I don't know what's wrong with their password reset. The only approach is to send them an email (suppost@betpanda.io I guess) to reset your password from the email you used to register.

I do think that would be the right move, and, after all - good support is a happy customer or user, or player, doesn't really matter

If emails sent to request password reset is responded to immediately without any delays means rheir could have an automated password reset generating tools that responds to emails request, it will really be a great deal and nice one at that since we haven't seen anything like that on other gambling sites.

For sure it is. If they give you €110 deposit requirement, you'll get 20 free spins at €0.60 per spin. For a €60 deposit requirement, it’s usually €0.40 per spin and for  €20 deposit requirement, it's around €0.20 per spin.
Maybe they also set these kinds of requirements depending on your account level, VIP status or even based on your average deposit amount. We don't know. lol
