I don't understand this promotion, it's not a good look.



They basically make a promotion for rakeback, just for a certain group of players, while almost EVERY other site has rakeback for all players, or at least from a very low VIP level. And those sites don't have it for a month only or so, it's open ended.
With this "promo" panda basically reminds people that this site has no rakeback whatsoever.   Is that smart? I don't think so.

Sometimes I really wonder what departments responsible for promos are thinking.

Who are the bamboo and the other category of players that are qualified for the daily rakeback rewards, I am not registered there on betpanda so I am not that familiar with all of that so I may be needing help in explaining that title that qualifies them for that bonus rakeback..

I also just found out about this, and it's quite strange that most casinos offer rake back to all their customers, but Panda doesn't. This raises quite a big question about them, considering they are a fairly large casino.
And looking at the promotion, only Bamboo Guardian players can get rake back. It's really exclusive, or maybe they are doing this on purpose to streamline their marketing budget.

Just for transparency every site should let people show their wager and other statistics. Not providing anything at all is always not very customer friendly in my eyes.
