Inter fielded many young players and many players who had had few minutes of play in the league and in the cups! All in all, it went well and Chivu once again proved himself to be a capable coach.

I believe that this game was just to keep the players that, were not invited to their various countries busy on this international break, and giving the young players chance to showcase what they have but nice game looking at the results it shows that this game was free flowing because goals were scored. These two teams are both playing in the champions League so matches like this will help them to keep fit before club football returns back to action.

Matches like this are also considered as a training ground before the international break ends and the players are ready to start a serious match and the coach also tries to play reserve players in this match to see how good their game is so that they can be used as replacement options for main players if someone gets injured while defending their country, because usually players who defend their country come back injured so the coach tries to play the role of other players so that they are not surprised when facing the real match.

Both Inter and Atlético Madrid have many players who are part of their national teams, so it was predictable that both Inter and Atlético Madrid would field experimental line-ups with many young players.

True we should not start concluding which team is  going to win the Seria A this season, it's true that now there are some clubs who are high and flying.but we should not forget what happened last year were there was a three man race, between Napoli, Atlanta and inter Milan and Napoli won at the end.

I also agree Gasperini is doing a good job with Roma even if, as already said, they still didn0t face tough opponents and have also been lucky in a  couple of occasions but the real problem imo is they don't have a good stricker in their staff : Dovbyk, despite winning the top scorers chart in Spain, doesn't seem to be comfortable with Gasperini's game and personally it seems to me that he always gets his movements wrong and makes the wrong choice more often than the right one.
Fergusson seems more functional to the game plan but then he is not very incisive in front of goal and throughout his career he still has to prove that he is a striker who can guarantee a certain number of goals for the team; he is still young thou.

Napoli is on top flight and their new arrivals like Kelvin De Bruyne and Hojlund are getting tougher every day. Hojlund just scored a brace in this international break and he's also performing well in the league. He scored in his debut game and seems to be discovering himself so fast away from Manchester United. Kelvin De Bruyne too is a hottie this season even when we thought he's gone from being who he used to be. This season is going to be tough but both AC Milan and Atalanta won't see the league because Napoli is more fit to lift it.

Yes, the start hasn't been the best, let's say they can do much better and try to get as many points as possible, it's clear that they mustn't get discouraged and must always give their all, but there are teams that are already going down the league and this must make them worry.

Modric has been quite good so far, but I can't used him as a reason to win the title. Of course, I also hope Milan can win the title this season, but I think we'll have to wait until the mid season standings. when we will see how the points gap between top four and the the team consistency. The concern right now is, consistency from AC Milan for the entiry seasons match. I know, Juventus success to maintained consistency under Allegri, can this be replicated at Milan?
