I only notice the limits now but they do have limits for security purposes in case your account will suffer security breach. However, you can request to increase your limits by undergoing different level of KYC which is understandable.

On my bets tab, I can't see the current score of the matches I placed a bet on. I have to check the game or click the bet just to know the live score, which makes it very inconvenient..

That's based on Betpanda's terms, and you can really see how strict they are when it comes to refunds compared to other casinos that often abuse refund policies. That, even if someone violates the terms, they can at least be sure their deposits will be refunded.

When the evidence is legit, I don’t think there are many casinos out there that would want to confiscate both deposits and winning because of an alleged violation and simply because they have something written on their thread. At the very least, I’m often of the note that, the winnings be confiscated while the deposit should be returned to the same address from which it was sent. They need not be part of any money laundering practices just to abide by a policy. What we find mainly are accusations that are way too difficult to prove its legitimacy.

However, I just checked the terms again and noticed that Betpanda team has kept an option to increase the withdrawal limit by sending an email to their support. Most likely, the user assumed there was no withdrawal limit on Betpanda due to the wording on their landing page banner, which says ‘Zero fees & limits’.

Not sure about it, but as far as the casino to include their balance, there are a lot of casinos that have done this before in my opinion. It's not that this is the first instance of that, maybe it is written to their TOS, or most likely a unlikely unwritten rule by some casinos.

There are two possible places for searching and finding: Terms of Service (ToS) and FAQs. I have similar practice like you, and I would like to search quickly first with FAQs if a casino has that page for user, then I will check further with ToS.

With searching on two pages from FAQs to ToS, I can quickly and easily find necessary information about KYC, AML, deposit and withdrawal terms which are most important for my account, funds in it and which conditions I have to meet to withdraw my fund out of that casino successfully.
