It has come to our attention that there has been some ambiguity and confusion about the wagering of deposits at Betpanda, some of which we addressed in this thread a few pages ago.

Conversations have been had internally around the topic since and as we mentioned in that post, this is something that we review whenever necessary.

The Terms & Conditions have now been updated, to avoid any confusion, to state that wagering is indeed 1x for all deposits.

Any chance for no confirmation deposits for smaller amounts? Let's say up to 5-10 mBTC?
The main reason for this is - I come home from work and forget I don't have any balance. Beers are already in the fridge, CL starts soon, ideal scenario to bet - but I can't send BTC that will have 3 confirmations in 30 minutes.

I mean, I can always send USDT - but I prefer betting in BTC and I got so used with no confirmation deposits on Sportsbet. Many of us did.
Naturally - withdrawals are blocked until deposits have the required amount of confirmations.

Take note of the terms; you better read them because some games or slots won't give you a 1x wager; some of them give you 0.1x, and some of them give you none. Jesus, these new to additions do take betpanda to a new level. First of all, just a 1x wagering requirement to withdraw is insane, you are getting a great deal out of this, you only get to wager as much as you deposited, which is the whole point.

I do not understand why anyone would put in 100 bucks, bet only 50 bucks, and then want to withdraw. If your point is to only bet 50 bucks, then deposit only 50 bucks, do not deposit 100 bucks, that would not make sense. Deposit as much as you want to bet and you are literally free to withdraw if you win that bet, it's ready for you after only one bet. It's not common but dome casino do offer a 1x wager requirement on their casino bonus and even at that it depends on the type of bonus. There are some casino that the requirements of you claiming that bonus is actually unbelievable and no matter how hard you try , you can never get around to actually claiming those bonus offers but as for deposit requirement, the 1x wager is something that is common for every casino and I think you have already explained the reason why so which is due to money laundering law.

You can request increasing the limits via Live Chat on an individual basis, but we can of course bring this up also with the powers to be to see what they have to say for themselves.

I agree with you this can be adjusted better, but good thing about Betpanda is that you can deposit with Bitcoin Lightning Network, and that is much faster than on-chain transation.
Just have some sats ready in your lightning wallet, and I am sure you have lot of money left from LMS

I do not understand why anyone would put in 100 bucks, bet only 50 bucks, and then want to withdraw. If your point is to only bet 50 bucks, then deposit only 50 bucks, do not deposit 100 bucks, that would not make sense.

In extreme cases there can be a reason why one would want to withdraw
- You deposit $1000 you're down $500 and you win $1500, you don't want to bet anymore
- Another scenario, you deposit $1000 and from your first slot spin you win $3000, again the gambler's fallacy kicks in and you're sure you will lose again and again if you keep betting and you want out

Extreme scenarios, but there are cases when people think that if they keep betting, they would lose after a win, it doesn't work like that!

Apart from the slightly higher transaction fees using bitcoin & price fluctuations, it seems that withdrawal fees are also charged, it is much more superior to use stablecoins which have fast transactions and no withdrawal fees and low minimum withdrawals, we can be lucky using bitcoin when the price rises, apart from that there is not much that can be superior to bitcoin.

No confirmation deposits is a very bad idea, even for small amounts they should not do that. For such small amount you can have a balance like this in the website already ready for when you want to bet.

It's a bad idea because people can abuse the function very easily by double spending the transaction if they lose the gamble or leaving it to confirm in the blockchain if they win so they can take the earnings out after.
