did the wrong analysis and that is the reason I apologizes.

I think I have used the casino well enough to give my feedback on some of these links you provided and although the casino is no doubt a growing one , I think I can recommend them of their service being provided as good and recommendable for other gamblers to try out. Most times when I try out a casino I really want to help out by rating or dropping my experience atleast to help with the reputation and more criticism so atleast to help them improve and adjust but some times it just already limited links that I already find irrelevant to drop these reviews.

That will not be necessary, i have already said it before that trolls like this like attention, the more attention you give them, the more fed they are. If you create a thread about this troll on the reputation board, you are only giving them the attention they need, and i don't think they have done anything that will make the mods ban them either, so ignoring is the best option.
