Since most cases has been resolved, this user was simply spreading nonsense, something which was expected, but it has been proven officially now.

I read that topic when it was created, but I figured it was not worth replying to, as that would be a waste of time and energy.
The guy doesn’t even know how to get the full list of signature campaign participants from a spreadsheet!
Unfortunately, some people who don’t have solid arguments choose to use such lame tactics to discredit those who dare to challenge them.

I took a look at hd's thread and I’m really surprised (in a happy way) that 6 out of 8 cases are marked as resolved. Kudos to BetPanda team on that!

I don’t know _BlackStar to work as Betpanda support team and even from the quote comment, the user isn’t responding as a member of the support team but simply as a concerned from user trying to get answers as to possible reasons why. Your continued use of “you” puts the user in a spot.

Seems like you’ve got all the cards and frankly, this was my thought, possibly suspicion on some betting syndicate associated with match fixing or exploiting some of these loopholes to sportsbook gambling. Either way, hope you get some answers to keep you at ease with the proceedings.

I don’t really know what’s your status as your earlier conversation with support trails the line of account closer while, your comment there after is about bet or stakes limitation. What’s your status?

My initial post served two purposes. The main one was to highlight for current or potential customers the risks they run by using Betpanda and how things are handled there. The other reason was to try to get someone to elaborate on why my account was closed and to just give you feedback in general to help Betpanda improve the product.

I withdrew and received my money long before my initial post. As the email I received clearly stated, my account would be closed the very second the withdrawal was processed. And I'm completely fine with that decision. The reason I mentioned betting limits was because it seems unfair to keep the turnover requirements while at the same time cutting the betting limits. The fact that Betpanda would have kept any profit I made bothers me too. If there was obvious malicious action, then sure, but simply for value betting is something I have never experienced anywhere else ever. But as I said, it's probably within Betpandas' rights.

So the status is that I never got an answer to why exactly my account was closed. I was just curious and wanted to know so I can learn something from this and be aware if I use other bookmakers. I'm not going to bother trying to get an answer anymore if I just get the same answer that I have to provide information that I don't even know what is to proceed.

There was a period where a number of newbie accounts who were creating scam accusations against BetPanda. Perhaps I didn't correctly specify what I meant, but there was a specific user who created a thread against BetPanda's signature campaign users. The thread can be found here. No users' trust was neutral or negative tagged, I didn't word it correctly in the previous post.

Since most cases has been resolved, this user was simply spreading nonsense, something which was expected, but it has been proven officially now.

They gone now and by quickly looking at that thread, I see some comments that those accusations were years ago. I did not look in details and how those cases were resolved by by witnessing Betpanda come back with a signature campaign that lasts for many months, as well as recent positive comments about them, I think they truly resolved past problems and those reported cases well enough.

It's not strange to see a casino resolved past cases and regained their reputation, then build it up more. It can be done by a same team or a new team after ownership of the casino change, it's not important as if they resolved cases, it's good and users get benefit from the changes.

It seems you created this account intentionally to blame Betpanda. I am not saying they won't make trouble, but you have to come with the proper evidence. I know posting here would draw attention from Betpanda, but at least you should provide minimum evidence against your allegation. It seems you are suggesting Stake and other casinos intentionally to influence gamblers. There are a couple of allegations against Stake as well; not only that, most of the casino is under allegation.

So I will advise creating a thread on the scam accusation board with proper formation and proper evidence. Post your dashboard screenshot address and transaction ID. Also don't forget the chat history with the support team. So we can understand the situation, and Betpanda would defend if they have something solid on their hand against you.

Usually, Betpanda representative responds to threads about casino disputes in the Scam Accusation board. User betpanda-scam has already post a thread in that board. Your case is unique because slot games can’t be cheated as it’s from 3rd party with close source. That game is pure random so I still wondering how do you circumvent the house edge with whatever strategy you are using.

Do you mind sharing the first details you sent to the betpanda support, this is important to help us see evidence of what really happened that your account got blocked after winning your max winning, its very saddening to experience such issue and from the response you got its concluded that the team wont be doing any thing about this.
